Dont let the poor attitudes of some of the staff get to you. The young man that owns this is wonderful and does a great job. Ive had some... bad attitude from some of the people there, but Sky always does right by his cyatomeres!

Don’t let John Forester fool you, he has issues with every shop he has taken his car to. I’ve had true street work on my 2013 Gt, 2009 gt500, and how 2017 Corvette. I trust no one else to do quality work.

I own a high performance vehicle and was looking to give a local shop a chance to do some professional work for me! Although the customer service and experience was nice and helpful! The level of mechanical expertise wasn’t there! I confronted the owner about the mishaps that could’ve possibly ended my life in an instance! And to be fair I gave the owner and his workers a second chance! While all coming out of my own pocket there wasn’t a bit of remorse and disbelief in the installment failures. When confronted about the whole situation after having many mechanics review this shop work it was completely unsatisfactory and in other words half assed! No attention to detail! No safety! And products where damaged in result of laziness, carelessness or plain and simple lack of knowledge!After trying to resolve this in a peaceful manner, the word got out on the internet and then the public bashing and cyber bullying was happening! Question to others is why take your precious vehicle to get serviced into a place that will only treat you good if you submit to their wrong doings? I don’t do anyone wrong and pay on time and ask to have the same treatment I give to others to be given to me! If that was the case none of this would be happening! But a simple customer service advise for this company instead of bashing the customers in a vendetta online why not resolve it by either refunding the money for good and services that where offered or better yet come to some type of agreement? I will only recommend this shop to do simple oil changes and easy car maintenance stuff other than that look elsewhere for your performance needs!

Previous review is simply wrong. True Street Automotive is a new outfit occupying this facility. The mechanics are top notch with over 100 years combined experience in automotive repair. This is a local business with hard working local people. Doug, Sky and Jordan have been nothing but professional as they look to clean up the site and reputation that the previous operation left in disrepair. They have done several jobs for me, all were completed quickly and professionally for less $$$ other shops wanted. Support of local businesses and families is a critical component in Smyrna, and throughout DE. I was very impressed with the professionalism I recieved over the phone and in person. They installed good quality parts encompass with great service. New sheepskin on the same old wolf. this is All-Tech Automotive the same car shop thats been scamming people for years that are unfortunate enough to bring their cars there. The place is dirty and ran down and littered with cars about (mostly ones that takes them forever to fix/get too). Ive heard it all about this place and have had many bad experiences here. Always under so called new management with the same goons working on your car. I dont think theres a worse place around here with a worse reputation than them. They damaged my car I brought back to them twice and scammed me for $400 to fix a problem they caused. Take it from people that have learned the hard way dont bring your car to this shop.
