The movers took great care in loading my furniture and belongings. And I appreciated the attention they devoted to packing half the load into a storage unit and offloading the other half in my new home in another state. Pleasant and professional every step of the way! I will definitely used them again for my next move.

I was totally satisfied with my moving experience . The office staff was very professional and thorough with all of the details and paperwork . The two young men that did the heavy work of moving were very professional also. They wasted no time in loading and moving the furniture contents and even wrapped and boxed some items not on the inventory list. I am 100 % happy with all involved with this move. We moved across the street, few months back, and the three movers they sent were unprofessional, untrained, and came without proper equipment. It took them 10 hours to do the job and and move it a few yards aways.The movers damaged our dinning table (it was too heavy for three mean and they choose not to cover it in the blanket), scuffed few chairs, damaged the massage chair (again too heavy for them and they dragged it on a blanket), damaged fire pit table, broke art work, and broke sink. FWIW, I have videos to document it all.When I got in touch with Robert Buford he got me in touch with Taurean who is Operations Manager. Taurean did arrange for a painter to come and fix the paint scuffs and did promise to pay for the rest of our damages (back in May end) but it has been three months now and he had not fulfilled his promises to us. Every-time we email (21 emails so far) him he promises to look into it and never follows through it.Dont be fooled by their nice looking email templates and quick responses. They have failed to deliver where it matters most. This was a horrible experience and I would never ever recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone!

The movers were on time, professional and friendly! They handled my things with care. Everything was reassembled and placed where I asked! I would definitely recommend this moving company and will use them again.

After multiple calls and emails, and someone letting me know that Jim would be contacting me, no response received. No one contacted me with quote information or even a follow up call and I ended up having to rent a truck as no movers were available for the day I needed.

Showed up on time, very courteous, worked hard and got it done. Didnt rush and took the time to wrap up the more fragile and important pieces of furniture. The estimate was accurate. I also had the junk guys by the next day, and they did a good job as well. I last used Two Men and a Truck about 15 years ago - same very good quality and service.

DeMarcus and team did a fabulous job moving us from Atlanta to SC. They were punctual, very communicative (phone and in person), friendly, responsible, respectful, careful and very hard working. It was obvious that this group of 4 guys really enjoy working together - they were having such a great time while still being very professional and working their tails off over a 10+ hour day!! Robert in the office was a pleasure to work with as well when I was scheduling the move. The price was very competitive and worth every cent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving.

Getting a quote and completing the paperwork was very easy.Truck was supposed to arrive between 9-10am, arrived at 11:05. Lots of things broken- and just left laying there where it broke after they left. Would not even discuss possibility they broke items...met with comments like-- thats how is was, we didnt move anything from that area, etc. New Buyer of my home sent a pic of where they knocked a pipe loose and it leaked. Crew volunteered to let us contact them directly outside of the company for our next move to save $50. I supplied a case of water, dr pepper and sprite just to see them scattered throughout the house left for garbage.Im sorry to say that when the company called on Monday after the Saturday move, I expressed all my concerns, they said someone would reach out to me that day. It is 7 days later and I just got this survey. VERY disappointed with Smyrna location. I have heard so many good things about this company and it cam recommended from 2 friends who just used them. Disappointing.

My movers were quite clueless, unprofessional and took almost 7 hours to pack and unload a 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment from Smyrna GA to Sandy Springs GA less than 20 minutes away.During my move, the truck rolled down a hill, they broke my tv stand beyond repair and to top it all off charged my card an additional $680 above and beyond my original $300 deposit without my consent or signature!The manager Jason yelled at my boyfriend and I over the phone and hung up on us when we tried to reason with him over the final price.This was a horrible experience and I would never ever recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone!

Unprofessional. Spent 1 hour going over details to get scheduled. They said theyd call me back. Never received a call that evening and when I called the next day, they said they were booked for the month.Update to Owners Response: While your rating may be higher in others eyes, my experience did not warrant a higher rating. Ive already called your company to try to get it resolved. The lady literally said back, Okay.... Bye. It wasnt an issue to fix it mid-May and its not my issue to fix it now.

