Just got my Windows tinted for the first time, I had a great experience with tint worlds went in expecting to pay one thing but after we went over what would be best for my car and my desires I paid a little more than planned but over all I am very pleased with the work and professionalism of the guys here. They were pretty fast, and I like the tint. They are pretty high though. It was $400 for a 2 door car so the pricing is the only thing I would criticize. It is a nice place though and they were able to get me in the same day which a lot of places would not do!

I was looking for a place that could detail my four door sedan and also replace the rear window tint. I called up Tint World (Smyrna), which was about a mile from my house, so it was a convenient location.I asked for a price quote on their highest detail package, known as the Ultimate Package, which includes cleaning and dressing the engine bay. They quoted me $349.95, which is a bit on the high end, but reasonable for a high quality detail. I also asked about re-tinting the back window and was told that an individual window usually runs about $60. I thought that was very reasonable. In my mind, Im thinking that I can get everything easily accomplished for under $500, even if Im nickeled and dimed for some miscellaneous fees.Once I arrived at the store, the prices went up significantly. Apparently, detailing the engine bay is not included in the $349.95 price; it costs an extra $50. $50 is a reasonable price for detailing the engine bay, but I was mislead into thinking it was included in the cost of the Ultimate detail package.Tinting the rear window is where I was really mislead. Instead of it being merely $60, it was $200 to remove the old tint and $200 to add the new ceramic tint. I could have gone with a cheaper $150 carbon tint to save $50.At this point, Im thinking the total cost is $800 plus 6% tax, or $848 total. I dont remember for sure, but I think they quoted my total cost at $973. I did a double take and learned that I was being charged an extra $118 for shop supplies. They worked some magic and my total fell to roughly $900 or only $400 more than I was planning to spend. Needless to say, I had to dock one star from the review, because their pricing isnt very transparent.Aside from the questionable pricing practices, the work that was done was excellent quality. This was the best detailing job that Ive ever experienced. Non-obvious places, such as the gas tank compartment, were also cleaned. Usually when I have a car detailed, I have to spend another 30 minutes touching up some spots. In this case, there was only one minor spot that was missed, and I was able to fix it in just a quick minute. All of the interior surfaces were clean and dust-free. The window tinting also worked out well and matches the rest of the car. I no longer have to look at the ugly bubbles that Ive lived with for the past 6 years.In sum, this isnt the cheapest place, but they do quality work. If youre shopping around, then make sure that the prices they quote are firm and include all fees.As another quick mention, Google shows that the shop closes at 6:30PM, but when I went to pick up my car at 6:15PM, the business was already closed. I had to return the next day.

Excellent service. Matched my factory tint on the rears perfectly. These guys know what they are doing. The tint job was done way quicker than expected for the full SUV package.Note: I had to point out all the finger prints on all doors and the soapy water dried up on my seats. They took care of it right away.

Got all over tint and then came back the next week and got paint work done on the wheels and the brake lights. The employees are all super friendly and helpful, I walked in without an appointment and they got the tint work done within the hour! Horribly overpriced service they are cons at its best, so they quoted me $449.00 for 3 windows on a f-550 tow truck which I believed was quite high but I agreed, thinking for a moment I got a quote from a nearby location 5 star service for $269 and attempted to cancel they argued me down and told me to call the cops to stop the process and then after I became slightly aggressive they agreed to do a price match to the tune of 324.00 I don’t recommend you make this your first stop shop around in the area first they are to high for standard service and refuse to allow you the opportunity to cancel.

I’m not sure about the tint. However, they do offer other car services. I needed my headlight assembly and bumper replaced on my vehicle. I already bought the headlight for it to be replaced. I was still charged $1,800 for this service,which I found pretty reasonable. But the customer service was horrible! I had to wait a week to get the appointment, which means I had to ride around with one headlight, but I patiently waited.It took 3 days to do the services to my car. When I got my car back, the brand new headlight was still out. In addition, a piece of the bumper was scrubbing my tire when I got the car back. I go back to the place the next day. They made me wait another day to tear the pull off of the bumper piece that was scrubbing my tire. So I had to ride around smelling burnt rubber. I was inconvenienced because I had to drop my car off again for 1 day to make the headlight work. On my bill I was charged $600 for the labor. When I requested some sort of refund or credit, I was offered $30! I give this place 2 thumbs down!

Got my windows tinted about a month ago here at the Smyrna location. Employee at the desk was pretty rude from the start, so I guess I should have known. I paid about $300 for 20% tint which is pretty overpriced, but I trusted that they would do a good job and I needed to get it done. I have never seen a tint job done so poorly, there are legitimately hundreds of bubbles and blemishes on my windows and my back windshield looks like a child did it. Also there is fibers and particles everywhere underneath the tint because it wasn’t cleaned properly before application. I went back up there yesterday for them to redo the tint, and they told me to be there around 9 am. Immediately the same employee is pretty rude, and comes out with a card for about 5 minutes to try to push the hundreds of bubbles out. He said that the back windshield would definitely need to be replaced but the windows were under their “5% flaw allowed” policy even though there is fibers and particles all underneath it. His response was “No tint job is perfect” After about 5 minutes of making little progress, he walks inside and never comes back out. I guess he was hoping I would leave, which I did. My $300 is wasted, and I am quite certain if they did fix it it would be similar quality if they believe that is a good job. Horrible customer service and a scam. Seems like they do a good job soliciting positive reviews. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
