It is absolutely ridiculous that the entire pharmacy shuts down for a break. That’s the only window some of us have to run out and pick up prescriptions.
This Walgreens store in general is “ok”. The pharmacy is lacking tremendously. I’ve had issues every time I’ve used them. Just my personal experience.
Been on hold for over an hour. They never answer the phone.
The pharmacy seems to have a hard time keeping medications in stock and receiving them in a timely manner. My child has had to go without medicines or use previously prescribed medicine because of this... I am frustrated as this pharmacy is closest to my house and Daily route. I hate to drive to the other side of town but I may just have to switch because it has become a monthly occurrence. Also, if you call, you will sit on hold forever, I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what but I am extremely dissatisfied with it. The inside of the store has been great, I haven’t had any problems.
Very rude cashiers! Today, the cashier, instead of asking for my ID, she said I need your ID! Then grabbed it from me. Very unprofessional!
I absolutely love going to this store. People who say bad things about the pharmacy I have absolutely no idea how it works, they work so hard to do their job the correct way! I appreciate all employees that go above and beyond here!
Dont go there for a Flu Shot unless you have All Day! Working on an hour now...
I was 8th in line at the drive up. We sat there for 20 minutes and not 1 car moved. I had to call inside and ask them to please put a worker at the window. They always only have 1 person working the inside & drive thru. Then another time a pharmacist was very rude & hung up in my face! This pharmacy is terrible!
Pharmacy is super convenient and they are much more knowledgeable than the pharmacy in Wal-Mart down the street. No hassles with coding errors.
Understaffed resulting in slower service. Not a fault of the workers. They never stop moving.

Pharmacy staff was very rude and even after my prescriptions were called in hours prior to pick up, they still werent ready. The obviously bitter, uneducated, and untrained tech at the window went out of her way to move at a glacial pace. Im transferring my prescriptions elsewhere as well as reporting my experience to corporate.

I was giving a 15mins wait time for prescription after 28mins I asked if medicine was ready just to find out it was never scanned in. Then when they located his paper prescription she proceeded to put wrong directions into computer. I had to show her were she was wrong. Then she had a problem with insurance. The Pharmacist had to tell the aide what to do cause they both was clueless. I waited 80mins. Not only did it take a ridiculous amount of time because of there employees careless mistake but no apology for the inconvenience and my time wasted.

Hey you Mr . Mark the District Manager all you did was play favor toward your 3 employees and it seems like your 6 employees that you talk to lied to protect there jobs and it seems like John Q Public is wrong on complaining about 2 Employees that are not properly train ok And Mr . Scott lied and played Favor toward those 2 Employees hmmmm
The pharmacy here is below average. The service is extremely slow and they understaffed.