I would look at other companies first, this one didn’t do right by us on our move. We used this company to move our items to our new house. On the phone we explained everything that needed to be moved and were told that charge would be by the hour until the job was done. We noted that there was washer and dryer to be moved on the phone call when booking. The day of the move, once we got to the new house we noticed that the washer and dryer were not in the truck. The two houses are less than 10 min from each other. We notified the crew about 2 hours before they were finished and they said they were checking with their manager on what could be done since they supposedly had another appointment after ours. Not sure how this makes sense since its an hourly rate until the job is done. They suggested that they could come back Sunday and that their manager would contact us to figure out how to pick up the remaining items. Its now 4 days later and even after multiple calls to their office we still have no resolution and have yet to receive a phone call or anything with an update.

Worst packing ever. Ive got some experience with moving and movers having recently retired from over 30 years of military service with 13 moves. I could write a dissertation, but heres a summation. Contracted for three-person crew, two showed up. About two hours into the job, the lead said hey, were out of boxes and paper, but we got most of it, so not sure what you want to do about the rest of your stuff...The obvious answer was get more boxes and paper, which surprised the lead. After I called the company, they sent more boxes and paper. The problem now is the Packers knew they were low on paper at the beginning and were trying to conserve which resulted in very heavy boxes with very little protection. Bottom line is I do not recommend the Smyrna, Georgia two men and a truck company.

These guys were great!! Alphonso S., Samon, and Chase were fantastic. I had a small move but I have an upright piano so I needed 3 movers. They were very friendly, they booked it the whole time and really made everything as easy as possible. They even got my piano safely up two flights of stairs at my new condo. The office staff is also extremely responsive via both email and phone, which is much appreciated when youre moving and feeling anxious haha. Would definitely hire again!

Beware!!!!! Our stone steps were broken by this company as the previous owner was moving out. A dresser was on the dolly sitting on the stone steps and the weight of it broke the step and the stone above it. They assured us prior to closing on our new house that they would repair the damages with no issue as they knew they were at fault. We are now almost 3 months later and the steps are still broken and they dont return any calls from me or my realtor. Were praying that this company will do the right thing and fix what they damaged. I work for a large corporation and this level of poor customer service would never be acceptable. If you are looking for frustration, poor customer service, and probably something broken.....this is the right company for you!

So my biggest issue is time management . Movers called that they were 20 minutes away... took them an hour to get to the storage unit. Finished loading the truck and had to drive 22 minutes to our new hom said we will be right behind youThey movers literally sat and went to a gas station and were behind almost 30 minutes in my move and I ended having to still pay for it. No call or anything to let me know they were stopping. The Moving Manager Jason extremely rude over the phone asked me question as I was answering was cutting me everything time and then was speaking to me in a condescending manner stating well the time seems appropriate to me not understanding that they finishing loaded a certain time and the drive was only 22 min away but took then almost 50 to get to the destination. Only because of how Rude the Moving manager was over the phone i will never use this company again. Also he offered to reimburse me back 7 min because the guys stopped to get drinks.. like that was going to make a difference for the 30 min that they disappeared

The team was awesome. They were on-time and worked hard. They were careful to wrap my things well and pack the truck so things were as protected as possible. They also were very mindful of walls and objects to avoid scratches and other damage. The guys were polite as well. I’ve moved 16 times and this was by far the best moving team/company I have used. I’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend Maurice and James.

I have all my things in storage in Marietta with Two Men and a Truck and I called up looking for my things to ask questions at first they couldnt find my stuff but the lady took my number found everything she needed about my stuff and calls me right back so I thought that was pretty nice when she called right back and had all the answers I needed so yeah two men and a truck treated me pretty good Im happy

Did not mark any of the boxes. I was told they would use stickers to designate fragile boxes and that each box would be labeled with the room it came from. No boxes were labeled in any way and I am still sitting in a house piled high with boxes and dont know whats in any of them. Not good when I am handicapped and can only open a couple of boxes a day. I still cant find my food, dishes, towels, or bathing supplies.

Appreciated the professionalism of everyone involved. Movers werereally nice and treated my daughter and myself with the utmost respect.I would recommend Two Men and A Truck to anyone and everyone I know.

I booked two guys online and got a better quote and a team to help me move in about 30 mins.My movers were great. Some real top notch professional movers. I used them to move my stuff into storage and now that Im back in ATL Im going to use their services again to move into my apartment.

