My experience was terrible the 13 question application gets all your info asked if you have direct deposit I answered no and the guy sends me a text saying I have to have 30 direct deposit proof so what was the point of the application to get All my info I would not recommend anyone to this guy

I bought an iphone from here the other day and the young lady helped me set everything up, and i was good to go with a new phone in less than an hour!

Woman behind the counter was very rude, wouldn’t listen at all to the problem I was having with my phone. Started trying to serve the person behind me while I was still at the counter. Save your time and go elsewhere.

This is a GREAT place with some GREAT people! Phil and Paul each have helped me (over time and multiple trips) to get my phones fixed, turned on, activated, switched plans, and just about any other phone related service you can think of. And its ALL been at decent prices that prove to me theyre really there to help their customers - and not just for the profits. That is so rare to find anymore! I HIGHLY recommend Phils to anyone! Family friendly and customer focused services 😀 I cant say enough to express how great they really are, you just need to go see them to find out for yourself 😀 The ONLY negative thing I can say is where theyre so popular, that translates into busy, which does mean sometimes having a pretty good waiting line in front of you. But, if the option is to wait a little bit for fantastic service that really is about YOU or go somewhere else and get helped faster by someone who couldnt care less and is just there for their paycheck, then Ill wait. ☺

This is the place to go if you need your phone repaired. He also sells used phones. The place is hard get in and out because there is not enough parking. It is right off oak hill in that corner from rite aid. The wait time is long but he is busy.

This guy is a glorified scalper. Funny part is you can usually find cheaper deals online from the online scalpers. How the hell do you have a price above the ebay scalpers? What kind of business does that?Do yourself a favor people if something comes out and you see this place has it, just wait. Dont give this guy 50-100 bucks more for something you can get in a month or two.

Im satisfied with the product I left with. Unfortunately I am not satisfied with what was supposed to be included as part of the plan concerning mobile hotspots.About a week before the purchase, I went ahead and dropped by Phils to inquire about a certain plan that I had used in the past through their business. It was in somebody elses name. They said they still offer this plan so I made it a point to follow through with this purchase.I was not informed of the inability to use the hotspot, until my purchase was about to be put through.I had already been there a long time so I wasnt trying to prolong this any further.Verdict: Im leaving this rating because the only reason I was interested in getting this phone was for the hotspot which I still dont have access to.

Would not recommend letting them send your phone out for repairs. They told me it would take 90 days to get it back. After 90 days they told me the phone had not been returned yet. So after I contacted the phone company found out it had been received by the store and misplaced. What a headache!

I am editing my review again based upon conversation with owner.... I purchased a prepaid plan from Phils and there was no service at my house. I called the cell provider directly and was told I could get a refund from reseller since it was less than 24 hours from purchase. I was told by the owner this was a miscommunication from vendor. I was offered a refund but have declined to accept based upon my experience with this transaction.
