Shawnee Pitstop is the BEST place in town for your a/c needs!! They continually worked with me and my vehicle to get the a/c up and running (and it had several issues). When I needed to bring the truck back in, they got me in quickly and immediately solved the problem I was having! And you cannot beat their prices…they always give you the best deal!! I 100% recommended them!!

They did not reset my maintenance indicator in the cab of my Mazda! That should have been done. But other than that everything went smoothly

Fast, convenient, quality service, and courteous employees. I have had my oil changed at Shawnee Pittstop four or five times now, and I can honestly say I have never had a single issue or negative experience. They thoroughly check fluids and air filter and let you know if there are any issues. If they find an issue they politely ask you if you want them to fix or you want to take care of it on your own. In other words, they do not high pressure tactics that some other service shops do to sell you parts or fluids. I would highly recommend using Shawnee Pittstop to anyone who is need of having an oil change.

Normally I love this place but after all the back and forward I will no longer use them. I DONT have time or the money for anyone to be guessing and charging me at the same time.

Oil change is great but the shop told me that I needed $600.00 in workon the front end on my truck to align it but it had just been replaced by myself.

The guys here are quick and efficient. Only reason not getting 5-stars is because he reached in my car to reset my oil light(which I could have done myself), with no gloves or mask on. No regard for coronaviris protocols.

The work that they said they did they didnt do. My right rear wheel seal still leaks with new parts.My rear differential cover leaks and you can tell that they didnt clean the surfaces off before putting new silicone.I found this out after I heard a grinding noise coming from the back of my truck.

Grant and the team at Pittstop have done repairs on both of our vehicles. They diagnose problems quickly, and provide understandable explanations of both the problem and the necessary repairs. They also provide options when possible. We feel very lucky to have found such a good, honest, friendly car repair shop. We highly recommend them!

Really great staff. Very polite, they had internet issues this morning so we got a late start on my car but they were as courteous as they could be and did the best they could. It is obvious that they are slammed but they kept calm and collected.. Thank you allMy one complaint...I made an appointment at 8am and I waited for hours when I wasnt anticipating such a long wait..they ruined my personal plans, but what can I do. I needed the work done and they were friendly I just wish someone would have at least updated me at least once on how much longer I was going to be left waiting. They are very busy and poor guy ruNing the desk literally ran all over trying help people. I was upset and even got angry but life happens. All in all, my car is safer for me to drive now.

It is a miracle my car didnt burn up on I40. I realized something was wrong after a few days when the oil spots on the driveway got my attention. Checked the oil and my brother looked at it. The oil filter was loose and oil had been blowing out underneath. Literally the dip stick had a drop of oil on the very end. Its not worth the risk to use Pitt Stop.

The dudes that work here know what they are doing and while it may not be the cheapest, I know it will get done correctly. Ive gotten a fuel pump and entire ac system replaced here. Grant knows his stuff.

In and out in 10 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They made recommendations, but id not pressure me to buy something i didnt want. Oil and filter change, fluids topped off for less than $40.00 and I didnt even have to get out of the car. This is my go to for oil changes.

AAA tow my car there I guess it there shop. But IT WAS THERE a week and on look at it. So had tow out I giving 2 stars because there was no fight on charges. He just gave me keys back no hassle no look.

These guys do a good job every time an its done right. I been getting my vehicles serviced here since 1991 when I moved to Pottawatomie County. If they dont have the oil or filters you use they are more than happy to use the oil an filter you bring in. I had the brakes an front end rebuilt 0n my 05 truck. The price was reasonable an fair.

The men are kind but not talkative which can be mistaken for rudeness but they were very helpful and didnt make me feel dumb for not knowing a lot about cars. They explained everything in a simple way and the work on my car was done quickly but also done well. Will definitely go there again in the future.

Cant say enough good things about our experience here, hats off to Grant and his team. My wifes vehicle broke down on the Interstate in rural Oklahoma on a Sunday night. AAA towed it back to Shawnee and left it at the Pittstop, where they found it sitting Monday morning. By the time we called about it in the morning, they had already began diagnosing the problem. They were great about keeping in touch with me, making a special trip to OKC for a part, and getting the vehicle repaired the same day. Just great great service. Ive dealt with mechanics many times through the years, and i NEVER got the feeling I was being taken advantage of here, if you know what I mean. If I lived in Shawnee, they would have my regular business. Thanks Grant.
