Lauren at Russell cellular absolutely is the best at what she does! We walked in there needing to switch carriers and buy new phones and she worked with us til we were happy. She went above and beyond even staying after to make sure everything was complete and we were satisfied.

Lauryn was awesome. In and out in about 30 minutes with a new phone and accessories. She was juggling two other customers in the process. I’ll def skip the online upgrade next time and just go straight to Russell Cellular.

Whitt was very helpful when switching services. Although she was the only person in the office and had several customers to wait on she was very polite and helpful to everyone and was able to multi task and get everyones questions answered. Very well job well done.

The lady at the Shawnee Verizon store who helped me was TERRIFIC! She was knowledgeable, very friendly and professional, and offered me options for what my phone situation required!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her and that particular Verizon store! Top notch!

Awful experience! Lauryn lied about discounts on our upgrades, she said they wouldnt show up on our account until much later. Had to go to corporate to get the discounts the next day! Both of our unlimited plans include free Hulu, and Disney, but when I asked Lauren if she could sign us up for it after our very large purchase, she refused and said she would do it when the iphone came in. I called back the next day and asked about it again she told me the same thing. When I asked to speak with the manager, she said he wasnt there? Finally went and asked about one of one of the phones we had tried to cancel, Jim Harris said they never received it. Fedex says he signed for the package on 4/14! Verizon and fedex both sent me shipment tracking.I asked him to at least show us a paperwork confirmation of cancellation, he said he couldnt show us anything?!I finally had to ask him to show us what devices were active on the plan. Just go to corporate or the mall location. I used to love this store but the customer service has really gone down hill.

Manager there was only interested in selling me a new phone. Asked for a solution where I could get the same phone, he refused, ended up getting the new phone, to which coworker replies man your getting all the sales today! Became uncomfortable, asked once more for a cheaper solution, didnt get an answer. Ended up returning the new phone later that same day because I had found out there was a way to get the same phone. Manager was upset and refused to allow me the full refund ad said it was for wasting his time.

My mom went to this store this week because her existing phone was broken. Shes in her 80s, uses flip phones and is not wi-fi savvy. She was helped by a man named Jesse, who was wonderful and very patient and kind with her. He didnt try to upsell her on a smart phone and he configured everything for her, so she could use it immediately. We are both very grateful for his help and would highly recommend this location.

Very nice staff. Getting switched over ran us into a few minor issues but wasnt afraid of taking the time needed to fix our issues a d answer what ever questions we had and so far the service has been great.

Jim from Russel cellular didnt tell me about hidden fees and tried to charge me over $500 when he told me for sure I asked 3 or 4 times that my bill would be $350. It might not sound like a hole lot but no it is when you see it every month. And he over charged us like $65 dollars on our first payment. And guess what??!!! Hes the manager!!!! TRUE STORY FOLKS I WOULD run the other way if I was you!! I would give you a pic of him if I had it.. DAM THIEF!!!!!

They were amazing! Trish had helped us with problems that the version in the mall had caused us. We were given an activation fee for our new phone and a upgrade fee and she was able to get them wavered. We will most definitely be going back if we need help again!

The manager of this location told us flat out that we were A day late and a dollar short when we mentioned a promotion that Verizon was advertising online that we had just looked at before entering his store. So, we left and went to the Verizon Store in the mall where we not only got the promotion to buy one phone get one almost free, we also got great customer service.

SUCKS! Terrible Customer Service! Sales persons LIE to make a sale! Worse than Hughesnet! We purchased the phone, a tablet, and the plan at the center in Shawnee,Ok. from Cassandra M. and she LIED about the plan. She said wed have 2 Gs a month plus 2 FREE Promo Gs a month, EVERY month, FOR LIFE, and she LIED! My guy ran out of data yesterday and they charged him $15 for ONE lousy G! Heck, even Hughesnet only charges $16 for 2 Gs!! When we called, the guy said, Dont use your phone and you wont incur extra charges. THIS is how we get treated for what we now are forced to pay each month?? You guys totally rot!!!!!
