I read the ingredients and labels of almost all the products in store and I am impressed to find all the options are sulfate free phosphate free paraben free ALL THAT!! They may be a small store but there is variety galore, many products Ive never seen or heard of before! FINALLY a place that does not stalk, harass or rush you. I chose this beauty supply store based on Google reviews when I needed braid hair for my 5 year old last Saturday and I am now a customer! Owner was very helpful in helping me chose a brand, length, etc. Really educated me on different brands and accessories that I can choose from. Ive never purchased from a beauty supply store so helpful and FRIENDLY in my life also the prices are great.

Love to support because it’s a black owned business but of course there’s the *typical* problems dealing with such establishments. Problems like store hours/punctuality. They are never open on time in the mornings, and when I arrived at least 15 minutes before closing, the sign was already off. I could see the owner continuing to count the drawer as I knocked to get his attention. I was literally waiting outside in the brick cold for almost 15 minutes and was still denyed service. HA, Won’t be back. Especially when there are MUCH better places with more to choose from.

I am honestly surprised with this location . All the reviews are exactly true. It’s a small own black business. I have been in this area for five years now and always went to Antioch for any hair supplies. I just happened to google hair stores this morning to see what time the location I usually go to opens and found Etopia. Since they are a small location they didn’t have what the bigger stores have but for a natural African American girl they had exactly what I needed for now and the future . Will be going back

Small, privately owned business. The owner is very welcoming, warm and knowledgeable. There is a variety of products for natural as well as chemically treated hair. There is also a decent hair selection for the size of the store. There isnt a vast selection of products, but the items in stock are the brands I typically purchase. I will be back for sure.

I agree with all others! Robert is very kind, patient, humble, and will try to make everything satisfactory to you and for you! He never tries to get you to purchase products just to make a sale. I always make Etopia my number one stop shop for all my hair care needs! What can I say about Mr. Roberts store?! Etopia Neaty Supply is amazing! He has great customer service and takes the time out to help you find what you need. He is honest, patient, and does not just suggest products to clear shelves. I can honestly say that this is the ONLY beauty supply store that I give my money to. If EBS is closed, or I cannot make it in time before they do, I wait and make-do with what I have. I cant say enough good things!
