Its very organized. Bring a mask! The staff is very helpful without being creepy and following you around the store. Excellent selection of wigs and hair. I always leave with that one more item I didnt know I wanted! 5 solid stars from me!!

I am from out of state and was excited to see a shop with wigs and hair extensions so I stopped in..I immediately went back to the back and was checking out all the wigs...i was back there a good 15 min looking...not one time did anyone come to help me...so i went up front asked about blonde wigs..a lady sed we would have to look after you tell us what you like... So I headed back to the back found which ones I thought I would like...i stood around another 15 mins or longer.. again no one came to help me.. nobody even asked if I needed anything or could they assist me. I was so disappointed so then I went up to the front and was looking all around for clip-in hair extensions and finally found them behind the counter and again nobody offered to help me. If they were busy i could understand. There was one lady in there besides myself and the workers were more interested in talking about kids then helping me. I was very very very disappointed in the customer service. I was planning on spending five to six hundred dollars on hair but I was just so disgusted in the lack of customer service I just left. I should not have to chase a worker around the store for help. Its not like i can go behind the counter and look myself. Their prices seemed good and they had a full stocked store with good selections. The store was super clean but the customer service was non existent.

Love shopping here because they carry so many brand name beauty supplies & have a large selection of wigs.

Great service and cheap haircuts

I shop at beauty world a lot. I am a braider so I usually send my clients here for their hair needs. They are a little pricy compared to other stores but I just purchase the more expensive products elsewhere. They have a good variety of hair, I know that it is a smaller store so they don’t always have the most up to date items, however they do try to keep up. I especially like how they’ve been handling things since Covid. This is one of the few stores I trust to go in and it is always clean!

Theres a Mother and daughter duo that works there. The mother is nice but her daughter doesnt have a clue whats going on. Ask her for something and she never knows where nothings at. Always nervous as if shes on something. Gave her $20 my total was $17.57 she gave me back $12.33. Thanks for the tip.

Make sure you like your wig before you buy it. They will not let you exchange it. The one I tried on was great. But the one in the box which was supposed to be the same was much different than what I tried on.

I loved this store. Neat and stocked with a great variety of hair and wigs. I walked in just looking. And left with 2 wigs and 3 bundles of hair. I tried on several wigs i think they have a 3 wig rule but i clarified with them i had intent on making a purchase of several wigs and they assisted me with trying on what ever i liked. They have a very neat and tidy wig section, organized by synthetic, human, half wigs and sale wigs.... I liked it. i think this is why they dont allow ppl to come in and try on 7 wigs throw them back on the wig head and leave. My opinion. Ill drove 30 miles just to get my items here.

Love this store. Braiding hair, crochet hair, weaves, wigs. Reasonably priced, very affordable. Nice ladies, helpful. Not just hair products, a host of other beauty supplies for men and women. Wide variety and selection of products. A must visit.

I had to buy her! The color and body spoke to my soul. The curls bouncing the bang looked great over my eye or swept to the side. Definately looked great for my birthday. Oh yes I will be back for more!

I came in with a brand new unopened pack of wig caps and was told that I could only try on one wig because the wig caps are not from their store. It is clear that they are charging people to try on wigs. I don’t know if that is legal. It is definitely poor customer service.

WOW. This place is so neatly organized. Anything that you may think about is right there within sight and the prices are so affordable. I went there with a friend but I will be going back to shop for myself, SOON

Clean, quiet and comfortable to go in to shop. The clerk was willing to work with you and was very helpful. She was quite knowledgeable about what is in the store.

New favorite store since moving back from Atlanta. Best place for shea butter and black soap thats not aided by other chemicals.
