This shop is awesome! They do good and HONEST work. And if they make any mistake on their part they always rectify and do right by the customer which is hard to find these days. Denise is very professional and will make sure not to have your car longer than necessary! It’s always in and out for me. The technicians you can tell are hard workers and they seem to have a family oriented environment. Prices are very reasonable and you can tell they’re not trying to take advantage of anyone. CAR ANGELS DO EXIST!!! is to say the least! I have a Japanese car and it is very hard to find someone to work on it, let alone know what they are doing! Lets just say I have taken my car to over 7 car shops around the Smyrna area to be ether turned around cause they cant figure out the problem, or what I like to say play around with my car . But at Vinings Auto Repair, Denise is the shop manager she is so sweet she literally makes you feel at home as soon at you enter the door! She is Extremely knowledgeable, she stays in great communication with the clients while the vehicle is there and she tries to help you out in any way possible! The mechanics are extremely experienced they can find out what is wrong with my car in no time! where other car shops had no idea what was wrong! and every time I get the car back from Vinings auto repair it is always running like a Gem! I can’t believe this gem was hiding in plain site. I have been taking my BMW to Douglasville for a year because of the high prices at the dealership. Vinings Auto is right around the corner from my home. I had an emergency so I could not take the chance to go all the way to Douglasville. I googled and found Vinings Auto close to my home. I called and explained my issue. The caution had indicated I had a transmission problem. Needless to say, I was nervous. Greg, the office manager I assumed, was very professional on the phone. He told me to let the car sit and to bring it in first thing the next morning. I arrived at 7:30 am the next morning. Everyone in the office was polite. I could see it was a family business which was nice to see. Greg left to take another customer home. Denise, the owner arrived and explained to me what was going on with my car. I can’t tell you how good it felt to see a female so knowledgeable. I felt her honestly and concern for me as a customer which made me feel valued. She went over all the problems with my car and explained what was most important. I left feeling my car was in good hands. Denise took me home and brought my car to me when the work was completed. It’s been a week now and I’ve had no issues with my BMW. I now trust their expertise and the prices are much less than the dealership. I will definitely return for future services.

Let this be a warning to all ...DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. I really has a very bad experience with this shop. While on a trip to atlanta, during the week of June 6, in my Mercedes ML-350, I experienced car trouble the car would not start. I called around to local repair facilities in the area. I was told by all they were very busy and would be able to even took at my car for a week too a week and and half. While I was driving in Smyrna I discovered a business located on Cumberland Parkway that was advertising Mercedes repair. I walked in an asked for the owner or a mechanic and Denise introduced herself and the owner and mechanic, I was so impressed with the fact and the owner was black as well as a female I ask her to come outside to introduce herself to my Granddaughter. She promised me that if I had the car towed to her on Sunday evening that they would look at the car first thing on Monday, The tow cost me an additional $75 due to distant from Conyers to Smyrna. I called on Wednesday and discovered that the car had not even looked at. This went on for almost 3 weeks with no repair. I called on June 26. some 20 days later and told them I would be traveling to Atlanta on Friday, June 26 to take my car someplace else or my deadline for completion would be June 26. I had the car towed back to Valdosta and I asked for the parts that she replaced and for her to sign the invoice stating that the new Mercedes parts were in the car. She refused to sign, I told here that if did not sign stating that the parts were in the car, That I would not sign so that you could get paid by Car Shield. She threated to call the police if I did not sign the invoice for her payment. She charged my $1200 after keeping my car for 20 days with no repair. Car shield contacted me to verity that I signed and it turned out that she forged my signature. This a shady business and I do not recommend Vinings Auto located to my worst enemy. I was traveling through Georgia when the tranfer case went out on my truck. I was stranded in Georgia with my two young sons and my dog. I called Vinings and they said they would take care of it quickly. So, I had the truck towed to them. I have been a mechanic for thirty years. Remove and replace a tranfercase is a 6 hour job. They had my truck for a week. Everyday I would call for a status update and everyday they said it would be done tomorrow. After spending over $1000 on uber and hotel fees they finally finished my truck. I drove home to Virginia and almost exatone month later my transmission burned up. I checked my transmission fluid and I was three quarts low. Nobody had worked on my truck or even opened the hood since Vinings.i brought it to a local mechanic and the transmission had to be rebuilt. When he started working he found a two wods of papertowels compressed between the transfercase and transmission. When he removed the transfercase he discovered the gasket was torn in two places and rather than replacing the gasket the papertowels had been placed over the rips. Once the papertowles became saturated they leaked out my transmission fluid and burned up my transmission. I called Vinings several times and asked for Denise. Everytime they ssid she wasnt there. Everytime I left a message and I have still not received a return phone call. I asked for Denises email and sent her two emails about this and received no responde from them. This is a terrible company. I would stay away fromt hem if I were you. I wish I could include pictures in this review.

