I cant brag on the Shawnee crew Ive dealt with since Saturday enough. Trenton, Davin and Kim have gone above and beyond to help with me filing a claim, helping me with the insurance carrier and letting me know it would come UPS, instead of USPS. Plus I used their phone to call Cricket customer service. I would appreciate those 3 being recognized for their customer service skills. Id give them a 10 rating for sure. I will definitely deal with them from here on out.

Phone was stolen while on vacation. Came home a few days later, went to the cricket location in Shawnee, Ok. I was helped by a team member named Davin H. Davin if you see this, thank you for being thorough, friendly, and for making a rough scenario into a very pleasant experience for us while we were there. I hope this company rewards its exemplary employees.
Called the store in Shawnee, talked to a guy and was told it was ONLY gonna cost $55 to add a line. Drove half an hour to complete the transaction and was told it was gonna be $187. So we left and went somewhere else, with better people skills and business sense

I had some issues connecting my mobile hotspot, for like months to the point where Id purchased a new device and had called Cricket on numerous occasions. Stopped in today and Ashley the representative solved the issue in under 20 minutes! Shes super attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to buy phones and plan, sales were misleading so I ended up paying for accessories I dont need and cant return. Ask lots of questions about what they are adding or it will end up more expensive than just getting a contract with a top phone carrier.
This place is horrible I will be looking for a new phone company. cant believe a Note 10 is no longer compatible with this company. only out for money. they want me to trade in my note 10 for a newer phone then pay the difference. what about the people on a fixed income or people living paycheck to paycheck? not everyone can afford to just run out and buy a new phone

So nice and helpful caring people to help u and they even try and save u money. I was with sprint 15 years and paid loads of money each month now with cricket have better service and I save over 300 a month with all the lines. My bill at sprint normally was around 900 a month and with cricket my bill runs around 150 !

I am quite shocked to see all of the terrible reviews in the last few months, because my experience with this cricket store has been anything but terrible. I recently switched from Sprint to Cricket about two months ago. The girl that helped me was professional and super nice. She was very knowledgeable and was able to set me up with a great phone that I love! The store was neat and clean, smelled nice. Everyone seemed to nice. I’ve been back in the store twice since then and the same girl, has taken my payment. She is so cheerful, always has a smile on her face. So between great phone service and great customer service, and fair pricing, this place is a win. I asked the girl her name yesterday, Stephanie was it. I wanted to give her a compliment but both yesterday and today when I called there wasn’t a manager in. Anyways, so here I am! So Thank you Stephanie for making paying a bill so pleasant! I hope this review makes it to some one who can personally compliment her and let her know what a great job she is doing!

Just tried going in to pay for my daughters bill. There was a lady standing outside that was already waiting for 30 minutes when we got there. We tried calling to make a payment so we wouldnt have to go to in-store but no one picked up, so we drive there. There was 2 workers and 3 other people that were inside with the door locked. My husband tried to get one of the workers attention, she was very rude and wouldnt even open the door and step outside but yelled through the door and said there was one customer per policy in the store allowed which is fine during this pandemic but we will not be back!!!!
Ive raved about the great service here before, but when I visited three months ago the employee was lackluster and doing the bare minimum. Today, I waited half an hour for the store to open because I need to upgrade my phone, only to have that same employee open the door a crack and say they dont sell phones now. Youll have to go shop online. Really? When asked he shrugged and said, No inventory. If theres no inventory available a sign on the door would have worked wonders. I guess I need to find a different Cricket store.

I love the cricket store in Shawnee Okla. The manager Stephanie is beyond awesome. I took my phone in just knowing it was shot for good. She had me fixed and going in about 20 minutes. She is the only worker there . She cant find anyone to meet the quitary for the job. I dont know how she does it all by herself. But she always has a smile on her face and never never upset about anything. Hope Cricket realises what a golden gem they have in her. There is a cricket store closer to our home. But will always always use her store. She has fixed issues for me that the tech department had no clue how to. Awesome job Stephanie. Wish there was more then a 5 star. What started out is a cricket manager is now what I consider a very good friend. Only been with this service a few months. But thanks to her. We love it !!!
What good does it do to say were open at 9 am and I get there around 9:10 and they are not open... real inconvenience for people who have to pay their phone bill today!

Hands down best place to go for any phone needs. Go see Ryan the store manager. Hes very knowledgeable about every phone in store and his products. Wont go anywhere else. Ill definately be back because of him and his staff.

