If I could give a 0 starts that’s what I would give. Att sent me a damaged phone and have give me the run around for 3 weeks. So I filed a complaint with the BBB
Holly and her team at the somerset location are fantastic! I have been in there several times with questions on plans, phones, and some accessories and her and her team have never failed to guide me in the right direction. Holly and her staff are always polite and helpful.
I recently switched to AT&T from t-mobile and Shelbi Mitchell was my sales rep. I have to say it was the best experience from start to finish. I even have reception in the country where I never had service before! I highly recommend this store and sales rep in particular!
Went in to ask a question about trade in since my phone has a cracked screen. An older gentleman was kinda rude to me from the get go. No friendly greeting or anything. While I do have insurance on my phone they use a 3rd party company that requires to send my phone off for 3-5 business days. I stopped by the store to see how much of a difference it would be if I traded it in with a cracked screen vs just sending it off. When I explained to the older gentleman why I didn’t want to file the insurance claim he ARGUED with me that no they send you a replacement.. I let the man know that I just started the claim two weeks ago and changed my mind when they told me it would take that long to get my phone back. He did let me know that they don’t take any trade ins with a cracked screen which I was fine with but he was VERY rude about it. 100% will use all online services with AT&T. I assume if the employees there can’t make commission on sales from you they don’t really want to deal with you.

The workers at somerset ky location are very nice and friendly. Me my wife and son was in there one day and Affan took care of everything we needed. Highley recommend this location.
First and foremost I typically have a great experience at this store. Never ran into a single person that works there that hasnt treated me like a human. Till the other day and I ran into a employee named Brittney she is the ruddiest, inconsiderate, hateful person I have encountered. I work in retail myself and I know my management team would let me go instantly if I was like her. I dont ever want someone to lose their job but I think that you should really consider her for a different role that doesnt have her dealing with public. But I do recommend going to AT&T Somerset Store just avoid Brittney if you wanna leave just as happy as you walked in.
Helpfulness/kindness. We older ones dont see kindness, out in the world. It makes my day to feel like someone cares.

The Somerset location knows what they are doing. They’re nice, educated on services and products, and don’t make the process complicated for those who aren’t tech savvy.

My expierence was horrible and the first time its happened. I have delt with two other girls named Sheby and Sarah they were absolutly amazing. I have delt with a boy named Devin very amazing person. But I unfornately meet Brittany on this trip she was the most unconsiderate, hateful person I have ever delt with. No need to go into details but the fact AT&T hire people like her is the reason I could see them switching carriers. Maybe encourage management to see how customers are treated by their employees. I do recommend going to the Somerset AT&T store most of the staff is super helpful but avoid the Brittany.
The employee met us as soon as we came in the door, and quickly helped us select the phone we were looking for. She answered all questions we had about the differences in phones, prices, and even iTunes questions regarding our iPhones. She was extremely polite and made conversation while we waited for our phones to back up. Great experience.

Went to pay phone bill Monday. Associate was very attentive and took care of my needs. Store is nice, clean and didnt have to wait to be waited on.Service on phone is terrible msgs take 2 days to go through n phone has not had any calls in over a wk or more....smh, and I have a new phone. 🙄

Holly was the representative I worked with. I just wanted to see my options and she patiently explained the promo three different times to me because I could not believe what a good deal it was with no strings attached or hidden fees. She was prompt and knowledgeable with the kind of sales personality you dont see much anymore- like she actually enjoys her job. I will look to do business with her in the future at ATT.
Place has poor customer service. We waited in the lobby for close to an hour and a half before we were served. Lots of people were waiting when we left.
I came into the store today to switch my service from Verizon to at&t. Tamika Johnston and Chris Howard helped me get everything switched over seamlessly and I am VERY VERY SATISFIED with their service at the local somerset store!!!!!Amazing customer service!!!
Mitchell has poor customer service. I’m not around cell phones as he is everyday therefore my knowledge is far less than his and cell phones he did nothing to resolve this or help me understand. I paid up front in full for an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Wanted a new Apple Watch he cared less. Also needed a case he never offered he never even offered me a color option on my new $1200 phone. Don’t use Mitchell and most importantly don’t be like Mitchell.