I used two men and a truck in Smyrna. Everyone was very professional. James and Isaiah were my movers and they were great. They were prompt, patient and professional. They got my items loaded quickly, (I lived on the 3rd floor, no elevator). I cant say enough good things about them.

I have moved multiple times and have never dealt with such professional, friendly hard-working team. Alphonzo and Mon were outstanding! Highly recommend.

Movers were quick and helpful the only issue I have is their time estimate. I was given an estimate of 1 pm for arrival and the movers didnt come until 6 pm. I would have at least preferred being updated by phone call when they would arrive so I wouldnt have to just wait unknowingly.

The entire staff was incredible. From Joanie taking the initial order to Courtney and James doing the move. The professionalism and courtesy was great. We had some items change several times and everytime we called Joanie she was super to work with. Furthermore, James and Courtney were outstanding. Not only did they arrive on time as scheduled, but were fast, efficient and took care in our goods. We would recommend them to anyone.

We hired Two Men and a Truck to move us from our 2 storage units and POD. We had 3 men and a 26 box truck. Jason, Jon, & Country were on time, communicated, were very pleasant, & did an amazing job. They got everything into the truck and unloaded into our new home in a timely efficient manner. Do NOT use the Smyrna location! If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently moved and I chose this company because I had used them previously (Alpharetta location) and was very happy. This time however was a nightmare! I booked a move along with a junk removal service. It started when one of the movers told me I had to personally pay him cash for him to do the junk removal. I ended up calling the office and getting it straightened out, but he clearly wasnt happy after that. He kept forgetting items at the end and I was constantly having to tell him to go back in and get things to which he had a horrible attitude about. When they arrived at my new home it took so long. It was at least 5 min intervals in between him bringing down a few boxes. Then I guess they just decided to hurry up and litterly put all of my things in my living room. Kitchen boxes, on top of clothes boxes, on top of bathroom boxes. Night stands in my living room. Book shelves in my living room. I could not get to my kitchen for 2 days because there were so many boxes in the way. They put the washer and dryer in but didnt hook it up, they said it wasnt the right plug. They lied. I had to move the washer and dryer out and do it myself. I had to move all those heavy boxes and furniture out of my living room by myself. I am a single female and had to move all of that by myself. It wouldnt have been such a issue but it cost $1,200 because they were taking there sweet time. The first move cost me $800 with the same amount of stuff and longer travel time. On top of that a table collapsed from the weight of all the boxes on it and I have a very expensive massage chair where the leather was ripped because they stacked boxes all over it. I sent my damages to them and all I got was a apology. Nothing about my damages, not concerned at all that I paid that amount of money and had to move things by myself. I will never ever use this company again. You would be better off getting a Uhaul and some day labor help then to use this company.

I had the most horrible experience with another moving company (Green Truck) and the called 2 Men and a truck and when I say they turned my moving nightmare into something easy they did that!!! The team they sent to my home was professionally courteous and made everything easy. If you ever need a moving company I highly recommend this company

Used them for a local move (40 miles) in the Atlanta metro area. Move cost estimate and scheduling was simple. Movers showed up slightly early for the appointment. They worked steadily through the process, and got everything done in a timely manner with none of the common moving damage.

This is the third time Ive used Two Men and a Truck and have not been disappointed. The show up on time. They are courteous, fast and took care of our stuff. They had nice equipment and completed the job within the time estimated by their sale department.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! (S. COBB DRIVE LOCATION)I scheduled two weeks in advance to have furniture and major appliances moved out of my house days before my scheduled closing (home sale). Two young movers arrived but after the contract was signed realize it was too much work for them to do. After initially loading a few chairs on the truck, I questioned how they were going to load the heavy appliances on the truck without tools. It was at this time that I realized they began to remove my furniture from the truck and brought it back inside the house. One of the movers took all copies of the signed contract and proceeded to walk out the house without saying anything to me. I realize that they were walking off the job. I immediately called the main office but was told a manager would call me back. 3 days later a manager calls, and did not see anything wrong with how the movers handled the situation. The manager offered to do something for me on my next booking with the company (REALLY!!). I wasted valuable time and I had to find another company to immediately move me. This company does not value its customers. STAY AWAY!!

The movers were courteous, careful, and efficient. They were very amiable and helpful. All of my things arrived on time and in the condition they were when they left my old home. I believe the service was a great value for the price I paid.

