Ive been doing business with these guys for nearly 15 years, and theres nowhere else Id rather go to buy tires and brakes. You get out the door pricing on every product and service, which makes things simple and easy to understand. I was told by a local dealership that I needed a brand new tire because there was a nail in the inside wall of the tire, and it could not be repaired. I was also told that it would take five hours for them to get a tire delivered and it would cost me $400 some odd dollars. I had asked to see the tire where the nail was located. They would not show me. I was advised to check back to see if they had gotten the tire in. They put air in the tire and sent me on my way. I was not too happy! Fast forward about a week or two later.(Look at how God works - now watch this!) I contacted a guy that I know asking him if he knew where I could get a new tire. Without hesitation, he recommended Smyrna Tire. So I took my car there on June 15, 2021 and those guy checked my tire which had a nail. I asked to see where the nail was and the Tech showed me, also showed me the nail that he removed. The nail was not located in the inside wall as I was told by the dealership. Wow! My tire was repaired by the Tech at Smyrna Tire and put back on my car and all it cost me was $30.00For real Customer Service!So, Thank You staff at Smyrna Tire Service for what you do to take care of your customers and appreciate your honesty!

My wifes SUV tire had a slow leak so we decided to try Smyrna Tire. From start to finish overall great.They took a look at the tire and repaired it via patching. They didnt once try to sell us a new tire when it wasnt needed like some other shops try to. Smyrna Tire has earned a repeat customer due to their workmanship and integrity.

I called on Monday and spoke with a gentleman about getting my brakes done and a wheel alignment. He set me up for a 1 pm appointment Today, Thursday. I then call on my appointment day and they tell me that my appointment was never set up and they don’t do appointments for brakes because It’s first come, first serve. I leave town tomorrow and now I’m stuck scrambling to get brakes done when I was supposed to be getting it done today. SmhJust show up early if you want work done. I guess

Mike’s shop is an excellent example of a second generation automotive service business that refuse to compromise on core qualities that made them great - exceptional service, affordable prices and friendly staff. He has a team that can give the best dealerships in town a run for their money. They don’t resort to gimmicks like fancy service centers and snack bars to sell their business. Its their work that does all the talking. Have trusted Mike with my Bentley, Porsche & Mercedes for the past few years. The only times I didn’t take my cars here is when he says they don’t work on those specific kinds of issues at the shop.

I was pleased with the service I received when visiting this shop. Not only was it fast (despite seeming busy) and reasonably priced, the service advisors were honest about what repairs would be needed while not pressuring me to use their shop for them. Always appreciate honesty and helpfulness when dealing with auto repairs as many places try to pressure folks-especially women-into getting unnecessary repairs and that did not happen here.

Just had my tires rotated on my 91 Jetta and found it was in need of front brakes and rotors. I was thrilled that they could help with this as well. I have been buying tires from these guys for many, many years and have never been disappointed. This shop has the most enthusiastic and motivated workers you will see anywhere. They are like the Energizer Bunny with the way they never stop and are in constant motion. Even cleaning up after themselves in thorough and meticulous fashion. Finding parts for this old vehicle is not easy; however, they persevered and completed my repair. Once again, Smyrna Tire won me over. I will continue to shout their name to all I come into contact. This is a locally owned business and one of the best shops in the Smyrna area. The owner is a stand up guy and his team of professionals were very courteous and friendly. I dont usually go write a review for every good experience I have, but this experience was outstanding. The manager was friendly, the service was quick, and I felt like I got a good deal for my money.

Dropped in to have a tire checked for a slow leak. The guys there were professional...and when they determined it was a simple valve stem failure, they quickly fixed and didnt even charge me for it. They didnt have to be so kind, so much appreciated. Great service and Im glad I stopped in.

Whether service was planned or unplanned Smyrna Tire has treated us fairly, courteously and work has been top notch. They have even found and fixed issues with my vehicle not found at the dealership. Smyrna Tire has been around for a long time. I have friends whose parents have been shopping there for 20+ years. The guys that work there are both courteous and knowledgeable and always dispense advise with candor to a fault. Ive bought several sets of tires from them at this point and Ive never been up sold. Their alignment service is top notch and reasonably priced. Really like this shop and youre spending your money with a local business. Good stuff.

It was a great experience. Went for a flat tire issue, they promptly respond and fixed within 30 to 40 minutes. In bonus they checked all the tire pressure, found inappropriate, and fixed that too. Really appreciated.

I was referred to Smyrna Tire by several long time Smyrna residents and I have never been disappointed. They are always busy but service is quicker than Ive come to expect in my experience with automotive repairs. And (and this is the big one) they have always done quality work for less than the number I usually have in my head when I walk in the door.
