I usually try not to post negative reviews but this experience was so bad I dont think its fair to not share. Mistakes are mistakes. Intentionally deceiving customers is another story. I will not return and I would caution anyone shopping here to check their purchase before leaving the store, in particular, wig purchases.

I was speaking with one of the workers regarding where she was from because I was so intrigued by her accent. Another male worker spoke up and says I’m from North Africa” laughing hysterically (trying to be funny because I’m African American)... how rude. Do not shop here, I will not be back!!

Doesnt open on time. Says Mon-Thurs 10am-7:30pm. Got here a little early on a Monday at 9:50am. Still here waiting at 10:10am and not a sign of the store opening soon. Smh

This store cant be owned by the same people that use to be here I walked in no one said hello or welcome I stood at the counter for 10 minutes no one came over just watched me my husband eventually came in still nothing I wont be back.

Very pleased with the service Ive gotten this far. Bought two wigs, first visit, one wig second trip. Will be buying another next week. P.S. the wigs are still looking good I just love changing my look.Minnie Patton