Extremely rude over the phone. Not professional. Pure liars. Will never use them again. Suggest no one use them. Worst customer service I have ever had. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! Take it to a BMW dealership that you can trust.Ive been a customer of this shop for the past 4-5 years. And until today, Ive never had a complaint about customer service or repairs.I called numerous time on Thursday, 5/31/18 and Friday, 6/1/18 before reaching someone to set an appointment. When I spoke to Denise, she informed me that their schedule was currently full and could fit me in on Wednesday, 6/6/18. I dropped my car off at 8:00am for an oil change. I also requested that my radiator be inspected, because the indicator light had been off and on for a couple days.I am accustomed to receiving calls from Randolph when my car is there. Hed typically provide updates throughout the day and let me know the time I could expect my vehicle to be ready for pick up. Instead, I had to call the shop throughout the day for an update. I didnt reach Denise at the shop until 4:15pm. I asked if my car would be ready for pick-up before they closed at 5:00pm? She informed me that the shop would be open until 6:00pm. I arrived at the shop a few minutes before 6:00pm. She called me as I was pulling in the driveway to notify that the technician was currently working on my vehicle and it would be ready momentarily.As she was stating that lie, I was now standing beside my car, parked in the same spot, which wasnt a parking space, as Id parked it when I dropped it off this morning. Why would the technician take my car inside the shop, partially complete an oil change, return it outdoors and back into the same spot, which wasnt an actual parking space? It made no sense to me. Especially since there were plenty other true spaces that the car couldve been parked in, closer to the building instead.Denise said that the technician had changed my oil, but hadnt finished the job because he had to leave the premises to drop off another customer whod been waiting at the shop. I asked her why the car wasnt still inside the shop, awaiting his return, instead of the EXACT place Id parked it earlier. There was no answer for that.I am so angry and disappointed in this business. Since Bills death and Randolphs departure, service is awful here. I will NEVER return to this shop and I cant stress enough to you how you shouldnt trust a company that lies to its customers either. Theres no telling how much money they collect for work they dont complete.Denise didnt charge me, although I had absolutely NO intentions of paying for anything. It was clear that no work had been done. Otherwise, she wouldve expected compensation.Before I left the shop, Denise informed me that shes the new shop owner. That she inherited the business from Mr. Bills estate after his passing.Things were better at this shop when he was alive and Randolph managed the shop. Service has surely declined under her management. Such a disappointment. I hate when good businesses go bad.UPDATE - 6/6/18: When I arrived home today and shut off my engine, the same oil and radiator indicator lights were back on. So much for the lies that they changed my oil and topped off other fluid. The proof is in the photo Ive posted.Dont go there! Dont go there! DONT GO THERE!

If I could rate this place a 0, I would. My husband and I had been long term customers of this place, but the customer service has gone down hill dramatically. I wouldn’t allow this place to service my trash let alone my car. The front desk manager needs to be trained on customer courtesy and respect. She continually talks over and down to you. I advise you to consider taking your vehicle to BMW Motorsport as they seem to understand customer service.

I dontt do the google stuff but the young lady at the shop was very nice i was in the lobby when she spoke to the two people on the phone she wasnt rude at all she told person on the phone to come and get the car she didnt want to work on it thats her right. later that day i pick up my car and saw the police every where the customer was a fire cracker insulting people and calling names i feel the young lady did the right thing about calling the police because you never know what people are up to. oh my car is great like always i will continue my service at the shop.

This is the best BMW/Mercedes shop in Atlanta!!! The prices are usually 1/2 of what is charged at the dealership. The customer service is PHENOMENAL!!!! Whenever I need to leave my vehicle I’m given a free ride home or to work by their in-house “Uber or lyft” type driver. She is pleasant as well. A ride is always arranged to pick me up to get my car after services are rendered too. If my vehicle has to stay more than a day & I need a rental they’re very accommodating with offering a rental discount.I couldn’t ask for better service or a better auto shop for my vehicles. The technicians there are trained specifically for BMW & Mercedes & are always informative about anything I have questions about.Denise is the Manager & she’s as sweet as can be! I’ve come in on occasion & there has been complimentary refreshments like coffee & pastries. She has even bought my lunch at times while I waited for services. They’re just all around great people with exceptional customer service. I wouldn’t take my vehicles to any other shop!!!

