I have stopped in many times to get the free air service. With all the rain weve had lately, I finally decided to get new tires. I wanted Michelin tires and learned that they are a certified dealer. So I gave them my business. I was very, very pleased. After shopping the price, I thought their price was fair and the service was great! My car rides like new. I recommend Discount Tires for your next tire experience.

Stopped in midday on a Monday asked to make a appointment to get a tire fixed. Was told to just come back at 8am and they could get me in and out. I asked multiple times if they could me in n out, making sure he new I could not wait in the morning. Showed back up 7:50am next day, called to the counter around 8:30 to be told they should get to it by 10:30. If you can’t be honest about timing can’t trust you to do anything else!! I left, will pay another company to fix the tire, even though it’s under warranty from them

I have been coming here for a few years now, the service is always consistent, so friendly, they really try to make conversation with you. Today I came in without an appointment and was in and out 45 minutes before my quoted time. It’s never fun to have a tire problems but if you do discount tire will take care of you!

After leaving a dissatisfying review for tires plus, I wanted to applaud Discount Tire on their service. They were absolutely slammed both times I went in there but handled it beautifully. I can see why they are so busy. Very friendly, efficient, and reliable!

My experience with this company is low on the customer service side. I needed a new rim or wheel replacement and new tire. My vehicle was towed there and a two day wait for part to be ordered. I decided to replace all 4 tires. I day of install I waited 4 additional hours because the manager on duty placed my key and paperwork last after all the walkims, told me I had to wait there with service team while the vehicle was being work on in order to drive that night. Then the wrong style rim was ordered. I asked for the same type wheel now my vehicle looks ridiculous with a sport rim on a work truck. Very disappointing

I went to this place because I ran over a nail & this was the closet place as my tire went from 35 psi to 0 psi in less than 5 minutes. The guys here are all nice & courteous! Cam to be more specific literally went above & beyond! I will definitely be a returning customer whenever something happens to my tires again! Thanks Cam!

You all have made it effectively impossible as a company to get in touch with you. I made an appt. that I needed to change, and I have now called at 3 different occasions 30 minutes apart to only get transferred to a automated message, which just replays over and over. It’s become clear that as a company, you value that few dollars you save an hour over having to pay someone to answers your phone calls, but honestly it’s just bad business. I shouldn’t have to prompt this hard to get someone at your business on the phone to simply change my appointment.

These guys are the real MVPs. They’ve fixed flat tires on my cars so many times over the years. They are always super busy, but very friendly and give great customer service. There prices are the best for tires and they also match any competitors price. They’ve earned my business for life.

Toby at the Smyrna location was polite, honest and respectful. After looking at my tire that I thought needed to be replaced, he told me I didnt need to. He lost out on a sale today, but made a customer for life if I ever need them again

We are in town from Louisiana to watch our grandson play in baseball tournament. We came out of hotel to find we had flat tire. Discount tire was recommended to us and we are so happy they were. We were a walk-in with no appointment and they were awesome. From Carlos at the front desk to the young man that repaired our tire at no charge. We would highly recommend them. Stopped by here earlier in the week (Monday) to replace a damaged rim and spoke with CAM. Got an estimate and 3-4 days of wait time for my new rim to come in. Was notified ahead of time that there was availability and scheduled the swap. Got a flat before my appointment and had my car towed here last night! I had my car towed here after getting a flat. They fixed the flat for free, even though I told them they could replace good replace the tire if need be.I will be getting my tried here from now on.

I’ve never had this experience in a discount tire location. I got a screw in my tire. I called them around 8am and explained my situation. He told me to bring it in and they could fix in in about an hour. I got here at 8:30 waited in line for 20+ mins and it is currently 12:15 and my car hasn’t even been pulled in.

Husbands tires needed to be air checked and inflated. The situation was handled by a courteous, knowledgeable technician on a timely fashion.

It was great...the guys were very helpful when they didnt have the tires in stock that I ordered. They were able to get me a better replacement for less than what I paid originally and got me in and out in about 30 minutes.