My move went amazingly well. From the initial call to schedule until the actual move I was impressed. Everyone I spoke to was courteous, helpful and communicated throughout the process. I’d like to say they were spot on with the cost but actually cost me less than anticipated. I believe that was do to the amazing efficiency of the two fellows who actually did the move. Lots of stairs involved (on an extremely hot Georgia day) and they were incredible!

What started out as a small job quickly turned into one of those boy, this really escalated quickly moments. The crew was awesome and made a couple different runs for us during our office move with no complaints. Very good guys that I would highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give them zero stars. Please be warned...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are careless and not professional. We paid in cash for this move. The next day they debited our account $695 in error....WHAT???? It took them 5 days to reimburse us for their error. To add insult to financial injury....they broke our 55 inch LCD TV and will only give us $90 for damaging it. They also scratched and damaged two walls and broke our screen door. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I PAID $760 FOR FURNITURE and HOME DAMAGED!!!6/28- I moved into my new home, movers where 1 hour late and asked if they could come back another day. I said no I have to be out my apartment and move into my house today. Movers put holes in my new house walls, failed to put together my wardrobe closet and damaged it! They told me they would be back the next day to finish6/29- I called Kevin and the other guy both did not answer the phone it come back to complete the job7/5- Tori the manager come and fill the holes and put the wardrobe closet but its still damaged and not flushed against the wall.7/22- Tori painted over the filled holes and helped me move my daughters bed.7/25- paint drys and it not matching and I requested for a refund for 1/2 my move. If want not refunded!Today- 9/13 I still have not received my refund for 1/2 because they did a half job per our discussion. Im out of $760, a damage wardrobe closet and mismatch paint on my new walls in my home. I will never use again!I hope this message can help others make a wise decision NOT to use this moving company!

From beginning to end the service was top notch, the coordinator who helped schedule the move took all aspects of my hecktic work schedule into account to ensure I wasn’t inconvenienced; the movers were right on time and took great care in wrapping my furniture and placing items on the truck in a logical order and the follow up after the move to make sure I was happy with services was impeccable!! I will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving services.

We have used Two Men and a Truck a couple times in Tennessee as well. We would highly recommend the Ask Kay Drive, Smyrna Georgia franchise. Two Men and a Truck will always be our go to place when we need movers. I honestly dont know what we would do without them. Their follow-up is also great.

We had 2 moves in 3 days (roughly 40 miles away) and used them both times. Our movers were (Josh B., John L., and Sharon), they were so good the first time, that we requested them for the 2nd move as well. No hidden fees and honest fair quotes. I hired Two Men and a Truck (Smyrna Ga) for a move into my new home on March 27. I paid for 3 professional movers and truck. They arrived on time to start the move. Two of the three argued the entire day. They broke the frame on my couch by trying to force it through the room door. Damaged the wall and stairs again by forcing furniture through tight spaces. I called the Operations Manager out to the House during the move but he was unavailable but he did come out the following morning (March 28). After some back and forth about when and who would fix my walls and stairs someone was sent out to repair it (April 16). At this point I still have not been reimbursed for my couch and the time these guys wasted arguing and grandstanding. I called every week since to get this taken care of. The operations manager had to wait for the General Manager to return from vacation. Well she returned on Monday (April 30) and I was told she would call me that day. No call. I called Wednesday (May 2) I was told she wasnt in the office yet but they would have her call me when she gets in later that morning. No call. I called today. I spoke with her she told me she is going to give me $100 for my COUCH and one hour reimbursement for time($150). I spent more than an hour calling back and forth to this office. Not to mention the real time wasted during this move with the unprofessionalism of their movers.

Move in May. Two months later out of nowhere an additional $860.00 charge on my credit card for no reason. I had already paid the remaining amount in full the day of my move in May. I had to issue a dispute with my card company and have still been waiting on this to be resolved. How do you accidentally bill someone two months later for $860? Obviously, this place cant be trusted and is poorly managed.

They were absolutely TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE THEM! The guys showed up and one of them reeked of marijuana. They broke our 2yr old $2000 55 TV and claimed that all they would pay is $90. Not to mention, they scratched walls and put boxes anywhere and wherever so we have to move them again anyways! Then they double charged us $700 on top of the $1300 we paid for the move when we had paid in cash!!! I repeat Do Not use this company!!

