The employees were fine. However the facility is a mess. Their Wi-Fi was slower than the terrible signal I was getting on my mobile data which was faster to transfer than their in-store wi-fi. Bought a 5G phone and they cant get a 5G signal inside of a store selling them? The company needs to do better in service meaning not people because all the texts I have met online with issues are fine. the company itself does not provide coverage in areas that claims to and I dont trust them anymore.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received this morning! I’d accidentally deleted some text messages that I needed to recover, and I’d followed online directions to recover them — which included restoring my phone to factory settings — and then couldn’t get things back. I was in an absolute panic, but Miranda Y. saved the day! She was calm and professional, and she assured me that they’d try everything to get my photos, messages, calendar, address books etc. it took awhile, but she was able to restore everything up to my latest backup. I had tears in my eyes as I left the store! Thank you so much to Miranda for helping me and for visiting with me as I sat there, sad and worried. You are the best!

I could not be in more agreement with the 5 star reviews of this store and have left one myself in the past. UNTIL TODAY! I have always received excellent service at this store. Its why I have shopped there exclusively of any other AT&T store either in Shawnee or the metro area. UNTIL TODAY!!!!!I purchased a screen protector for my new I-Phone when I bought it a short while back. I knew the price of the same screen protector online was MUCH MUCH LESS, but paid the huge up-charge of $40 for THE FREE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE. I go in today to get the screen protector replaced and was told it would be $8.00 NOT FREE as I was guaranteed (& at a higher price than I can buy the same protector on-line). It gets made worse by the store manager. The store manager, she called it HER STORE, refused to make it right. Insisting she couldnt. What store does that and stays in business very long. her explanation was they made a mistake and it had cost the store money, but she apologized and asked me why that wasnt enough. She said it is only $8.00. The truth here in her own words is that if it was $1 or $1,100, even if it was the stores mistake as she clearly admitted to, OT WOULDNTT MATTER, the customer would have to pay and an apology is all you will get. So I double checked..... I asked what she, in her store, could offer me to make up for the added cost to me for free either in goods or services. Her reply there is nothing I can do. Anyone in retail knows that is NOT true! So besides being cheated out of $40 I have now been lied to by this store. I explained to her that it wouldnt matter if it was $1 or $1,000 its just not right. She was upset with ME because I was not happy with an apology. She even made the statement to me that people make mistakes, and I whole heartedly agree and am more than happy to forgive, but this was a contractual, verifiable business transaction that they were fully aware that they were at fault and yet not unable, but UNWILLING to make it right.It is unfortunate, that I must leave this review, I take no joy in it but wrong is wrong and it is never ok to be wrong and not try to make it right. She was right in one thing no one is perfect, we all make mistakes, but in a case where there is a contractual and moral obligation to make it right and the company/store refuses to do so....that cannot go with out comment.

This AT&T store is one of the best I have been in. They went out of their way to give us the help we needed. One person in particular, Joy, even went as far as to come by my work to pick up my phone and bring it back to me the same day when it took such a long time to download the information from my old phone to my new. Thank you Joy. You are what customer service is all about. I cant thank you enough for your outstanding attitude and willingness to help me out so I did not have to do with a phone. This is the only store in Shawnee that people should be going to.

Andrew helped us today. He was great. Very informative and knowledgable. He gave us a bunch of options to choose from so we could make a decision. Patient as well with us until we made the decision that best suited our needs. We ended up getting 2 new phones and watches. Encountered a problem with setting up 2 new lines and Andrew even called customer service to resolve problem. I would recommend anyone looking for a new phone or upgrade go see Andrew at 434 W. MacArthur in Shawnee, Ok.

Told me my new phone would be less than $80 a month. My bill went up by $400. My free activation was actually $60. My $10 phone was $25. They went through the entire process KNOWING they were selling me a larger phone than I had asked for. The customer service guy had no idea what he was doing. The manager came over and it still did not go well.When I went back to dispute the charges and give them a chance to rectify THEIR mistakes the staff was actively mocking a Vietnam Vet having trouble with his screen. Let that sink in- they were mocking a senior citizen having trouble with his phone in front of another customer- multiple sales people ridiculing a Vietnam Vet who was trying to get his phone fixed.I honestly cannot think of a worse store that I have been in. Dishonest, incompetent, rude, and could not care less about people.

