The cashier was amazing! It was crowded and she still got it done. I dont remember her name but she was African American and she rocked it!!!

My truck rental ended-up working fine for my one way trip from GA to MD however I was displeased with a few details. Im pretty sure I received a 16 box truck instead of the 12 truck I ordered online. The large truck size was difficult to maneuver especially at gas stations and fast food restaurants. A piece of the trucks front grill was missing and its brakes squealed. Additionally, even though I received both email and phone confirmation that my rental would be ready at 7am, the store didnt open until 8am. Not the best experience but it got the job done.

There isnt any signage, but it is just to the right of Joys Beauty. I cant give a place higher than 3 stars when they dont even put a paper sign in their window that says Penske. :)
