Saw an advertisement of a corporate coupon for a $18.95 oil change on Google while searching for an oil change (see pic). Grease Monkey doesnt offer a $20 oil change. The cheapest oil change was $60 or $70! I cant remember the exact amount because I was shocked.Tried to send feedback through the corporate website about my experience and it wouldnt send after writing it. I will avoid this brand at all costs after my experience.

Always friendly, helpful and they dont want you to waste money. I may have spent a little more with the recommendations of the mechanic but when I turned on my vehicle it was running like new. I love that I can trust them that the job is done correctly. Thats five star service in my eyes

When I drove into the establishment they were kind, friendly and prompt. They topped off all of my fluids and checked my tires. They wore their mask and assured me that they were using all safety precautions to prevent the spread of Covid. Very close to my home. I will use them again.

I came in at 9am and was in and out within 30 minutes. Easiest oil change of my life. Everyone was very friendly and professional, explaining further service I may need. The best touch was that they took the time to learn my name. I will definitely be back next time!

I absolutely love the staff and recommend this shop to everyone! It can be a little crazy sometimes but they are amazing at communicating from little things like greeting and asking how they can help to apologizing for the wait when they are busy and I love how they explain everything to me about my car and make recommendations I don’t know what I would do without them. My car is literally one problem after another so I visit pretty frequently and everyone has become like family.

Store was short staffed, but informed me as I got there. Set expectations on a very accurate basis, recommneded additional service that was needed. Very good crew for the constraints they were under. 5 stars

I usually love this place. Quick and friendly. Last time I tried to get an oil change, they told me they were out of regular oil and only had full synthetic. I went to Walmart instead. Also, I bought a filter there and the very next time I went the mechanic tried to sell me another one. Makes me wonder.

Went for an emissions test. The guy with long hair had the worse attitude I’ve ever seen. Not to mention extremely unprofessional . It was scary. He was also on the phone the whole time in 40 mins I was there so I could not ask him anything.

Without knowing my car information Cory stated that they didnt have the filter for my car. He said to come tomorrow. Corporate needs to check the #s for Sundays, they seem to be more interested on their personal stuff. They were cleaning their car on the back of the property or doing something. I waited for a minute and they had a second car turn around. My car is a Panthifinder and the other car was a Corolla, I guess they ran out of filters. have been at this location twice before and they have a lady working who is professional and knowledgeable.Update- I returned to this location and was happy to see Amanda. She apologized for the experience I had received with Cory. Like always she took care of the oil change in a timely manner and other issues that I need to address with my car. Excellent Customer Service. I will come back because of you Amanda!

I stopped in for a quick oil change. The whole crew was welcoming and the process was organized. Fun to chat with them and have a consultation about what might be needed and why as opposed to a sales job. I decided last minute for tire balance and rotation. No problem and they worked it out so the processes were done at the same time which saved me 30 minutes. I will return.

Prices are pretty decent and they do a heat job at helping me keep up with things due on my vehicle. Bobby broke down almost every recommendation and answered every question I had about them! It was quick but they dont wear masks when talking to customers which made me hesitant and you have to go inside to pay which again isnt a big thing if thru put masks on when talking with customers face to face.

I havent been in over a year, so it could be different now. The minute I started going here random things started needing adjustments in my car and they were always recurring issues. i was spending thousands of dollars. I think I got completely ripped off because I went somewhere else and they fixed everything instantly. I wouldnt recommend for anything other than an oil change

Good, quick emissions testing service, friendly staff. But in late May 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, none of the folks working there were wearing masks. And they were coming right up, well within six feet, and talking to customers. Unprofessional, poor compliance with social distancing guidelines.

Fast and courteous but a little steep to patch a tire at $25 per patch. However, I was extremely satisfied with the oil change on my sons raised truck being only $40 to have been as thorough as they were. Saturdays are extremely busy, you will want an appointment for an oil change.

Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of and usually Women who show up without someone that knows a little something they pressure you to buy add ones and extras. It was really nice to not feel pressured and just in and out with great service

I have never been here before & decided to try them since they are close to the house. I pulled in & told the guy I needed an oil change. He asked the year of my car, told me it needed synthetic & then said $81.99 for an oil change!!!! I went back to Castrol on Barrett pkwy & Dallas Hwy, where I used to go & was able to get my oil changed, air filter & fuel injection cleaned for $100!! This place is rude & totally overpriced!! Way to many competitors to waste money here!!

Worst place ever!!! Don’t let that woman fix your car because she will fix the wrong part. I told them I need one part fixed and they decided to fix a completely different part. I kept calling and and coming back up there from Woodstock to get the right part fixed and all they did was turn off the check engine light. When I called and told them I needed this done because my birthday is in a week and the check engine light was still on they tell me to go somewhere else! So you pretty much just stole my money!!! Never again!!!!!

Last weekend I went to a different Havoline and got an oil change and they overfilled it by several QUARTS. I noticed it was running a bit rough, so I checked it and found out that it was over full. Then I looked up what can happen to your car from overfilling -- it can completely ruin your engine. So I stopped at this oil change place because it was on my way home and I was worried about driving all that extra time to get back to the place where I had the oil change done. When I got here and told them about my issue, they drained it to an appropriate level with no fuss whatsoever, and without charging me. I will now be coming here for my oil changes.