This is the second time Ive used this company. They are truly outstanding. They work at a fast pace, which is nice because you pay hourly. I recommend them to everyone that I know is moving.

This has been the worst moving experience Ive had. I got a call to confirm a late move on a Friday. But they didnt show, or call. I left messages at the office, they didnt return them. I was moved only after complaining despite having paid a deposit. Ive followed up for weeks locally (was told the GM would call me - never did) and even nationally (was assured the contact would follow up - never did). While the men who moved me were nice, helpful and solid, the office experience was awful. They did break something and I got a call about that but Im told that comes out of their paycheck. Thats shameful for a company to do that. Ill never use Two Mean and a Truck again and will be making sure my family and friends are aware.

This was the smoothest move Ive had. The two men showed a few minutes early, loaded efficiently, and were careful with my furniture. The process from moving estimate to scheduling to move was really easy.

We hired Two Men and a Truck for an easy move from a storage unit to a townhome two miles away. When our movers showed up, one of them was complaining about not feeling well. Halfway through the move, he called his supervisor and told him that he had to go to the hospital after the move was over. They did not send another individual out to replace him, putting our health in danger. We ended up completing half the move ourselves. When we called management to complain, they were unresponsive. I had to call three times before I actually got a call back a week and a half later. They offered a half hour back on a three and a half hour move, with essentially one hired mover. I have never experienced such atrocious customer service and will never use them again.

Terribly disappointed. They broke a leg clean off my dining room chair and also broke the leg off a toilet cabinet and want to REPAIR it and make me pay my $309 deductible when it would be cheaper to buy them new. Their insurance plans are a joke and if they break your items you are screwed by their prices. We had someone break a few things last Move and they paid us for them and here are are paying this company to repair what they broke. This is MESSED UP. DONT USE THEM!!!

Awesome stress free move by the two professional men. They accomodated my every request. I would request the same crew, if I ever needed this service in the future.

Worst experience ever. Charged me double than the estimate & still left stuff behind. I had to get a uhaul the next day to finish the job myself. A 5-6 hour job apartment move took 11.5 hours. They were an hour late. Took apart 2 desks and then only moved 1/2 of each desk - said they didnt have room (this is an apt - not a mansion). Didnt move entire beds - cause you only sleep on the mattress, right? Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Will update this review when issue is resolved. If you need additional stress when you move, call them.There were not 2 additional stops, thats a lie. We were packed and ready. Its a 3 br apartment people. My grandma could have moved it in 10. I was told that it could be 6 hours max with the storage stop. He said it may even be quicker putting things in storage. The storage facility can verify there is 1 small storage unit.

Was told a lower price earlier,and when that employee talk to the supervisor the price still remained at $405.Took two calls to corporate to get them to call me back. Was told the rate is the same whether they move a refrigerator or a whole house of furniture but I was charged over $400 for a 60 mile trip and to load one refrigerator from the garage.

I was very disappointed in our move and post-move customer service. One of our movers arrived very sick, to the point where he did not have energy to carry our items. The move was still completed in a timely manner because we were hauling just as much off the truck as the individual at full strength, while our ill mover rested. Our heavy involvement in the move was of course not what we paid for. When we requested compensation from the office, the team refused to understand or accept our complaint. Their rigid rules around customer service only allowed them to compensate for 30 minutes since we were within the estimated timeframe. They were rude and refused to accept that the only reason we were within the timeframe was because of our heavy involvement in the move. Overall we were very disappointed by the move and the customer service, and we will not be hiring Two Men and a Truck again.

These guys were very efficient, very careful, and courteous as well. I thoroughly recommend and would use again.

Moving can be one of the top 3 most stressful events in life. Only topped by a wedding or funeral. 2 Men and a truck smyrna worked hard to make sure it was a very smooth experience. They were professional and courteous and I felt that I was truly treate&_d like family. I suffer from terminal cancer and was unable to do much at all the day of my move. I even collapsed and became incapacitated upon arrival at my 2nd location. And yet through it all I knew that my team from 2 men and a truck would make sure all my furniture and contents of my home reached their new location safely. Being able to not have to worry so much is all that kept me from truly throwing up my proverbial hands. Pick 2 Men and a truck Movers you can trust and depend on.

