April have a wonderful crew she’s very professional and understanding she always the same when I come to her location she makes you feel welcome and she have a wonderful I mean wonderful patients and explains everything from top to bottom she is a Assess to the company.

I’m not sure why “Secure” is part of the name when the gate is always open. Hopefully the cameras actually work.

Customers beware!!! Dont rent a unit at this location!!! The last time I rented a unit here rats ate and destroyed my property!!!I had the insurance they sell you too. Guess what?? The insurance doesnt cover their rats destroying your things!!! I called the insurance company myself!!! This place is a joke!!!!

Quick to get the storage unit, manager did great, simple to get unit. Problem gates been broken for weeks. Once they fix it I will change my ratings.

Very friendly. The storage rooms seemed bigger than the rest we look at in the area. The price was also cheaper or about the same. I see security cameras everywhere and a nice gate. I think my items are safe here, plus they have someone on site.

They should have a zero star rating because that is what they have earned. I have rented from this storage company for over 2 years. Last night I went to my storage to find all my beloved belongings destroyed and rats! Everything was covered in rat feces and urine. It has been 2 weeks since we last came. I called management to let them know and they came out and were super apoligitic but did not offer to help us clean it out or any solutions. They gave me a pamphlet that covered all insurance aspects of it and told us it would be covered,if not to contact them and they will figure it out. I did contact the insurance and they were super nice and apologized over and over that they couldnt help, which was more than I got from the 1800 number for the company. Upon this phone call I spoke with a VERY RUDE lady and she would not give me any information,not even the direct phone number to the location. SHAME ON YOU!!! Little did I know, it did not cover this. It is impossible to reach the location owner or manager. I ended up throwing away all of my belongings because I cannot keep them. They are NASTY!! Im super disappointed in this company. I advise you to stay far far away! DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! READ THE REVIEWS ON YELP,FACEBOOK AND OTHER SOURCES. I wish I had 😭😭😭😭😭 Please contact me if this also happened to you. News stations and Newspapers are well aware of what happened. There are many other people that have used this storage unit and have had the same problem!UPDATE5/16They have not reached out. I have been patiently waiting for the phone call. They want to sweep it under the rug like nothing is happening there. There have been numerous complaints. Do not rent a storage unit here. It ruinned ALL of my belongings and they DO NOT care.Update 5/18Manager still has not reached out to fix this problem! Do not store anything in these units!7/22Was called LAST MONTH by a head leader telling me that he would refund me for the month and still never recieved payment back. This company is CROOKED!!

Janice was awesome!! She was very patient with my questions and very thorough with her answers. I will be recommending public storage in the future.

Went there to pay my sons storage bill. Had to wait for someone to show up at office.

Very Rude. Called about my unit and the Manager of all people was rude. Act like I was taking up her time when asking questions. Remember its not what you say its how you say it. Very stand off ish. Didnt wanna be bothered.
