Love the phone, but there are things that need worked on. For example the wifi range is terrible. The phone does not pick up any wifi that well. And it not just my phone, my father bought one for me and one for him and they are both the same. Like I said Love the phone but the wifi problem needs fixed.

Switched from Verizon and so far very pleased witeh the service with the exception of wifi connectivity. ItMy phone is galaxy A32 And it gives very week wifi compaired to other phones in the same area. The staff at the Somerset store were very good and extremely helpful.Will definitely recommend Cricket but not Samsung

Staff are helpful but could be friendlier. Store could be bigger but clean.

This is a very nice place. I expect to change back to them, when I have an opportunity. Joe and Rocky have always been helpful to me, when I am choosing phones. I am not a techy. They understand my needs.

Great answering questions about changes starting to come in effect soon. Got new phone set again sim card was locked when changing over. Fixed and done in less then 15 minutes.

I just bought two new phones from cricket along with their service for two. I did a long spill about how I needed a really good dependable phone for a cancer patient. That he would be traveling to Lexington and back once a month and they picked out one and said he would get good service with it. He had the phone four weeks and it tore up. I took it back to the store and they would not give him another one. They said he would have to call the company and have them mail him another one and since we got the phones on a two for one billing deal, the bill still has to be paid on his phone. That is really bad business if you ask me.

Well we tried them didnt keep them long the service was really bad on the coverage areas.

Like the Somerset location! Do not like that you have to pay $25 if you buy a new phone there if you are a existing customer for a new SIM card. When your old one will work just fine. But guess they lose a lot of business on selling phones that way! When you can go get a AT&T go phone at Wal-Mart and just put your SIM card in yourself 🤔!

So far so good! We switched about a month ago and so far we could not be more pleased.

Place is a complete joke, ruined a brand new phone with their adapters. Had to buy a new phone and get charged all kinds of bullshit fees and wanted to tape the SIM card in my new phone. Said no way and sent me all the way to other side of town cause apparently they dont carry SIM adapters. Lost my business after this bill is up and Ill make sure my whole family switches too. H20 is so much better all around. Id rate negative 5 if I could.

This place is a rip off, went in to pay my cricket wireless bill with cash and they wanted to charge me $3 just for paying my bill, I might have understood if I was using a card where they get charged for taking a card but cash !!! Plus looked at there phones and they are crazy high, listen folks any unlocked phone will work with cricket, they are AT&T so dont get ripped off, oh and if you buy a phone from them they charge you $20 to put the sims in it, complete rip off, stay away!!!!

They have many phone but when you try to get help its not easy to get anything done and be careful about insurance claims I paid 75 dollars and they sent me a refurbished phone that I specifically said that I did not want after I pay the $75 Insurance adjustment within 5 minutes of the phone called they had it changed to it cheap phone terrible customer service if you really want to get anything done get another company to be your provider