I was in the store this morning for a tire repair and rotation . The staff is very professional and gives above and beyond excellent customer service ! Garrett and Evan were doing an amazing job ! You just can’t find that kind of courtesy, professionalism and thoroughness everywhere ! Great job gentleman !!! Job well done !!!

Had to Come back 3 days later when I realized that the Balance, tire rotation and fix a flat Wasn’t performed even though I was told it was all good to go .Waste of 2.5 hours and another 1.5 hours today (3 days later )What in the world . Best tire buying experience Ive had! They are a well run machine. Very quick service. Everyone I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable and friendly (which I feel is rare these days). They include perks with your tire purchase (Free pressure checks and rotations). The warranty certificates are 100% worth it as well. Atlanta roads are ROUGH on your vehicle. I had a pot hole take out two of my tires. They replaced them no questions asked. Did not have to pay for the new tires or labor. There are a lot of options out there but I cannot recommend this location enough.

If I ever have tire trouble, I know I can always rely on Discount Tire. Air pressure checks are super easy and quick to do, and the service there is always outstanding. The staff are super friendly and helpful, 10/10.

My boyfriend and I were on our way to dinner around 5ish and one of his tires popped. We went to Lexus first, but they were closed. We went to discount tire (Smyrna location) right next door, but they were also closed. Fortunately, Steven had agreed to help us to fix our flat tire... even after business hours. My brother usually takes my car here, but this was the first time I went on my own. The staff was very friendly, mask mandate was enforced as well as social distancing. The employee who helped me out and was very very friendly and explained everything to me thoroughly. He made taken care of and answered any questions I had. Prices are also fair and my tire was installed and rotated in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I have never walked into one of these locations and had the experience I just had. I walked in immediately noticed on 1 person at the counter on a call (Carlos). He never once greeted or even looked up to knowledge my presence, not even the other customer standing on his opposite side. That gentleman was later handled by another. I continued to patiently wait for Mr. Carlos to finish his call. The part were I walk out is when he finished the call, continued to type on the computer, continued to ignore my presence then make another call! Thank You CARLOS I sure Goodyear or Firestone will not mind the additional business.

I bought new tires from my Discount Tire Center here in Houston for the drive to Georgia and my ride all the way there was horrible. Vibration over 65mph for 11 hours. Booked an appointment with Discount Tire in Smyrna close to where I was staying. I arrived late, but they saw me within 15 minutes of my arrival anyway and casually realized the tires were not well balanced. They corrected that and days later my car was like a jet on the road back to Texas. An unbeliveable difference. Nice guys. Great customer service and in a beautiful area.

They put my tires on the wrong side so I had to make an extra trip back to get it corrected. Then they put the wrong tires on! So basically, they got in wrong twice. The owner seemed like one of the employees there was not very apologetic and took forever to come out to assist us. It was such an inconvenience and the only person that had a genuine concern was a Hispanic guy, I believe his name is Carlos. He puts in orders and he decided to change our tires himself to make sure it was done properly.

Great experience! Got checked in quickly and the work was done before the time I was promised!

I arrived at 11am today for a tire change. I was never told about any wait time.After choosing my tire and continuing with the purchase I was still never informed of the wait time.I paid partial card and the rest cash.After purchase was complete then I get informed of my 2hr wait that I was not expecting.After deciding to wait the 2 hrs because I am here now, unfortunately I had to wait almost an additional hr just to get pulled in the bay. This experience was absolutely horrible and the only reply I get out of the manager is, oh sorry. Your car should be next. I witnessed 3 other cars get pulled into the bay before me. This location sucks...I have been dealing with discount tires for years.

Bought my last 2 set of tires from this location for my Truck and Car but when I pulled up to get air in my motorcycle tire i was told they dont service motorcycles. I explained that I just needed some air but per the store manager its against their policy. Ive had my motorcycle tire inflated at this same location every 6 months or so, so i was caught off guard. I would think a tire store would be invested in motor vehicle safety no matter how many tires it has, especially for just a squirt of air. Wont be buying my next $1,000 set of tires from Discount TIre.

