Professional certified mechanics. They will give you an honest and fair assessment of repairs to be made. They will only fix what you tell them to. And charge a fair price for their work. They make the choice up to me if I want to do the work or not.I have taken my two cars here many times.

If I could give more stars I would…Craig was amazing and helpful as my car broke down in front of his shop. He helped me as I arranged a tow to a dealership, as my car was under warranty. He looked up recall and known issues with my make/model, explained them to me, and called the dealership to discuss with them after he checked under the hood. And did all this as a kindness to me. I am so grateful and will definitely visit his shop next time I need an oil change ☺️

He leveled with us, kept a positive attitude and set up a time for us to leave the car. Craig had the clutch replaced quite quickly. I had a great experience at Parkway Auto Care. I called Craig and told him my car was not starting and ask If I could have my car towed to his shop to have it worked on. Instead he came and picked me up in his car and drove to the parking lot where the car was and looked at it there. Craig took time out of his weekend and went above and beyond. Parkway Automotive is the most professional and honest auto repair in Shawnee,in my book! Craig has been taken care of my 4 Runner for years. Started with electrical repair from rodent damage,then a complete brake replacement and brake fluid line flush, then a P.M.coolant system flush. My suggestion to any one looking for there forever mechanic shop.This is the place!! Stop looking!!

Ive been working with Craig for several years on vehicle issues. He has been nothing but fair and well priced under any comparing local quotes. Even if you can find a cheaper quote, Craig would happily work with you or explain to you why it may be different. His shop has fixed issues with an older Nissan 350Z and a Lexus LS430. Ive had nothing but fantastic experiences. Its been years since the repairs with no issues.Whoever posted the negative comment is out of their mind. Ive also known the family for 15+ years and Ive never seen Craig be vulgar, violent or confrontational. By all means, he will respectfully not let a customer take advantage of him, but he would never take advantage of a customer. Craig is a proud family man that has absolutely no reason, need or desire to take advantage of people. It sounds like that kid is the disrespectful type that screams at retail or restaurant employees hoping managers dont want to deal with him and give him free stuff. No one wants that kind of business but sadly that customer found an honest shop to attempt to take advantage of.

Craig helped us with our Nissan 350Z after another shop quoted us $1,000 more on brake issues, and then breaking the door handle and refusing to fix it. He kept us up to date on all issues he found, explaining them clearly and even sent pictures before repairing it. He is honest and up front with what needs to be done to keep the vehicle safe on the road.

Ive had nothing but good luck with Parkway. He even helped sell a car with transmission problems that wasnt worth fixing. Shop is clean. Repairs have always been done on time and at expected cost. Havent ever had to go back a second time because something wasnt done right.
