They dont answer the phone! I wanted info before going to Smyrna from Middletown, not to long of a ride, but to get the info, I had to make the trip. They didnt have the size tires I needed. The staff was nice.

My previous mechanic moved to another country, and I didnt have a choice but to look for a new one. Luckily, I found Rapid Multi-Service Auto. The guys treated me well, got my new tires the following day. Very honest and doesnt overcharge. I think they are actually better than my previous goto mechanic! LOL The owner was really nice, and treats each customer with respect. I highly recommend this place for any car issues you may have. The guys were nice, helpful and, very knowledgeable even in imported cars like mine.

Was traveling through DE when I blew a brake line. They were professional, charged me fairly and got me back on the road within a few hours. I recommend them and their work to others.

I got a tire and rim swap. They took there time and did everything accordingly. Even sitting there hearing them converse with customers was professional. To me they didnt break my pockets. Also for my benefit I like that they close at 6:30pm.

Went in for an alignment, they waited till they were done to tell me my sway bar was bad. Also had a bad tire. Was told by 3 other shops that no shop would attempt an alignment with a bad tired let alone sway bar. So of course I paid for an alignment that was never done. Will never go back

Wonderful experience. We took our brand new 2021 Durango here to have an exhaust modification (axle back). They got us in the same day and quickly got the job done.They even provided cardboard protection in the trunk so the old pipes wouldn’t scuff the new interior. All of this was done at an extremely affordable rate. Would recommend.

I cannot say enough about this company! If I could, I would give way more then just 5 stars. I came home yesterday, after 4 days of being out of town, to find that both tires on the passenger side being flat. After trying to put air in the both of them, I found two knife slots in them. I spent over and hour calling around, trying to find a roadside assistance provider who would help me to get the wheels off and take them to put new tires on and then put them back on. However, the only thing these companies will do for a flat is either pump it up for you or put on the spare. Feeling defeated, I started to call the local used tire shops. After getting no answer at two other companies, I finally got through to RMS. After confirming they had the tires I needed, I asked them what the best option was to get there with the wheels, get the tire changed out and then get them back home to put them back in the car. To my great shock, after giving him my location which was only a mile or so away from the car, the person I was speaking to, (Dave I believe), told me that they would come to me, remove the wheels, replace the tires and then return to the car to put them back on. I knew that this wasn’t something that was typically done and am so grateful that RMS Auto was going so far and above what they had to do. I would recommend this company to anyone! And thank you again to the gentlemen who went above the call of duty!!!!

I had an amazing experience at RMS. Prior to visiting them, I had scheduled an appointment with another shop. They told me that my tire couldnt be repaired, and that I needed to purchase a new one @$211. I drove my car out of the lot and found myself at RMS who was able to easily patch my tire. Both Dave and Walt were great. I will be back. Highly recommend RMS.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! I had my tires changed here and a few short days later, as I was driving on the interstate, one of them FLEW OFF OF MY CAR!!! Needless to say, I was in terrible fear of my life! The owner Walt, with 37 years of experience and expertise, seems to believe that this incident was not a result of the work that was done DAYS PRIOR BY HIS SHOP! My car was totally fine before bringing it in to RMS and had no other recent repairs. My car now has residual damage from hitting the asphalt at high speed after the tire flew off. I’ve been without a car for 2 weeks. This whole experience has been a disaster and the owner is less than cooperative. I’ve now been forced to take matters into my own hands as he has no desire to come up with a REASONABLE solution. In talking to him, he has had NO empathy for what has happened or what I’ve been through as a result. He i If you are thinking about having auto work done here, save yourself some time, headache, and potentially your LIFE and go somewhere else!!!!

Horrible experience. They lied to me that they changed my engine, wasted my time for more than 2 months to give me vehicle with the same engine partially fixed and came down with the same problem after driving for less than 25 miles. I took it back, they want to charge me for lying about another issues. It was later discovered by another technician that no Engine was changed in the first place. I spoke with the owner Alan and he mentioned that the engine was changed. Thats no my first experience with them.

When I stopped at this shop at 530 on a friday night I was told the person who does the tires was gone for the day. This establishment advertises its open until 630. I drove a few miles down the road and had a blow out. Desperate I called them and told them what happened. First he said he didnt have my tire in stock. Then he called me back and said he had one at $80!!!!! $80 for a used tire!!!!! Its $93 new at pep boys! Worst part is I went there a month ago and another person told me it was $55. This place tried to take advantage of a desperate woman in an even more desperately situation. Women, stay clear!!!! There are too many shops around to be mistreated and mishandled and robbed.

Went here to put my new tires on my truck and forgot that a dealer that had changed my oil and rotated my tires did not put my lug lock socket back in my glove box, so they made it happen and got the lock lugs off . Also I got there at 5:30 & they close at 6:30 but stayed till after 7, awesome crew here at RMS automotive ! Thanks guys & also the CHEAPEST in the area (tire service)

Dont know it by this name, but this place is legit! Dont be put off by their appearance. I had tire that had been losing air for some time and thought it needed a new valve stem. Id been to Walmart on several occasions only to be faced with a 4 to 5 hour wait. Twice I was told they couldnt even take any more customers that day! I went to THIS place (actually much closer to my house and more convenient) and was in and out in about a half hour and for only a $15 plug! They were super friendly and I couldnt have been happier. Peace of mind for a female who works the overnight shift!

Car stopped in the intersection in front of their shop, thankfully they helped push it their and examined it basically for free! The staff are all friendly and know a lot about cars. They also are willing to share that information with you so you know theyre doing the correct things! Best car shop Ive ever been to and will be bringing my business here in the future

Satisfied customerI went in thinking I needed my tire balanced. It turned out after doing a full inspection that I needed calipers for the front of my vechile. The owner went above and beyond. My vechile had work done (brakes and rotors) from a previous mechanic and the job was not done properly. Here, they were able to find the problem, fix it, and displayed great customer service. I thought initially all that was done here at this establishment was fix tires. They do it ALL. My vechile now has a new mechanic. I highly recommend this business. Thanks again for being so thorough.

Only gave 2 🌟 cause I have been helped there before but literally the last time put my rating at none cause they didnt open when they were supposed to, then as I stood outside and waited the guy who works there pulled up seen me and pulled out, then I called and the answering machine said that they were busy with a customer, so almost 2 hours later as someone else came to the gas station across the street from them and helped me with my flat and the same guy pulled up and saw me pointing him out to his competitor from down the street and pulled out again and still hadnt opened up by almost 11am and the hours are 8am

Their name is now RMS Rapid Tire Service Auto. Came in for a 195 60 r15 to swap out on a rim I brought(7-6-18). I got an okay used tire for $50. Place I usually go is $40 for one that has more tread. Unfortunately they were out, so I ended up here. They were polite and swift, but a little hard to understand because of their accent.

Destroyed my $4,000 set of wheels an had to take my old tire to a different tire shop because they couldn’t get it back on the wheel. Terrible service. Terrible Quality. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR MONEY HERE!

This a is a different owned business now!DO NOT GO THIS TIRE BUSINESS! Went there 3 times because and everytime they had me waiting 2-3 hrs.( just the have my one tire fixed, which I had brought to them. The younger guy seems lazy and has I dont care attitude.When they were Tunsung, it took the installer about 15min. Best to find a different tire business, until they get their act together!

Their tyres are good and their services are excellent. The guys there are very friendly and there is one short dude there who I think is an expert in wheels and tyres. He can analyze and solve all wheel and Tyre problems.