I was not pleased with the customer service or operation of this establishment. Denise is rude and confrontational with her customers. I ordered a simple part for my BMW. I was given the run around when the part would arrive. I was given excuse after excuse. Ive never seen such unprofessional behavior. Im extremely glad Denise refunded my money that i spent on q simple part. It should not take several days and excuses for such a simple task. Now granted, Denise told me a timeframe for when the part would arrive. Also, she stated she would call when it arrived as well. Again, days past with little update or information given on the status of the part that I purchased. Note: I was provided a picture of the parts i purchased the next day along with a statement when the part would arrive. I felt the ball was dropped. After receiving my refund, I headed to the BMW dealer to purchase the exact same part. I purchased and received the part the same day for a cheaper price and excellent customer service. I hope Denise would invest time and engery in improving her customer service skills and manners. One should never be rude, loud, disrespectful or argue in front of other customers. I will never visit this establishment EVER again. I will pay more money to the BMW dealer before I ever come here again.

Denise somehow inherited this business and now thinks that she came up because she was left the estate of the REAL OWNER that worked hard for his business. Denise does not not know how to run nor handle a business and has very very poor customer service skills. She handles situations as if shes in elementary school and does not have any respect for adults. She cant even look you in the face while speaking and hides behind her loud mouth and her desk. Denise has no clue on peoples lifestyle and assumed that We were broke because my husband and I had an issue with how she handle our situation. It was very challenging trying to contact the business and there was an extreme lack of communication. She then hit us with a bill after fixing our car without notifying us and getting authorization to do so. We then called the police to help assess the situation and he informed us that it wasnt the first time he had been up there for the same situation. We also checked the BBB and saw there were other people that had the same complaint and the same issue as she stated that the REAL OWNER left her his estate and that she takes care of his wife and family, information that we couldnt care less about, that had nothing to do with our car. I am appalled with her ghetto behavior and will not recommend this establishment to any of my family or friends.

I have been coming to this business for over 7 years and now never again. The ownership has changed and it is not for the good. I made an appointment to have my car serviced and estimate provided for other work. I never got a call on the day of appointment when I dropped my car off the day before. When I called the next day after appointment date it took 5 hours for someone to call me back. At which time they accused me of not calling them back and provided an estimate twice the price of another location near by. I paid the 1 hour fee and picked up my car as there is no way I can trust a business like this to handle my car. I rather pay more money and get the service we should expect.

I liked them because they were very professional and offered the quality of a dealership without the price. We didn’t know till our experience today that they are under new management. They are keeping the Vinings name to keep the previous customer base as well as the “prestige” of being associated with Vinings. The owner is rude and disrespectful to not only me, but as well to the employees who work for her. She is the epitome of a stereotype and I walked away embarrassed how she is representing herself from many different perspectives. I have never been so insulted by a “business” owner. Visited this location for the first time to have routine maintenance perform on my Mercedes E350. Shortly thereafter, detected that that the hood was not level and discovered due to an air hose that had been removed and left on the side which kept the hood from closing properly (hood could have easily disengaged while driving), additionally, the windshield reservoir cap was left off - hanging on the side. This blatant neglect should have been readily detected by these specialist and makes me wonder if any of the maintenance was actually completed that I handsomely paid for.Upon returning to the location to address the unacceptable matter, was told the owner was not immediately available and would contact me to further address - I have yet to hear from the owner or anyone.Needless to say, I will not recommend or use their services again.

One thing i know is that this has been a great shop for many years they work with you to get you the best price my family own 2 bmw and 1 benz that get serviced here i get the same kind honest treatment the shop has always had 3 techs now they have 5 service is quicker.

Reviews were not dependable.Dropped my car, left a note AND contacted them at their website.No reply..... so finally called. Was told that they would call me with quote.Almost closing time somebody called me. Was not impressed with their weak explanation of work needed and poor customer service, so picked it up and went to another shop, where I was welcome.

This is the worst place. A total rip-off. They even let my car sit for extra time claiming to be replacing the light so that they could charge me more money for labor time than I was quoted over the phone. They clearly figure people with luxury cars have money to waste, so they take advantage! Go anywhere but here.