Like 10 nails found their way into my back rear tires on my subaru. It being AWD, I always change all 4 tires when I do.10 out of 5 stars for this place.They took me with no appointment because it was sudden, had the car in the bay 30min BEFORE their projected time, and the car done 1 hr BEFORE their projected completion. The online portal to monitor the progress of my vehichle was so convenient and answered a lot of questions, and it kept me from distracting them with phone calls for my questions.I got a set of tires that last 60k miles (10k more than my previous Hankook tires) for almost $200 less than I paid the last time I changed my tires.I will return here for tire changes from now on. Excellent value, excellent service, excellent process. Well done!👏 and THANK YOU.

My experience was pretty pleasant! They have a check in line outside to avoid overcrowding in the store and the employees were all very helpful and masked up. They also fixed the nail in my tire within and hour and at no cost. I will definitely come back here for the great service!

Women Beware unfortunately we know many of these shops take advantage of women and this one’s no different.I came in with some rims to buy some new tires, I’ve never bought rims before so they took upon themselves to throw my wheels away. I found out what they really do is put them on other cars,but of course they told me they throw them away.“” Its something how society just capitalize on taking advantage of people,make sure you ask plenty of questions before hand. Because they say it’s your responsibility but I don’t know how .I would think since you’re in the business you would help the customers but those days are gone.

I had a blow out the day before on my front rear tire...got home safely and called around to find replacements. I needed 2 replacement Kuhmo tires for my Kia Sorento. The DT call center directed me to DT in Smryna GA on Spring Rd. I got to the location next morning at 8:45 am. Now mind you this is the Friday before memorial day (memorial day weekend) 😳😳😳. So I waited for 4 hours but the store was busy as hell when my turn came they discovered that it was a system error and my tires were NOT in stock. The manager upgraded my tires and gave me two extra tires making it a full set of four since I was concerned about my tires not matching. The wait was hellish but they were working to make it happen.

I had the absolute worst experience at this location. I checked my car in with the manager, Brad at 9:30 am and was told my car would be ready at 11:45 “at the latest.” I thought this seemed like a long wait to get tires changed but I said I’d sit and wait. At 12:00 when the car still wasn’t finished I went to a service rep for an update and was told “looks like you’re one of the next ones to be pulled in.” Irritated I sat down thinking at least I’ll be leaving soon. At 1:30, fed up, I approached the manager who told me he didn’t know why the car had not been pulled in yet and that I should be getting pulled in yet. After I reminded him that I was told 11:45 he sarcastically asked me if I wanted to just take my car. Which, of course, I did. After that there is no way I would’ve paid them for any service and will definitely not be going to this place again.

Made an appointment to get all four tires changed. They said theyd get them from the warehouse the next day but ended up getting them in later that day. When I went in for my appointment, they had me in and out within an hour.Fantastic service! Thanks for the help Darryl!

Ive been going to Discount Tire locations in Atlanta for almost 20 years now. Their website is extremely efficient and full of information, which is a main draw for me. You can basically complete your entire experience online, short of showing up for your quick and easy appointment. Their pricing is straight forward as well, which I appreciate. I also really like the knowledgeable staff. On multiple occasions I have spoken with them for advice, and they are always very helpful with extra information that you cant really find in online reviews of the tires. This most recent time, Brad, at the Smyrna location was extremely helpful. They are also doing a great job managing a contact-less experience during covid. 5 stars. Every time.

Our trip to this Discount Tire served its purpose, but we had somewhat of a negative experience here. We drove up because we had a flat- the kid checking us in would not pull his mask up over his mouth to talk to us because he had allergies. Im not going to name his name but if a manager is reading this, you should ask around and see who it was because this was so incredibly inconsiderate of our safety given the times were in. We literally could not turn around in our car, otherwise we would have.Im going to give one additional star because the other kid who actually changed our tire, Paris, was so incredibly professional and thoughtful. He should be considered for a raise or more responsibilities because he exemplified what true customer service should be like. He got this Discount Tire the only star it deserved- Ill name his name since he deserves recognition.

They have an online store that is different than the site for the brick and mortar stores. I found a set of tires there that they sold for a higher price on the store site and they matched the price. Tires were swapped out quickly and they provide free balance and rotation. I have almost always purchased my tires from this company is nice I started driving many moons ago and have never been disappointed with the service. Just like any mechanic, it can take a bit longer than expected to get the work started but that just comes with the volume of work they do. Buy the certificates if you have an AWD.

