Just called to ask a simple question, a worker answers the phone and waits till I ask my question to rudely cut me off and repeat we are closed! We are closed! If you were closed then dont answer the phone! Also dont be so rude to your customers! Never dealing with this GameStop again.

Always offer Pennys for your dollars. Was ignored by staff on the floor. They were only looking to make high dollar sales. People there are never friendly.

Called them 3 days in a row, multiple times a day to ask about black friday deals, never picked up once. Ive been in here several times as well, theyre shady as all get out, they lie about their companys return policies and other things just to make you buy a product

Friendly environment, the bearded guy takes his job seriously, other than that I love it there. The workers are all nice and theyre better than Walmart workers. If I want a trade in they usually give me full value as stated online. Sometimes they do an unnecessary referb fee but depends on the worker.

Was in and out very quick assertive service, but the ROBLOX card I spent $40 on for a birthday gift was never activated and then when I called the store I was told there was nothing they could do about it that I had to take up the issue with the app/game developer. Smh

Had no issues with this place. Bought a game and then ended up finding it cheaper that same day so went back to return it.

If you are looking to buy a game or system its the place to go, but GameStop is NOT the place to sell and trade. you can buy a used PS3 120GB with 1 controller and hook ups for over 230$. When I called in to offer my PS3 120GB, plus 2 Duel Shock controllers as trade in towards a used PS4 (350+$), it would get me only 50$ in store trade or 30 cash. I cant fill my tank up on 30$, but im expected to pay them hundreds of dollars for used junk they bought for 20$ and slapped a Refurbished sticker on!? Yeah ill just buy the same Full Retail System new, from Walmart.

I have looked everywhere for this we game for my grandson it was very expensive even on eBay found one here $5 cheaper than anywhere and I put $2 on it to have a year warranty this is a great place to go for kids games

We love this store, we bought our PS4 here, along with the accessories, and games. I actually bought me a Star Wars shirt here the other day for just $9.99, they were on sale.

Got cheated from a return and rebalance and can’t solve this. Never shopping there again.

Not to bad for buying, but horrible for returns. Bought ps3 cord for nephews system. Turns out the cords werent needed, the system was messed up. I live 45 minutes from gamestop, in the next town over, so I dont make it there often. I took the cords, repackaged and with the receipt, to return or exchange for something I could use and was told they were unable to take them back bc it was past 30 days, but they would buy them back from me for $2. Wow. I paid $20 originally on April 14, 2017 and made it to return them May 24, 2017, so since it had been 40 days I could either take an $18 loss or keep unneeded cords. Thanks Gamestop! I will do business elsewhere.

Tried selling these guys games and they only wanted to give me 2-3 bucks for each ps3 game....nba 2k13, madden13, assasins creed 3...multiple games that they would have placed on their shelves for 30+ dollars....biggest rip offs ever