This was my first time at this store, I called ahead of time asking for an item they stated they had so I drove 45 minutes to get it and found out the girl lied and tried to sell me something else. When I told her I didnt want anything other than what I asked for she was super rude and said whatever as she walked away from me. You need nicer staff and staff that doesnt lie to try to make a sale.

Be prepared to wait an hour or hour and a half just to make a simple payment, as both employees take an hour to take care of 1 customer each, its ridiculous that a business should be run this way in 2020, but hey, this is a one-horse town, and it shows, ive made 3 in person payments here, for a total of 3 and a half hours of waiting, thinking about switching to Verizon, I dont think AT&T will miss me, or even notice that Im gone, they dont even notice me now, as I sit here
All was excellent, attendant and manager. What leaves me perplexed was that they did not have the proper Safety equipment to attend a customer face to face. At&t should make sure they have the proper safety gear not just alcohol spray and wipes, 1/2 is not enough.

Was acknowledged as soon as I entered and after quickly assessing the issue I was having with my phone, I was assisted after a very brief wait. This store is a well oiled machine. They were very busy. Repair was made to my phone while I waited and service was friendly and knowledgeable.

It doesnt feel they are in the business of helping people or valuing revenue.I would give it zero stars, but apparently thats not an option. I called multiple times this week to inquire about starting new service and no one answers the phone . I arrived at 8 PM last night and the gentleman closing the store said I would have to come back today, And they are too busy to answer the phones . I came in today and told the young lady all I need to do is purchase a $5 Sim card (which is free online), and instead of assisting me, she put me on a waiting list & said it could be 20 minutes or longer .No thanks, Ill take my business elsewhere

They take your name and then you wait for hours!! Several employees but no one seems to be able to pick up the pace, even when they have multiple customers waiting. For such a nice new store, they need to get more employees.

I entered the store on black friday to sign up for auto prepaid service. After showing the agent the phone choosing a number and charging my card she informed me the phone was not compatable with their service. Then she proceeded to tell me she could not refund me and I just needed to buy a new phone...this was for my 7 yr old daughter and she was devistated to walk out with no working phone and I the same after feeling like I got robbed for 60 bucks. Im furious with the way they handled this, mistakes happen but they offered no way to remedy they situation what so ever...the agent clearly dropped the ball by not confirming compatibility before receiving payment. The customer service there after was disappointing to say the least!
Devine was great! Fixed the issues with the sims cards and got our phones working quickly!
They had the phone I wanted and I got it pretty reasonably but now I dont like the phone but I guess thats not their fault because the internet lied.

In Nov. 2018 I signed up for Direct TV here. Was misquoted the price by the sales associate. A nightmare to deal with ever since. Devin one of the Managers lacks any people skills whatsoever. Shaun, one of the other Managers, holds this store together.

NOTICE: this stores gps location is currently very wrong as I post this. Its actually across the road from Grand Central Plaza, not the shopping on the other side of town where Roses is.Figured I would leave a positive review since everyone else is leaving negative ones. Yes it can take awhile to for you to be seen. It works pretty much like the apple store, on a first come first serve basis. Id say my wait with about 10 other customers in the store was 20 minutes. The guy that seen me was Chris and his service was excellent. Had my number ported over to a new phone in no time.
If you want amazing customer service and awesome deals on cell phone plans go see Mitchell at ATT.
My daughter had business there, I waited in Van with babies. No one was there and yet she had to sign in and wait 15 minutes just to be seen. Wasnt impressed

I went in to ask about getting signal. We have NO signal at our residence and HAD to purchase wifi (through another company because AT&T does not provide that service to our residence either) just so we could make calls. I even had the opportunity to speak with the DISTRICT MANAGER; he ADVISED THAT WE GO TO A DIFFERENT PROVIDER!!! Is this really how customer service operates these days? I also asked about lowering our bill since we lost discounts and have to pay another company just so we can use their service in order to be able to afford it. I was advised to go to pre-pay. ...we agreed but soon found out that you cannot use wifi with pre-pay plans. This resulted in 5 trips (we live 40 minutes away) to get switched back to post pay and everything working again. The 4th (and my LAST) trip I had to get help with fixing the time on my phone. ...even longer story short; the lady ended up DELETING text messages that I had texted to myself over the course of MANY years and all they did was shrug their shoulders and say sorry. The supervisor just stood there with a smerky look. No offering of trying to help me get them back, NOTHING!
