Very disappointed with this T-Mobile. Workers do not seem to want our business at all. First about 2 years ago, we tried to switch to them from Verizon bc there was a deal to trade in your good condition phones. We had 2 good and 2 fair phones to turn in, but according to the employee none of the phones met what he considered good, which was unbelievable. So they lost out on 4 new customers that day. Yesterday 6/25/21@5:00 pm we stopped by this T-Mobile to replace my XR iphone case. The employees were at a table outside. without getting up or looking, we were told that my iPhone has been discontinued and they didn’t have any phone cases except for iPhone 11s and up. We left and went to AT&T down the street and got the case which ended up fitting both the XR and the 11 iPhones. Not sure why they played us out twice but we won’t ever return.

Upon arrival today at the T-Mobile Store on Easton Ave a gentlemen was outside sleeping heavily. I tried to wake him up out of his deep sleep and he continued to snore loudly. I proceeded to go inside where two young ladies greeted and helped me further on. Sleeping on the job is very inappropriate and needs to be corrected immediately! It’s also very embarrassing for the young ladies inside.

I needed to go to the store to have the info from my old phone transferred to my new phone and Jeff and Jay did a FANTASTIC job helping me out with everything! I left the store knowing what I needed to do with my new phone and they were very efficient, nice, and helpful the entire time (even though I had a million questions!). I highly recommend this site especially because of Jeff and Jay! I had a wonderful experience!

I stopped in the T-Mobile store on Easton Avenue in Somerset and was very dissatisfied with the service. A young male employee approached me and ask what he could assist me with. I asked him if I could used their WiFi system for 2 mins and was denied. He said the store WiFi system was locked and he had no way of unlocking it. Don’t know what reason he chose to give me a hard time. I’m a Sprint customer and after explaining that to him he said well we’re T-Mobile not Sprint. This was about Jan 10, 2021 so I said the two companies have merged. He just said I can’t unlock the WiFi for you. I didn’t feel as a customer the employee interacted on any level with helping me. It’s very discouraging to return there.

What a nice and smart young man . Excellent customer service skills and a great disposition. Elmer is the guy to go to for cell phones needs.If I were a manager I would hire him on the spot. Im retired now, but as a district manager myself, I can see how good of an employee he is.

I went in for a phone upgrade and Jay assisted me. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a T-mobile store. Answered all my questions and took time to just talk to me about life. You don’t really get that experience at most places. Everything from getting the phone and switching the phone over was simple. Top notch employee and store

I just left the facility one of the employees seating outside didn’t even greet me, or introduce himself I was the one that said hello and the reason why I stop by. He just asked if the phone had insurance or not and just said nothing we can do about it. Not even bothered checking my account to see if my phone was still under company manufacturing or anything. Very rude, no customer service at all, had his headphones on at all time.

Worst customer service you will ever find. Avoid this place if you can. Staff has no idea about on going deal or they just tryna scam you into sending more without letting you get a chance to save any money. AVOID AT ALL COST ESPECIALLY ONE WITH CURLY HAIR.Extension- canceling old line was never written in the deal. The deal was you dont cancle the new line you take . Thank you for writing this so everyone can see what you guys about. Thank you. 😂

Poor customer service, don’t waste your time going their for t Mobile Tuesday perks, I walked it right after the store opens and ask for the free Tuesday stuff and the guy said he ran out of it. It’s the second time. Looks like he’s keeping them.

I normally don’t post ratings but I had the worst experience at this store. I am on the jump program to trade in my old phone when the new one came in. Not only were they confused, they didn’t look up my account and said they didn’t know how return my phone or what to do with it. Even when I showed them the email stating to return it in store. And insisted I needed a shipping label (if I had a shipping label, which wasn’t provided why would I show up in store to turn it in? I would have just used the label and sent it back myself) they didn’t try looking up my account or to ask for my number. I had to bring those points up to them to then decide now you want to. I would suggest finding another t-mobile store or call them for any help or if you need to buy something.

I had the same issue as other person. The employees has no idea how to use the computer and make you wait there for almost 45 minutes. Then realizing the store is they told me that system is down and come back tomorrow. Worst service and not recommend this store. If you want extra charges on your bill then i will go.

The worst service ever !! I have been a customer for 12 years. The kids name was OZ ! OZ needs to go to tmobile school. No knowledge of the jump program. Go to the Menlo park store, if you want a terrible experience goes visit Oz in Somerset! Extremely unhappy with that store and OZ !
