Very happy to have come here. The store manger, Bethany was very polite and answered all my questions. Also the storage unit and inside the building looked very clean. Which made me feel very comfortable with leaving my furniture there. I am glad I made the right decision to right here.

Got great service here. The only thing I didnt like was having to buy their locks when I had my own. I booked online and it asked if I had locks or wanted to purchase. It was upsetting to be made to purchase over priced locks and I had 4 units.

Move in is super simple and easy, even more so if you reserve online. I’ve only ever dealt with the manager there but she is super friendly and helpful. Did a lot of shopping around in the area and this ended up being the best deal.

I need a storage unit for about four or five months. I was able to reserve the unit easily on the website. It was an easy, seamless visit when I went the same to day to purchase the unit, and get my keys. Brandy and Bethany were super friendly and helpful! I was only there for about fifteen minutes! I paid, then saw the unit so that I could go ahead and lock it up. Premises was very nice and clean. I had a friend who rented a unit here and Bethany even remembered them, from at least a year ago! I was searching for and needed a convenient storage that was safe and reliable and then I came across Simply Self Storage and was very satisfactory. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. The location is spot on in a safe place very well clean and has lots of options for unit sizes at affordable prices. Rented this place for 2 months and it was great service, it is gated and you are allowed to go until 10 pm for safety and security purposes.

So far so good! The rates are reasonable. This place is clean and well kept. The lady managing it was kind, friendly, and helpful when I first set up. I’ve been renting from this place for three months now and haven’t had any issues. I did a non AC unit and I just made sure to cover anything with fabric with plastic or trash bags to keep small dust off. I would recommend this place to others!

The store attendant Bethany was super nice and very helpful. The storage units are well maintained, very clean, and very secure. Almost every time weve gone to pay the storage bill, the property manager tells us the amount owed is higher than the amount of the bill sent. The bill is always paid before the actual date due. When we questioned the price difference from billed amount, we were told rate was going up for next months bill and Im all in for straightening someones crown and moving on. We all make mistakes, but repeated inconsistencies make me concerned. I will end on a positive note our unit is climatized and the entire property is kept clean.

I reserved online and Brandi called immediately to assist me with completing my reservation. I drove up there to do the paperwork which was seamless and quick.
