Not my favorite. Took my phone in for what I was told to be a 2 hour battery fix on 10/2/21. When I went in to pick it up, he said the screen broke during repairs and he ordered another. I prepaid for the fix and they did not charge me for a screen, which he said they usually do because they so often break when changing the battery. So, they did honor that and didnt charge for the screen. The new screen came in to them and it was defective. Long story shy, I took my phone in on 10/02/2021 and got it back on 10/08/2021....they did apologize in an email, but when I picked it up, it was like oh yeah, the order that cost me $200. Not my problem. I didnt know what they charge or parts ordered when they repair, I paid for what they told me I needed, sorry you didnt order the new screen and had me pay for it when I paid. If I had been charged $200 for a screen, Id have just gone to Best Buy and bought a new phone. Positive note: they didnt charge me for the screen since they forgot to have me pay for it when I made payment. The phone so far seems good, but I wont know until I see how it does in the days to come. They seem like a competent business so long as they have the right person doing the necessary job. Having #2 do the job of #1 because #1 is off work, does not work here. The gentleman who was behind the counter when I first went in to pick it up the first time seemed to have a not so good attitude. Who knows what was going on, so Id just hope the attitude is usually not that off.

I brought in my XS Max for a screen replacement, Jared was very helpful and the repair took about an hour. I thought price was high but he explained that they use the same type of screen as Apple and that they had a lifetime warranty. All the other places I called had a limited warranty. Good quality at a fair price.

This place is great-I had a broken screen and was able to get my own part for it, they didnt require I buy theirs or have them order it. The price was fair to fix the screen and back glass of my Samsung S10+ phone. It was done in less than 2 hours. The guys there are super friendly as well. Id definitely go back for any fixes again.

Had IPhone 10 screen replaced and 5 days later was lifting off the face of phone with a big line displayed. Went in to have it replaced and they printed a sticker with “warranty” on it. Received a call 10 minutes later that they would not honor warranty because they found a crack. There was no crack at all and even if they thought there was, “Jerrod” inspected the phone and printed the warranty sticker. Jerrod became extremely aggressive and asked that I leave the store. Asked to see the manager “Rick” and was told he was out and would be back in 30 minutes. My husband came down to ask why they were not going to honor the warranty and again Jerrod became aggressive, yelling and throwing his hat, Rick came out from the back and apologized for Jerrod’s actions, he also stated their was a slight crack and couldn’t cover it. It’s not the fact that my phone couldn’t be warrantied and I have been loyal to this store, it is that the employee Jerrod who became aggressive and was losing control, and threaten a woman. I contacted Bill (the owner) who was very professional and agreed it was handled poorly, I let him know his employee is a liability with very aggressive tendencies. I received nothing from them, no warranty, no discount and want nothing. They lost a good customer...I appreciate that Bill returned my call but beware of Jerrod..../

Yesterday was my first time using Pro-Techs and I had a great experience! They helped me with my wife’s phone with water damaged. They fix it in about an hour including putting a new screen! They were very clear up front with the process of the repairs and the estimates of the costs! Prices are super fair!! I only paid $108 total including the new screen, the diagnosis and the repair/cleaning/maintenance of the phone. They gave me a 25% discount! Staff is very helpful and friendly, Omar helped me and he did a great job! I love that you can chat with them and ask questions before you even go or make an appointment, they respond right away!! I will definitely come back next time I need them!

Saved my phone! I thought I was syncing everything, but when my phone died I realized alot of my stuff was missing! They got my phone running again (it was just the battery). I would have paid hundreds of dollars to get back the pics of my dad before he died, but it was less than a hundred to have it fixed. And Jared was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

This is a very professional business. I got my international edition phone software updated here. I went to a few other places that refused to do it but here they got it done quickly and their charges are also very reasonable.

I had tried to take my sons iPhone 6 to another location and they would not fix it. I stopped by here and they gave me the price and time it would take. Took about 45min and it was good as new. My son was thrilled. It works perfectly. I would highly recommend this location.

I went into the store with issues of ghost touch as described by apple. When the device was hot, it would have issues with touch. I asked for OEM glass but the store said that their supplier could not get it and gave me refurb glass. After they replaced it, the screen would not scroll back and forth as the original glass did. They replaced it again, and did not fix the issue. They then ran a diagnostic and still failed. I asked for a refund and to put my original glass back on since Im not satisfied with the new glass. I also found out the new glass they put on did not have true tone and was not OE glass which I asked for. They would not refund and until I threatened to do a chargeback would then only offer me 100 dollars. I wasted 3 hours going back and forth of my work day and missed multiple meetings because my phone was in their hands. Then they claimed there was no-refund policy which was never presented to me. The manager then made a claim, my time is worth money too as if there was no concept of customer satisfaction. He then made a claim like, why are you wasting our time if you already brought it to apple. Then he said I can sell you an Apple glass for 399. I responded by the fact that apple offered to fix for 250 and that CPR said they could fix it for 150 with the OE refurbished glass and that was the only reason. Terrible service and terrible management.

Customer ser ice was garbage. I had my phone brought in for a screen repair (insurance claim) and not only did I have to return (due to my headphone not working), while I was on hold, an employyebstated thatbhe had to speak with either the owner or the manager and I overheard the manager tell the employee I dont care that he doesnt live in dallas and that this is an insurance claim, Im not calling around to find a replacement screen and Im not putting a rush on anything. Tell him to go somewhere else, otherwise, hell have to stay in dallas for 2 days, until something comes in. Mind you, the insurance company set the expectation that the phone would be fixed same day and I was forced to pay the premium, so that my phone could be fixed same day.I will never go back, nor do I suggest this place, to anyone.

