This is an long over due review. I have been coming to this location for years now and have not had a bad front desk person or wax specialist. I had 2 previous wax specialist one move up in the company and the other one not sure. Now, my wax specialist is Aimee and I love her. She has a great personality,she wax me fast, and clean up is always good. She is my therapist when I see her for those few minutes. The ladies at the front desk always have a smile and good conversation.Due to covid, they do follow all covid policies. They have some of the best cleaning procedures I have seen, so I am always comfortable here.😆😆😆 It says add photos, yea I don’t think I should do that.. 😆😆

Buffy is awesome! I had my first wax experience & she made me feel very comfortable & relaxed through the whole procedure. She is very knowledgeable, caring, & thorough from start to finish. I’ve already booked my next appointment with her.

I have never gotten a wax in my life but decided to take the plunge before a girls trip to Miami. Buffy was AMAZING!! She was knowledgeable, she was fast, and made me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable. She definitely made me a believer and changed my life!!! Lol!! I shall never shave again. The staff is super friendly and I’ve never waited more than a couple of minutes to be taken to the back for my appointment. I highly recommend this business and ask for Buffy!!

I have a friend that was getting waxed and I came along, so I figured I’d get a wax too since the first one is free. I believe the name of the lady who waxed me was Cora but I don’t remember too well. She finished up so I didn’t look after and took her word that it was all good. When I got in the car I felt really Uncomfy and found wax stuck all over me, and my underwear was stuck to me as well. She left chunks of wax on the hair that she left behind. I had to painfully cut it all out. Needless to say it was my first and absolute last time ever going here.

Very easy to book an appointment. Its fresh and clean. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonder job on my brows.

Booked a last min appt with Kristen. My past three EWC experiences haven’t been the best (not at same location) but finally!!!!! I found a person to replace Sherry! Ms. Kristen was very knowledgeable and thorough! She made sure she addressed every concern i had and gave me some extra tips on exfoliating. I finally pleased with continuing on with my wax passes! If you’re looking for someone who feels experienced and knows what they are doing... don’t hesitate to book Ms. Kristen! Nicest lady i’ve met at these locations!

The girls were so nice and accommodating.This was the cleanest wax center I have been to. I’ve been to FtLauderdale, Orlando, Knoxville, and now this location. I hate that I was traveling thru but it was a nice Spot with lots of shops and restaurants

It was my first time ever getting waxed. Sherry was great, she kept my mind off of what she was doing, (full bikini 👙 wax) she also explained everything she was doing and about the two different growths of hair. She also took time to show me about the products. Rana was just as great, she wrote everything down for me, because I knew I wouldnt remember any of it. I got my first wax here. Cora was my waxer, she was super sweet and cool. I thought we were real friends by the end of my wax, as she confidently told me I was all cleaned up. When I got home and realized how much hair she left behind, I realized she wasn’t really my friend 😭I ended up going in for a touch up two days later and there were still hairs left behind that were long enough to be caught by the wax. I decided not to return.

I went to the one in Slidell, my first visit! The girl with the braids did a very good job on me and she was so sweet and made it so personable I wasn’t even nervous anymore! I would def recommend doing to see them. I got a Bikini full wax and it was great! Wasn’t the hurt I expected! Will def be going back!

I always have an amazing experience when I come in. Ive had multiple of the waxers do my Brazilian/brows and Ive never had a bad outcome. The waxers are always smiling and we talk about anything and everything. And the receptionists are always warm and welcoming and make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. Love the ladies here!

Their waxes are the best! Their waxes are the best! They could work on their car waiting line policy. 🙄 sent me outside to wait after showing up 15mins early for my appointment. theyll forget youre waiting in your vehicle & call you saying in you are a no call no show (30mins later after your scheduled appointment). Customer service needs a refresher course but their waxes are great. Needless to say I left feeling all but relaxed or satisfied. Too bad I bought the 9 wax pass or Ill return it.

Had my first wax experience this evening, atleast my first full back. Olivia did an awesome job, made me feel comfortable and spoke with during the whole process. End result was awesome and will be back to visit Olivia.

Getting waxed has become a habit, but that doesnt mean it isnt a bit of a chore. JoJo, my esthetician, makes it way easier though. Shes so sweet and amazing, youd swear I had known her for years (though today was only my second time with her). Even Samantha, whos been at the front desk both times I went in, is absolutely amazing. From the moment I step in to the moment I leave, I feel like Im with friends.If youre on the fence about this place, dont be.