I went to get a tire repair and the tire was under warranty. The store manager informed that the tire couldnt be repaired but I could purchased a new set tires. I will never buy another set of tires from Discount Tires every again.

Today (On my birthday) I got a flat called in was told they had my tire in stock it’d be a quick swap since I had their tire warranty/insurance ... 2 HOURS LATER ... I’m still waiting. Ironic ALL the cars pulled in ahead of me were white people. The store manager is very RUDE, insensitive & a LIAR!!! I came to this location because I ALWAYS come here & normally always get excellent, quick, HONEST service. After today I’m sure this will be my LAST time at this location anything else happens I’ll be DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! The warranty isn’t worth the headache.

Discount Tire is a well oiled machine. I pulled up, stated what I needed and the representative was very professional and courteous. Even more interesting. the tire technician was just as nice, which is unusual.Very impressed with the operation.

This place is the worst! First encounter, I purchased a set of tires and realized that they had removed my chrome air caps and replaced them with plastic ones. They also misplaced the lock for my tires which caused me to have to buy another one from the BMW dealership. I did get reimbursed but it was still an inconvenience. Second encounter, I called for a tire rotation and was told that the wait time would be approximately one hour. However, when I arrived, I was told that it would be a three hour wait, which is ridiculous! Long story short, there will never be a third encounter. I had to give at least a one star review in order to post, but truthfully, this place isn’t worthy of a half star.😝

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. My appointment was for 2:45. I was out of there with new tires just before 3:30. Everyone working there had on masks and stood reasonably back and there was hand sanitizer available in several different locations.I only bought 2 tires. They told me I would need to replace one more soon (correct) but didnt push me to do it today.

All staff is very friendly. Prices are pretty good and with most purchases you can get roadside hazard on your tires you purchase from them for a minimal price which is a warranty and if you pick up a nail or the tire beyond repair they will replace the tire at no extra charge. I love this place.

Ive experienced better customer at other locations. I was charged $42 to swap out a tire on a van.

So discount tire didn’t fix my flat tire at another location. I drove on the highway and received a flat tire. Tried to make an appointment with a nearby Discount tire in Smyrna GA but they had no appointments and it stated online they were only taking walk ins. Since they open at 8 am I waited in the front park since 7:15 am. As soon as they open I explained my situation to the manager. He told me appointments come first and they are busy to try another discount tire even when I explained to him online you all state you are taking walk ins and they are no appointments. I am a soldier trying to get to drill and the manager turned me away and wouldn’t help me. So I asked the assistant manager and he assisted me and stated that they were taking walkins and I received a placement tire. Thanks to the assistant manager Taylor. Taylor has great customer service skills and was an amazing help. The actual manager should definitely work on his customer service skills.

Took the car in to get 4 new tires. They snapped off a wheel stud and refused to cover the cost of replacement. They simply said that it wasnt their fault it snapped off. Regardless of whether or not that is true, the lug snapped off when the car was under their care. Any reasonable customer support would cover the replacement. I would find another place to buy tires where they take more care to not break things on their customers cars.

Worst location I’ve ever been to! I was there cause I had a flat tire was told there will be a 2 hour wait only to find out 2 hours later the associate never checked my vehicle in. Than waited another 20mins watching them service another vehicle that arrived after me. When I got out my car and went inside to address the situation with the manager, he never came out of his office. Finally, they charged my tire outside of the garage which didn’t appear new so I asked was it a new tire and with an attitude the associated told me, yes the tire is new and walked away!

Called to cancel my appointment after shopping around(I found a better deal at Costco for the tires I actually wanted) and it was over 100$ cheaper for way better tires. They didn’t even try to attempt to price match me or convince me to stick with them. Seems like my money’s chump change here at this Smyrna location even with 5 cars in their system. I know if I was in Athens they would have way better customer service. ✌️

This was my first time using Discount Tires for my Tesla. The sales rep Paris was very kind to explain everything to me about my tires and giving me the initial quote. If you want great tires and great customer service go with Discount Tires and speak to Paris.

