Convenient location but horrible customer service. Idk if everyone there is on drugs but when a few customers asked for help with products and line coordination they were either high or just completely ignored them because they just started at the wall and didn’t say anything.

Not a bad store but go to OReillys everything is so much cheaper at OReillys!! I used to work at advance Auto and there a bit on the pricey side sooo.. go to OReillys!!

I get here at 7:30am right when they open the lady that opens says give her a couple mins. she let me in at 8:33am. It be your own ppl that treat you wrong

I purchased a battery and knew it didnt look right. The sales person said the batteries are now smaller. Installed the battery and then my car wouldnt start and fuses blew.The dealership said it was a battery for a smaller car and that the battery size for my car did not change!

Not busy enough. Went in for a wiring harness for uhaul trailer backup lights. Quick service. 5 minutes and out 😃

The lady in here is rude 😒 and she is always nicer to the men. Every time I go in here I get the nastiest service from her. And Im always nice an pleasant. She needs another job.

My husband ordered a part for a customer was told it would be there between 4-5. We gave them an extra hour just to be safe. Found out they never even bothered to put the order in.

They actually take the time to help me as I walk if busy they acknowledge me atleast u like the other like stores near. Also, explains if needs or will generally help or try if you ask questions. I have yet to have a negative or questionable trip here! Thanks go to them! Prices I’ve also played around with at like stores and they were under, or equal to on prices.

Knowledgeable store with friendly employees. Has just about anything you could need for most vehicles. Right on my way to my local shop so its nice to be able to get what you need now that the nearest NAPA is so far away. Definitely will return for more stuff!

This store is poorly manage in my opinion. I went in to buy a part for my car and I asked a question just to get a rude response and I was the only customer there and the dude was just on his phone not helping at all I tried purchasing an item and I was just standing there waiting for for him to help me for like 15 minutes and I just left because I was wasting my time just waiting for him to scan my item. Worst customer service ever!!

Terrible customer service. The lady with the braids rolled her lil eye as soon as I spoke to her. She did not greet us upon arrival. She sat there resting her face in her hands while I explained my issue, she had no interest in what I was talking about. Made a couple lousy suggestions, and then helped the customer behind us. She did not step out to look at our issue but stepped out to look at his issue when they were very similar. Never EVER will I come back to this location.

They have a girl at the cash register just offering the most horrible service ever. I ask where was polish n she looked at me like she was disgusted I ask and sent me to aisle 3 without even getting up from her chair. Turns out there was no polish at all on aisle 3 so I had to just walk around and find it myself. Once I found it she acted as if she was rushing me to check out so she could sit back down not once even looking up from here phone. I could see exactly what she was doing and she was watching someone on live so basically doing something not important at all. If Nevaeh D is in here just save yourself a headache and look for yourself or ask someone else just skip her all together

Cant say enough good things about my experience. I had my car battery tested for free at another Advance Auto Parts Store. The other store told me I did not need to replace my battery immediately, but that it may begin to fail more frequently as the weather got colder. I ordered my battery online, and saved 25% on the cost. My nearby store did not have the perfect battery in-stock, so they suggested I pick-up at this store, just 3 miles down the road. When I arrived, I was asked if I had ordered a battery and was greeted by name! The free installation went very quickly, and I did not even have to ask for the refund of the core charge for leaving he old battery with them. I highly recommend this company and the two stores on S Cobb Dr in Smyrna.

This is my go to auto parts store. It’s close to my house, they have friendly service, the guys & gals are very knowledgeable up there, they normally have what I need in stock and if they don’t they get it up there the next day if it’s at another store. If not and they have to special order it, they have it there within a few days.

Its 7:40 a.m. in this store is not open! The doors are still locked and theyre supposed to be open at 7:30.

Very helpful in selecting the correct part for my vehicle. Gave me options as well as the pros and cons of the different manufacturers and types. Highly recommended.

Asked the guy to help me with some windshield wipers when he got done with the battery but instead he went back in the store and help somebody else that wasnt before me poor job at paying attention

I came into this advance auto parts on 5/29/2018 around 2:20pm because I needed coolant for my car. It took about 10 minutes for anyone to ask me if I needed help with anything...and when they did they were very short with me. I had to call my mechanic to help me navigate the store to find what I needed. Then I proceed to check out (reg 03 trn#2280 Joseph R) and I let them know I would need help with putting the coolant in...and he explained that it might be too hot but he’d come check after he finished with the next customer. Well I guess he forgot about me while I was waiting outside so I went back in to see if he was going to come check-he was very rude and asked why couldn’t I do and how simple it was-to which I explained that I didn’t have the “tools” to do it which is why I asked him...after going back and forth with him I decided to go to a more customer friendly auto parts store not too far away. I will NEVER come back to this auto parts and I definitely won’t tell anyone about it -the customer service here sucks 🙃.

Other than a 30 min wait I had a very positive experience.

Customer service was lacking. My visit was to change a dead battery in my car and I waited 45min after my battery was diagnosed to have it replaced. The associate assisting me assisted 3 customers that arrived after my diagnostic was completed before changing my battery.

Joe went above and beyond today! He helped me replace a dead battery, and identified a leak in my radiator which I had not noticed, and which could have developed into a much bigger problem if left unchecked. I will definitely be back the next time I need anything for my car!