Terrible waxers now I told her to just clean up my eyebrows and she hardly left me with ANY and they both looked terrible afterwards I didn’t even really notice till I got home and my bf looked at me funcky def go somewhere else and save yourself.

I am very disappointed. I had my eyebrows arch today. They don’t even look like they were done. Every time I look at my eyebrows I get angry. What a waste of 25 minutes for absolutely nothing.

My waxer, Amber, did not speak to me at all. She didn’t tell me what she was doing. She didn’t ask what I wanted done with my eyebrows. They are fine though. I also got my lip done, and every time I’ve gotten my lip done, they apply the wax twice, once in each direction to ensure they get all the hairs that grow in different directions. She did not do this. She only applied wax in one direction. She did not show me the finished product, so when I left and got home, I realized that she had missed hair all over my lip. I had to go home and pluck all of the hairs left behind. By far, the worst experience I’ve had at EWC. I’ve been using EWC for 4-5 years. I found y’all while I lived in Tuscaloosa. It’s the only place, I’ll get waxed, but I’m extremely disappointed by my experience today

European Wax Center was an amazing experience. I had a Brazilian Bikini Wax . The staff was real friendly the wax thats used is very gentle and almost painless.

I’ve been to European Wax Center in multiple states and locations from Texas to Florida, no one has been as accommodating and knowledgeable as Jolinda. If you need a wax she’s your girl!

Jojo was my waxer. I chose to get the bikini line waxing. This was my first visit and I was nervous; partially because of the awkwardness. I never did this before and figured it would be painful. Right away, she assured me that it isnt bad. She talked to me like we were best friends, and it really put me at ease. You can tell she has a passion for what she does. I ended up upgrading to a Brazilian wax because it wasnt as bad as I thought! Because of JoJo, I will be back! I couldnt have had a better first time experience!

Literally the worst brazillian waxing experience I have ever had. The room was reminiscent of a doctors exam room. My esthetition stayed in the room while I undressed. She was very rough with applying whatever pretreatment that was necessary. The wax was applied in more than one section at a time which made removal very painful because it was almost all at once and in no logical order. Some strips were attempted before they were ready so she had to put them back down, do another strip, and then come back to the same strip that was already pulled for another try. There were multiple times that she waxed the same spot up to 3 times in a row and she refused to wax by a mole which led her to tweezing the hair. I have never had anyone have issues with waxing over the mole and tweezing is by far more painful than the waxing was. I was in so much pain afterwards that I couldnt wear underwear or pants and had to lay on my back for the rest of the night and into the next morning. Not to mention the red, almost blistering that my skin had which I assume is from her waxing large areas multiple times. Im saving more details because they are more intimate but I will say to make sure you have a specific esthetician in mind when you go, otherwise youll get stuck with what Im assuming was a new graduate like mine.

I love it. They always do a good job. Jo does mine in Slidell and Ashley in Atl. They tried to charge me twice in Atl because I used my wax pass in Louisiana and it didnt show in there system. Other than that mishap, they always do amazing waxes. No other company wax is like this one. It literally caters to the hair only, not continuously pulling the skin

JoJo was amazing!!! I missed my appointment with my normal wax location (not European Wax) and couldn’t reschedule due to time restraints on my part. I called European Wax to try and make a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate me. I requested JoJo since I saw so many great reviews about her. Well, she did not disappoint. She was so sweet and attentive. Needless to say, I won’t be going back to my regular place. JoJo made this Brazilian wax experience the best I’ve had. I’ve already started recommending her to my friends. See you in 4 weeks JoJo!

I love jojo she always does an amazing job and always so sweet and friendly to me. She is the only reason I trusted someone to even get that close to my body. And she make sure I’m comfortable and doesn’t feel any pain. The one star is for the customer service because everytime I go there she’s always having a personal conversation on the phone and discussing things about other ppl and situations there infront of the guest. Sometimes I don’t even get greeted when I walk in. I go on Thursday nights I think her name is Sam but I feel guests service is the first we see so it should be warm and welcoming and not discussing personal issues on the phone infront of guest. So I won’t no longer be participating at this location.

JoJo was AMAZING. It was my first service and my very first brazilian. JoJo made me feel very comfortable and did a wonderful job on my brows and Brazilian wax (and Im super picky about my brows). The place is clean. Welcoming. And the staff is really nice. Taylor at the front desk was really nice and informative as well. Over all this place is the best place for waxing services in Slidell.
