Hey my name is Victor and I recently rented a storage room in January. This place is incredible it had all the space I need and extra room! The staff is friendly and the whole process usually takes about 10 minutes until you can access your storage. You can come in basically anytime you want which is the best part for me since I work long hours. They also offer great insurance coverage. I 100% recommend!

Just joined the RV parking family in Smyrna and from the moment I dropped in, all the staff have been amazing! What a great location and great help from everyone. Security is good and I feel that my RV is in good hands when we aren’t on the road. Looking forward to a great tenure here. Thanks all!

The lady at the front desk was really nice and was super patient while I tried to figure out what I needed. She made a very stressful situation a lot less stressful. I also managed to get a unit twice the size of the original one I was looking at for about the same price.EDITED TO ADD: The $10 they say they will give you for a 5 star review--they dont. I have emailed them repeatedly and they say they will mail it. Ive never received it. Sadly, I have had to change my review.

Amazing staff and prices !!

SMYRNA LOCATION - Faron and the owner were both EXCEPTIONAL. I had lots of questions and had to call back a few times. The service on the phone by Faron was great. When I decided to sign up for the unit, the owner agreed to stay late for me. Very patient. Let me see all the units. Answered my many, many questions. Patiently allowed me time to review the paperwork. I could not have asked for better service. The unit itself and the grounds overall were very clean and well kept. I highly recommend the Smyrna location, which is very conveniently located just a block off of Sam Ridley Parkway.

This place is excellent. Great location and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean and safe spot to store their belongings.

I have used Pack Rat storage several times between moves. The staff have always been helpful and polite. Location is convenient. The property is well kept. Units are clean. Pack Rat is safe and secure. The cost is comparable with other storage facilities but Pack Rat is superior and highly I recommend them for all your storage needs.

Very friendly staff! I feel safe here when I go alone! Great prices compared to others in Smyrna. Actually had my stuff here twice. Every time I move out of one place and I need storage, I keep coming back! Love them.

Great friendly service. Cleanest storage units I have ever used or seen. Would highly recommend using them for any storage needs. They have climate controlled units, non-climate controlled, boat and RV storage space. Pretty much everything one would need.

Pack Rat Mini Storage has been a wonderful place to hold our family’s treasures while we have moved over the years and have taken the time to sort and decide what to keep and what to let go of - the staff at the Smyrna location are top-notch and we have always been treated fairly whether coming or going!

I have had a pretty good experience with Rat Pack Mini Storage. My door was jammed and the maintenance worker was quick to respond and assist with unjamming the door and relocking my unit.