This store is amazing! The customer service is above par! I had to upgrade 2 phones and Colten, Hope and Madison were so amazing! They are so kind and professional and never felt rushed at all! I would 100% recommend this store to anyone!

Those guys saved my sanity. My Mom has hearing aids and they showed me how to set up with accessibility and hearing devices. One thing is you have to open the battery door on the hearing aid.

Most often when I visit here I must wait to talk to someone but not on this day. I was met at the door by a lady that was very knowledgeable and and fixed my phone problem promptly.

My best experience at a cell phone store, ever! Excellent staff! Extremely helpful and patient. No taking numbers or putting your name on a clipboard. Dallas explained the differences between the iPhone 10 and the Galaxy Note 8s. I went with the iPhone and Dallas set it up and transferred all of my stuff from my old phone, including over 8,000 pictures. I had the phone two to three weeks and couldnt get comfortable with the Apple system. I took it back to exchange it for the Note 8s and they were awesome about it. I had expected a hassle but they were just as pleasant as the previous visit. The manager, Tom, checked in with us occasionally and was very nice and helpful. I have had to drop by several times because I couldnt figure something out. They just looked it over and showed me how to do whatever I was having trouble with. I highly recommend this store and will definitely continue to do business with them.

This review is for the Shawnee, OK store on MacArthur.What a joke. They are worse than used car salesmen at this location. Want to pull your credit before they will talk to you about pricing and treated us like we were disturbing them. They are not wearing masks, practicing social distancing, or anything.They didn’t know anything about their propitious and the sales guy had zero clue what he was doing. He didn’t even know how to port a number.Go to a different location if you need anything, you have been warned about their incompetence. Also, if anyone has the contact information for the general manager, I’d love to have it! Hopefully I can reach an actual adult on Monday and not have to talk to the half grown nitwits that were there tonight.

Friendly service, but they didnt have what I went in there for. The charger that came with the phone quit working and they couldnt replace it, though they did set me up with a different kind.

My wife and I came in and talked about switching over and the gentleman who helped us were awesome. You could tell they were new but they were all very pleasant to us. We won’t go anywhere else!

I didnt care for the associate, product needed had to be ordered, and now is delayed for nearly a month from the order date!

Employees misguided us in acquiring a replacement phone, then wanted to charge us for their lack of knowledge, we went to the other store and they resolved the situation quickly. Save yourself some time and go to the other AT&T store.

No paper on info. Phones dont work much any where only 1 to bars at store. Mainly violate my second admend rights by sell better phone to first responders - cops .. T-Mobile works at house.

Spent a total of 6 hours over the course of 2 days to get my phone switched over from us cellular to ATT. During the process I was the only female in a building with 4 male workers and was threatened by one employee. Have spoken to an area manager. I am hoping something is done about this.

The guy that helped me locked me out of an insurance claim and then I had to call a number so he was no help at all and never came back to ask me if I need any further assistance.

I need to replace a sim card. I was helped right away which beats having to sign in and wait an hour at the other location. They were able to activate my phone again in a short time. It was pleasant and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Tom reminded me of Chibs from SOA :) and the actors name is also Tom!

Tommy B. In the Shawnee, Oklahoma store at 1526 N Harrison. He was very courteous and very helpful in getting my Galaxy S9 phone fixed after I had messed up the settings.

I have to tell them every time I dont have a phone through you I only have internet I give them the paper that has my account number on it and I show this is how much Im paying and theyll still ask me how much Im paying and theyll get snotty with me sometimes, such a hassle, once they tried to tell me I had to pay more than what I did I went out to my car called the 1-800 number came back in with my phone and then they change their mind about what they were saying.
