This place is an amazing experience. They literally speak to every single customer that walk through their door unlike most beauty supply stores. The prices are decent they have a huge selection of hair. I simply love this place.

I have shopped here multiple times and each time has been pleasant. Except for today. First, I was told that this store was black owned which is why I continued to support them in the first place along with the good customer service. The ladies that I usually see working weren’t here today, it was two Indian(assuming) guys. Fine. I got to cash out and this guy rings my edge control up for 9.99 when the sign clearly stated that it was 2.99. I told the guy that I wasn’t right and he immediately starts telling me I need to read it’s back there I need to read. So he follows me to the aisle and I point out the 2.99 tag along with the STOCKED shelf of the same edge control. He was still trying to argue with me and telling me its not his fault whatever. I told him that they needed to fix it because they could have the same issue multiple times. I guess he didn’t like that and started asking me where do I work lol. So he never removed the $9.99 off of my total, so when I asked if he could remove it he said he did. It was still showing up as if he rung it up. I say again “you didn’t take it off it still says 9.99” he looks at me and says “oh you can read”. Had I not had my child with me I probably would be in jail waiting to make this review. Needless to say I won’t go past other beauty supply stores to come to this one. I purposely go out of my route to come to this store but never again! It was cool while it lasted Elite !

I visited Elite Beauty for the first time in June 2021 and was really impressed with their quality inventory, they have everything for your hair plus more!! The sales lady was knowledgeable, nice and helped me so much my entire time there. So the real quality is in their customer service, in store and online. Both experiences were fantastic!!! They went out of their way to send my order per fast and I wrote this review to show my appreciation!! Thank you!

I had a good experience. Easy to find. Helpful staff.I will go back if needed when I come to Georgia.The world prices are rising not in anyones control. Lets be real. You need something you buy it that simple. Price was high but you need it buy it. Gas aint cheap.

I decided to give this beauty supply store a chance instead of my go 2, it was the worst mistake ever. Accidentally picked up the wrong size rushing and when i notice i picked the wrong size, they wouldn’t let me swap out the sizes when clearly i didn’t try it on. The perks of being an influencer is letting your followers know to never shop and support businesses like this. DONT GO HERE! Deff will share on my social media.

They have whatever you need! I went to two other beauty supply locations looking for a specific color and length of braiding hair and was unsuccessful. I was actually on my way home and noticed them like a shining star. They had just what I needed and more.

The drive down was definitely worth it!! I bout 2, 3pack virgin Bundles for about 14.99!!! And a closure was 19.99!! They have a huge store with so many choices! I saw lace wigs beautiful colors starting at 49 bucks! Im definitely going back and I encourage you to go see for yourself and leave with a huge smile!!! Also I got a lovely gift bag

It is entirely too tight in there Im a small girl and I could barely go down the aisle. I know that they are new but you cannot tell it looks like a swap meet in there they should have chose a bigger space. Was put on from this girl @nuniday story on Instagram thinking it was just a beauty supply store but i decided to try it since she posted about it and was greatly surprised. Finna be my only Beauty supply store from here on out. Clothes go crazy too I’m putting y’all down.

Walked in an was greeted by the prettiest little girl that works there, i didn’t catch her name but she’s super short with big curly hair. Lotsss of products to choose from & a lot of wigsssss as well. Manager cuts great deals when you talk him into it. Beautiful girls working there they could be Instagram models . The one that greeted me was amazing help. Chemistry between the employees was amazing felt like we were all friends. Not a black owned Bbi was but felt like it. Slay queen is only sold here as well and it’s so good !!!!!

This is the only place I shop for hair related items since I found them. You are always pleasantly greeted upon arrival. They offer a wide variety of products at competitive prices. Someone is always available to assist, and the owner knowledge about product is A+

I come here about once a month. The owners and the ladies are always helpful and polite. The prices are reasonable and the store is well organized. If you need an item that is not in stock, the owners will order it for you.

Always great inventory and very organized store. New brands and the old faithful brands blended nicely. Staff is helpful without being overbearing or pushy. Store is owned by men so sports are playing, so the husbands have something to do while they wait.

China has amazing customer service skills. She helped me find the perfect hairstyle and items that work well at the price I loved. Definitely a great brand ambassador and would be back to shop in the future!!

So far so good. We popped in yesterday afternoon to check them out. We enjoyed being greeted as we walked in. The selection is pretty typical of a beauty supply store, but I was happy to see new brands in there. Brooklyn Im the wig section in the back was lovely and helpful! It was nice to shop somewhere without having sensors taped all across the product and its ingredients, without snarky notes tacked on shelves to customers and without the usual attitude you sometimes get in these places. Theyll do well if they keep it up.

Owners really nice,prices very reasonable. They have a pretty good selection,like more hair stores,they could use a better selection of nail polishes but no other complaints

Its a new store that sells a lot of different products from back in the day to new products. They have all types of hair everything you want and its a huge store with reasonable prices. I like this store.

I loved it! The drive up was so worth it! I thought that maybe it was a joke about the prices but no way!!! When I got there it was real, I bought 2 packs of the 3 pack bundles that they had for sale for around 20 bucks altogether for each of those packs I love it I will definitely go back I saw a lot of lace wigs they are starting at $50 beautiful colors they had everything the store is so big they were so nice and helped you out and I even got a great gift bag for being a first time customer that drove up I will definitely go back again!

This is slowly becoming one of my favorite BSS. The staff is always so kind and super helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the products and hair that they sell. The store is clean, bright and airy which makes for a great shopping experience.

Pretty neat place ! Wide selection of many hair products. If ur a makeup lover like me, selection is somewhat limited but they have a lot of cute makeup items to look at. Lots of lashes every style. They even have the 25mm lashes behind the counter (ask for). Wigs are in the back, many colors and styles. Body jewelry is offered here as well. This beauty supply store has everything that I like. I come here to get my closures an make up an they always have the curl patterns I like. Trust me it’s worth the trip.

Ive been to lots of beauty supply stores but this one is by far my favorite! With low prices, huge selection of products from braiding hair, wigs, weaves, oils, ect., and beyond amazing customer service. Only hair store I go to now. The owner is also amazing.

This new beauty supply store has a great layout, any hair product you could want, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Most beauty stores close at 8pm, while they are open until 9pm.