Very disappointed with what I had thought was to be a seamless move on July 10th . I had both called and went into the office to explain I had collectibles, art pieces and memorabilia. Very valuable and they needed to be professionally packed. Not only were my pieces thrown into boxes, they stacked them upside down. They used my own garbage bags to pack items, and spilled bathroom products which leaked into my PS4. I have damaged items now. Unmarked boxes, had to come back twice to get my refrigerator out of the door. Broke the handle of the door. I bought the team breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition I gave them each Mitchell and Ness jerseys, thinking their motto Movers that Care would be right, no its not even close! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

The absolute worst moving experience I could have imagined.They broke multiple pieces of glass on my china cabinet and it took them 4 weeks to get me replacement glass. They also put multiple holes in my wall due to negligent lifting/carrying of my furniture.They would not refund any of my money or provide any additional help.I would not recommend them to anyone.Horrible company and horrible experience!

June 15, 2017TWO THEIVES & A TRUCK!! We hired this company who supposedly does thorough background checks on their employees. However, we were taken by the two individuals who moved us. They stole my entire jewelry box and went through every dresser drawer and stole other jewelry. the manner in which they steal is very methodical. Patrick the tall one, talks about being an avid church goer and how much he loves church. The other one talks about a career in music. Once they have your attention and they have put on a certain face of trustworthiness, they will tell you that you dont need to take anything out of the dresser drawers because they will wrap it. (which is common) However, how they get you is they will say that one of there other moves ran over the time expected and that they werent able to have anything to eat. Then they will ask, if you mind if they stop and get a quick bite to eat before delivering to your house. Thats when they go off and look through all of the drawers and take everything that they may think is of value. To make things worse, I even tipped them extra before they left. The stuff they took was not high-end items but they were ours and we are filling out a police report to get it back. They even destroyed a battery pack because it looked like an iphone. Ive tried calling Amanda at the Smyrna branch but I keep getting the run-a-round. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY USE WITH CAUTION! Yes, we were unsuspecting and conned but we have learned our lesson the hard way...

The absolute worst moving experience ever. Along with being late to start and complete their work, they illegally charged my AMEX almost triple what I was quoted. In addition they damaged much of our furniture to the tune of about $7K! And they refused to unload the last truck until the police were called to the scene. I am not sure who some of these people used, but they must be paying someone to write reviews. Do your research (as we should have done) before hiring these criminals. I had to sue in order to get restitution.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE/ZIKA. This is a pathetic excuse of a company.My experience with this garbage company was as follows:My wife and I booked our move three weeks in advance and paid the $300 deposit. We were given a window from 12-2pm for the movers to arrive.At 12pm we received a call saying that they would be late, but no matter what they would arrive and get us moved.At 3pm they called saying they were still moving a customer ahead of us but no matter what they would get us moved.At 4pm my wife and I called corporate as the location stopped answering our calls and they were auto forwarded to voicemail. Corporate had no clue what was going on but would reach out to the manager and call us back.At 6pm my wife and I call corporate back and I raised hell and was put on hold for 30 mins. After the 30 min hold I was assured that the movers were eating lunch(who the F#%$ eats lunch at 6pm) and would be heading to us immediately to get us moved.At 730pm said manager finally calls me and informs me that she has lost track of her employees and that they have gone rogue. This was a Saturday and we needed to be out of our place as our lease had obviously ended. I requested that she get us moved Sunday. But as you would imagine they do not work on Sunday(A moving company that doesnt work on Sunday, I need movers not a chickafila biscuit). She offered to get us moved on Monday with a 5% discount and she even threw in a Free manager to tell them to move faster. Only when I informed her I was contacting the BBB did she refund my money.TLDR. Do not use this garbage company, they will let you down every time.

Forged initials on inventory sheet & marked damages on parts of furniture that dont even exist. Unable to claim damages post move due to everything already marked as worse possible condition.Example: Somehow a table has both arms & legs along with a dresser has a seat. All marked down as scratched and chipped.Too bad if you dont agree they will charge full and cannot claim insurance.

Dishonest company! They dont mention the $80 travel fee until they get onsite when its too late for you to do anything about it. They corner their customers into paying it. They also require a $300 deposit, and Ive been told before by another TM&T never to use a moving company that requires a deposit. Its no wonder they have terrible ratings on here.