Seems they took advantage of a dementive old man (My Dad) and charged him $30 to reconnect his phone after a payment was late (first time). There was no late notice at all. Warning: Steer clear of this carrier. When they get the opportunity, Its highway robbery at its finest.
My Family and I switched over to Cricket from ATT and it has already been one of our best experiences, by far. We brought over our 3 numbers from ATT and kept our phones as well. My First experience when walking into the store was very welcoming with a relaxing environment. I was greeted by both employees, and felt comfortable asking questions. The young man who helped us with our service, Ryan, was very polite, and he didnt make my wife or I feel rushed. We asked quite a few questions, and he was able to answer for all of them. Ive been in a managers shoes for ten years + and I was very happy with the way he handled everything. I will definitely be doing business with him again. very happy customer.
Ill be going somewhere else and changing all lines back to my old carrier, these people in here now since Ryan is gone are incompetent and lousey. Ive never been treated with so much disrespect and horrible customer service..Hint to corporate...keep your good employees that actually know what they are doing and knows about your products..ill be switch all my lines tomorrow.
Horrible service.First of all, 2 times I placed an order online, paid them $330+.Both times they cancelled the order and said they could not verify the (correct) information I provided online. But did not tell me what was incorrect in their opinion.First time they gave me money back instantly.Second time it took almost 5 day story get it back.So I come to this store, last night.They dont have the phones we want but did have the one my son wanted. The Alcatel one touch idol 3...So we bought it.They guy said the battery was dead, so just charge it.So we did for hours but the phone will not come on. No matter what we do, it wont come on.We tried every charger we have, dead. Nothing.They sold us a defective phone.It absolutely is broke.So that is the first problem.That means that no matter what, they can NEVER, EVER resell this phone as new, only as refurbished if they fix it.So it should not matter that a few tiny little bity scuff marks are on the phone because he was trying desperately to get his phone working...Because before he tried, it was already defective... continued next
If youre wanting to cut the contract out and buy your own phone this is the way to go. A subsidiary of AT&T. In Oklahoma they cover fairly well.
I use, and prefer, this Shawnee Cricket location to the other one. The staff is always helpful and I usually get out of there in a few minutes, or less when paying my bill. By far the Harrison Cricket Wireless store is the best wireless store to go for Android Smart Phones in Shawnee Oklahoma!

This location has gone downhill since Ryan the manager is gone. Everytime before I was given excellent customer service regarding my phone, him and the other staff were always their to help, always, no matter what the issue was and were very knowledgeable. Ill be switching all 4 of my lines back to ATT were their staff actually knows what they are doing. The Mexican lady that helped me was disrespectful and didnt know anything about the phones or plans, etc..if I could give zero stars I would. #backtoATT

This place only has good customer service inside store only in sight. If you try to call they will either not answer their phone or they will put you on hold and not get back to you. If you go in the mornings and its time for the store to open, they are rushing in right when the doors are to be open and then you have to wait for them to get ready because they just rushed in last minute instead of being customer ready when the doors are opened.
What I just experienced at cricket was one of the most unprofessional, rude, childish, most rediciouls experiences. With cellular services beeing in such high demand these days and so many companies in competition with each other its hard to even comprehend the way I was just treated. The sheer lack of manners and pride in doing the job in wich they are paid in fact to do is disgusting and so very offensive.

Staff isnt worried about helping really or paying much attention to walkins. Phones at Cricket are insanely priced too. I was interested in the LG Stylo 4 but didnt want to spend $230 straight out of pocket like they wanted. Their prices drove my wife and i away. Went to Metropcs and got two great phones and service for the price cricket wanted for one phone. Wife and I both got the LG Stylo 4 and the premium package for metro. Cricket over prices now. I use to like them but they are racketeering

Continued from other one...But he said because of that, we would have to pay the $99 for trying phone again to buy another one.Or because, thank goodness, we paid the $7 for the insurance, we can just pay a deductible of just $20 or $40.00... and the insurance will replace it.Yeah, with a refurbished phone!So we bought a brand new phone.Got a defective phone.And they wont swap it out, because it has a few tiny scuff marks.But they are the ones that broke it, not us.Should be irrelevant that there are a few tiny ity bity marks.I would just go to somewhere else.Bogus terms.Bogus.Buyer beware.
