Stopped by this location to pick up a prescription through the drive-thru window. There was no one in line. I was helped immediately. The young lady helping me was very nice and professional. It was a good experience.

Sam Ridley location is much better… Nissan location is slick prejudice. All eyes 👀 where on me as I left merchandise with front cashier -purchased at another location while I shopped for the additional purchase required for this kit. (Noted at top right of the box) I was employed with Walgreens, Lord forgive me if I ever treated a customer like I was treated tonight 🙏 FYI I don’t steal! My receipt was emailed to my phone for the merchandise left! Guess I should’ve left my phone with the cashier too?!

Pharmacy Tech at the drive thru window was extremely nice and I didnt wait very long. She was thorough. My scripts were ready when I got there.

Pharmacy girl whos suppose to have wonderful listening skills, when I told her its on the paper she gave my wife & I to fill out. Rhetorical questions & yes I am sir as she called me, however ALL women answer to my soulmate as ALL men answer to me, period. Other than the conflict of interest this child has in her brain, this location is great. NO money orders= loosing business, sad!

Always clean and the employees are always professional and friendly. This is the one place that through all of the pandemic, I actually felt comfortable entering the store. The cleanest building Ive seen throughout Middle TN, even before the current spread of severe illness.

I wrote a negative review once a while back.So now,,,, I can write a positive one . They have really been good. Very good !!! Thank you to the pharmacists and the techs. I can truly say things have changed for the better . Plus,, I try to put myself in their shoes. They have a hard job.

The absolutely most incompetent pharmacy staff Ive ever had to deal with. They always seem to have to search for your prescriptions, then try to overcharge you. They tried to charge me $75 for what turned out to be a $5 generic, only after I refused to pay it and arguing with a half dozen staff.I spent three exasperating days getting my wifes prescription filled. The Drs office faxed the prescription on December 31, but the incompetent staff cant seem to find it Then they showed their ignorance by telling me the medication wasnt for a chronic condition despite my wife having the prescription for more than twenty years.

We were customers of Rite Aid, as all know which is now Walgreens. First all employees at Rite Aid store and pharmacy were wonderful, professional, and always easy to talk to. As Rite Aid closed it was VERY bitter sweet. I actually asked the transferring employees if they knew what their schedules would be. I have always heard nothing but horrible information about Walgreens. But I wanted to give Walgreens the benefit of the doubt. I went in to get all prescriptions for our family. And knowing our information had already been transferred from Rite Aid, I thought everything would be just making sure all information was correct. But as I stood at the pharmacy counter, it was apparent it was not going to be an easy transition. No prescriptions were there, despite calling ahead before going in. Also if you dont mention you have a secondary insurance, they are not going to file your presccription to your secondary, but very much willing to ask for a balance that would be paid from a secondary insurance. I personally went into Walgreens nine (9) times and still did not get any of our prescriptions filled. With that said we have moved our prescriptions to a different company and pharmacy, where they know how to treat their customers. Walgreens employees were horrible, rude, incompetent, absolutely NO customer service at all. I will truly miss seeing the employees that were at Rite Aid, but I wish them much success in their new positions.

Absolutely horrible place to do business. And the only friendly employees were the employees from Rite aid that transferred and they all have been let go or quit.. Ive been waiting for 45 mins in drive through and still have 4 vehicles in front of me and 3 behind me hints the reason I havent left...

Autumn in the photo center was super helpful. I had been to another Walgreens and a Walmart and gotten almost no help with printing my pictures and the people treated me like I was dumb for needing assistance. But Autumn gave me all the help I needed without hovering or anything and she printed my pictures right away for me. Thank you!

I like the automated reminders and notifications. Staff is very helpful too.

The pharmacy is a mess. The people who work in it are rude, the medications are NEVER available, and they don’t let you know when they’re ready. I’ve signed up for text alerts and I still have to call to see If my sons prescriptions are ready.

The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional and downright rude. They have made me feel like scum when picking up prescriptions. I understand some people abuse drugs but not everyone.

The pharmacist, Christa, was very compassionate and helpful!

Straight up rude employee, I had to get my passport photos taken, the picture was shaky, she had a frown face when i said the photo is shaky and blurred and printed the shaky photo, i had to force her to print a new better photo. Do not recommend it.not sure, if the store manager knows and really cares about it.

I LOVE this beauty section - mostly because of their amazing salesperson Charlotte. I went in today to buy a boatload of items I need for my makeup biz - disposables - things that I go thru constantly - mens stuff mostly today - and I was using the 2 for 1 1/2 off manufacturers sale. Charlotte took the time to go thru clipped coupons that she apparently stores on file for everything I bought - she saved me over 33% today - and that was on a 140.00 order. I normally blow thru stores because Im rarely thrilled with the service - but, after Charlotte today, I will look a little closer and be more open to the service at other retailers. They will have a high bar to meet now. Thank you so much, Charlotte. I will be back again and again! Lisa