They charge a 25$ diagnostic charge, but what they don’t tell you is if you don’t want to repair your device it’s an additional 25$ charge to take your phone back. Overall not a very good business practice basically saying once we get the diagnostic you must repair it or have to 25$ to get it back

Dropped off my iphone 8+ around noon for a shattered glass backing, it was ready at 4. I thought it was very good work, however the replacement doesn’t have the apple logo. I don’t very much care but if you do make sure to ask about it.Google maps was inaccurate about the time they closed and because of some miscommunication I showed up a couple min after closing, however they stayed open for me, which was very appreciated but I would hope for better communication in the future.

I called regarding my iphone 11 not charging and spoke to Jared. I told him exactly the issue and he told me to bring the phone in and they could run a diagnostic for $25 where they attach a new charging port and battery to determine the problem. I arranged someone to watch my baby, drove over, and once I got there, they told me they couldn’t help me because they didn’t have the part for the iPhone 11. They then offered to order it- at MY expense of $99, when they weren’t even sure that was the issue. I asked why Jared told me to bring the phone and the guy helping me said he didn’t know. This whole time, Jared was just behind the wall hearing the whole exchange and never came out to deal with it himself. I left, furious, when the tech came out to my car to tell me he could get the part from another store. I told him not to bother. Definitely won’t waste my time here again!

Excellent service! Went in with an iPhone that was deleting apps and not allowing me to open apps because the phone was full as far as memory goes. It really wasn’t but it was the operating system that was filling the memory to capacity and would not allow a download of the next update to the OS. They worked with me to reset the phone to original status and saved all my contacts and pictures. They did not charge me for this service. I highly recommend them!

Great job repairing ipad. 2 days later grandson cracked the screen and screen protector. While they couldnt guarantee it as it was a freak accident, they did offer to replace the screen with a discount.

After mistakenly taking my phone to a different repair shop, i was left with a cheap knock off screen with noticeably less quality and less features. Even after taking it to a Certified Samsung repair center their replacement didnt have a working fingerprint scanner. We paid $300 to replace an IPhone X Mac screen. We paid for what we thought was a good screen, and actually got a cheap one. Two weeks after the replacement, pink lines appeared on the screen. They only offered a $75 discount to replace the screen again. We called another cell phone place and they let us know that if the phone has visible pink lines, it’s a bad quality screen. We were cheated and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Rick was incredibly helpful. I had a great laptop that I knew needed cleaning on the inside. He took pictures to confirm that it was much needed as well as applying thermal paste after scraping off the old ineffective compound that was still there. Flat fee, great service. He also informed me that it still had significant upgrade possibilities therefore removing my thought of replacing it which would have cost far more.

If I could give the zeros stars i could. I let them pick my cracked screen and less than a week (without dropping it) my screen shattered again . I also had referred my sister there, where she got he LCD fixed . Not even a week later the LCD was messaging up again. We both called and were just told that we could get a $20 discount but still had to pay again on a service we both paid over $100 and neither one last a week.

As a small business owner myself, I hate to give other businesses bad reviews. However, this was so extremely disappointing, unprofessional and false advertising I could not just let it go. We came in with a normal working phone needing a simple screen repair and left losing 89 dollars, no screen repair and phone will not even power up. The staff completely lacked the knowledge, proper parts and kept leaving and going to backroom to call and talk to owner in private. We asked to speak to owner and was told owner was in meeting. We do not expect perfection, but when you get something wrong you should at least try to make it right. Complete waste of time and money.

The repairs were good but they doubled the price They charge on everything. For instance other places I’ve been charged 50 bucks for iPhone 6 screen replacements w/ home button, mine came out to 100 here, my 2012 MacBook Pro I priced at 100 at other places, paid 275 here. Little steep but the work is good I guess. My finger print sensor still doesn’t work which was the reason I got it replaced but they didn’t mention that that would still be broken, they just took my money anyway. I should have stayed away when they refused to give prices over the phone but it was close to me and I thought they would at least be competitive price wise and the location was convenient so I went anyway. I feel like I got severely ripped off but at least my electronics are working. Yay

The best...My phone had water damage Sprint Tech said my phone would not come on there was too much corrosion...My SD card was encrypted so I could not retrieve any of my data or do a Smart Switch...I needed to decrypt the SD card from the device which Sprint told me to chop it up...I called and spoke to Rins about decrypting the SD card he asked me if i still had the phone and of course i had turned it in to Sprint to get a new one...he asked me what happened and i told him there was water damage and he said we can fix it no guarantee but you should get the phone back and let us at least try...I was able to get the phone from Sprint and the tech told me you just dont trust me the phone is gone it wont even come on...Let me just say Rick and Rins know what their doing and not only was they able to get the phone on they were able to decrypt the SD card and retrieve majority of the datat...one of my apps had not been synced since 2016 but the data was still on the damaged phone current as of March 24, 2019 and they took the time to pull the data off the phone and copy to the SD card which took an additional time...all in all excellent service and they never gave up on all possibilites of recovering the data even though the screen went bad and they were honest leting me know it would be expensive to replace the screen and there was no guarantee it would last due to the corrosion...I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart as a business owner with so much reliance on technology I need my data...Thank you Rick amd Rins😀