We ordered our tires over the phone with a team member at the Chamblee location. The day before our appointment, we called to see if they could schedule us sooner. We were informed that the Chamblee location was without power do to a recent storm. Long story short, we were able to move our appointment to the Smyrna location, pick up our tires from Chamblee and have them installed all within a matter of a few hours. The staff at both location and on the phone were amazing to work with. Big thank you to Carlos P. and Steven E for getting us in and out. Great experience! We will definitely be using Discount Tire in the future!

Was disappointed to see that not a single employee here properly wore a mask. Most did have one, but it was either under their chin or not covering their nose. Some, though, did not have anything on at all and very few observed distancing. They did see me on short notice, so points there, but they did not follow the guidelines when every other Discount Tire location I’ve been to has been much better in this regard.

I hate this place!!! I refuse to do business here! Extremely long time for anything to get done here. Hardly do not answer calls. They overbook and it takes forever to get service done here. I placed an order and its been several days, no calls no nothing. Woodstock, Kennesaw and douglasville are way better, I rather drive the distance and know my time wont be wasted!

Because they didn’t fix the problem. I came because the air pressure light was on. They told me I need to replace 1 tire. I replaced it. As soon as I turned the car back on, the light came back up! I told them about it. However, I was given the ok to leave! I took the car to my mechanic. He found a leak in another tire! I took my car back to discount tires and they said ok if your mechanic said there is a leak let’s replace it! I asked him to assess the situation himself. He was hesitant! Very unprofessional. I get that they want to run their business and sell tires. But you need to do your job well.

This is my second visit to discount tires. The first time I was turned away from Costco because I only needed and wanted 2 tires. So I went to discount tires and Im very happy I did. The first experience was good and Im back to get 2 more tires. I was running behind due to traffic and even though I arrived 25 minutes before closing the attendant Ron was very friendly and helpful. I have had excellent customer service with everyone at Discount tires from Andrew, Taylor, and Ron and Pat. Pat is a honest and thorough guy. Great job Discount tires Smyrna 👍 Spring road.. Walked in 9 minutes late to my appointment, which I called and said I would be a few minutes late due to bad weather and driving on a spare tire. Not only did I get an attitude from the guy on the phone when I called but also got attitude when I arrived. Then, the guy proceeded to tell me he would have to get me in as a “walk in” cause I was late and they have a 15 minute grace period........I was 9 MINUTES LATE, he ignored that fact when I said it and told me he could get me in and out within an hour and half. I’ve used another Discount Tire location before and had a great experience and the guys were super helpful, but this location needs major training on customer service etiquette. Least to say, I walked out and am walking into Weaver Tire in Marietta who already has a cheaper tire at $125 with installation, that is the exact same tire at Discount for $154 with installation.

Second visit here and the same high level of professionalism. It’s apparent that they invest in and train their people and leadership. I had a nail in a tire I didn’t buy there (original tire from factory with car) and they repaired it free of charge. And an appropriate repair, not the quick repair, they took the tire off to fix.I had bought two tires from them previously and impressed. Not the lowest price but reasonable. Now that I see the other services they provide, makes me feel good about what I paid.I listened while I waited and they treat threaten all of their customers professionally and honestly. They never pressured anyone or me. The tire they repaired will be due to be replaced and the salesman never tried to sell me one, he said I had a little life left vs. other shops which would have said “you have to replace them.” I appreciate that.I would recommend this store. The manager was out the entire time taking to staff and customers, nice touch. Shop was very clean and organized, sign of a good shop.

Love this company. They have saved me on multiple occasions and have always given me the best price on tires.I came in to this location the other day with a flat that the dealer said was un-repairable and it was $200 for a new tire. Instead, I brought the flat to discount and they said said my tire was fine and that the small hole was totally repairable (not in the sidewall). They had me in and out in about 10 minutes, charged me $0 to fix a flat, and saved me $200 that the dealer wanted to charge. This one instance reminded me (again) why I will buy my next set of tires from them..I have been doing business with this company for the last 10 years, while we lived all the way across the country.
