I dont know what the gentlemans last name is but his first name is Nicholas. He was my service tech on 11/02/2021 when I entered the store he greeted me with a smile and a friendly offer to help assist me. I opened 3 new lines with him and he was very knowledgeable and fast at his job. He helped me get 3 phones that I and my other two family members were happy with at an affordable price with promotions being offered. He gave a personal phone case to one of my family members for his new phone because he no longer was needing it. Outstanding services and pleasure to work with his vibe was something I wish I seen more of from customer service professionals in stores. Thank you Nicholas for being a delight to work with I left with a smile on my face as Im sure other customers have as well.

Kelly and Jessica were very very nice and also store manager, I think her name is April. Nicholas needs a attitude adjustment, very hateful.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! I had problems for about a week, went in when I finally had time, and they fixed my problems so fast. I wish I had come in sooner.

Stopped in to upgrade my daughters phone. Representative was rude, even rolled her eyes when I asked a question. When I explained that I had received an email about the upgrade, she said, Yeah, everybody got one of those. I left. Best advice: dont waste your time there.

The most unprofessional experience I have ever had. The sales reps were rude and spent the majority of the time I was in there arguing about their work schedule. If you have to go to us cellular, just drive to the city.

This place is a joke, don’t apply here: they will tell you have the job and give you a date to start and then not answer their phones etc... they are over priced, rude and unprofessional.
