I went here because the Supercuts forced me to wear a mask which I will not do.It was really good and everyone was friendly and we got a good haircut.

I couldnt believe the experience that happened when my daughter and I visited this salon. My 13 year old daughter wanted a haircut, a short haircut, and she brought a picture in with her to show what she wanted. First off when we walked through the door we werent greeted by smiling faces and welcomes but instead with what I Call the Stank eye. They were just giving us the rudest looks. Then when the lady came to sign us in my daughter showed her the picture and the woman said thats not going to work with her hair. My daughter said she wanted that cut anyway but the woman kept suggesting other cuts and told us to keep looking at different cuts. We looked at some and we ended up leaving, without a haircut. I did not like the way they made us feel, and my daughter was not happy and felt that they were rude from the start.

Its the best hair salon in town. The stylist are extremely kind, courteous & professional. The prices are extremely affordable. I can ALWAYS count on a great hairstyle there!

I have been going to this Fantastic Sams for several years now and have never had a single complaint. The multiple stylists have all been very attentive, polite and competent. I also do not hesitate to recommend this shop to my friends and family.

They are now only taking appointments. The problem is when you call on and off all day. And cant get anyone to answer the phone in order to make a appointment.

My two children and I each got a cut from 3 different stylists. The woman who cut my hair had no sense or just didnt pay attention to what I told her I wanted. I asked her to slightly trim the top of my hair and she cut like 3 inches off and turned my pixie cut to a straight boy haircut that looked NOTHING like it did before. My daughters did not come out close to the picture at all. If it wasnt for my sons haircut coming out alright I would only rate 1 star instead of 2.The staff was polite. Except for the woman trying to tell me she cut my hair how I told her when I know what I asked for and it was the opposite from what she did.

NEVER EVER go to this salon. It is SO dreadful. The stylists dont know what theyre doing. My mother and I went for a haircut. I was growing my hair out and requested an ends trim and nothing more. This stylist proceeded to cut a YEARS WORTH OF HAIR GROWTH ALMOST COMPLETELY OFF. My hair reached my shoulders prior to it being cut. After requesting an ends trim, my hair was barely 3 inches. I was devastated. My mother also had a bad experience. Her hair was meant to be dyed and blown out. The blow out was so rough. The were ripping my poor moms hair out as hard as the stylist tugged her hair. And she used absolutely no product to keep the hair from frizzing. In ALL my years of seeing her silky straight hair being blown out. Ive NEVER seen her hair stick up like Medusa after being exposed to heat. And yet, she looked like her hair had been shocked. It was unreal. People reading this review, heed my words. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. PLEASE.

Went today to get a cut I think the ladys name was Yvette. Well anyway the best cut I have ever had. Inwill definitely be letting her cut my hair again

One of the best places for a haircut in the Slidell area. No appointments needed and a great staff. There really isnt much to complain about for a great haircut under $20. when compared to an actual salon. We all know the ridiculous prices those places can charge. Will be back.

Worst experience my mother in law took my daughter to get her hair TRIMMED. She asked the beautician if she knew how to cut my daughters hair because its really curly! All we needed was a trim. The Hispanic lady that did her hair CUT all my daughters beautiful hail all off on the sides and left the middle...when I returned home to see the damage I was furious... not at my mother in law but at the beautician. She claimed she knew was she knew how to cut her hair...my daughter beautiful long hair was all gone and now definitely uneven. Lady knew nothing!!! We set an appointment at ULTA to fix problem...moral to the story NEVER go here. And we had to pay for this horrible experience! If I can give no stars I would😡😡😡😡

I went today to get my hair trimmed and colored but they couldnt color my hair because they stop coloring at 4pm. I went 5 pm and they dont close til 7pm it dont take 2 hours to trim and color my hair. I will not be going back ever.

I came here for my child’s haircut after being disrespected at Wondercuts. I was honestly afraid to bring him in after my experience at Wondercuts, but I was met with a lot of understanding and great customer service. My child pitched a fit and was extra squirmy. I felt so bad, but the lady cutting his hair was so sweet and assuring. She took her time to make sure everything was blended and even. He got a great cut, and I’m very happy with it.

Worst Experience ever, in all accepts of the cosmopolitan industry! out dated stylist who do not attend current classes nor knows how to complete basic cuts for men, dont go here you might have to get your cut corrected. Patsy & Beverly managers never deal with issues from customers they are enablers to their staff
