Was in Kansas City visiting family and desperately needed to get my oil changed and tires rotated before making the 5 hour drive home. Action Tire was recommended to me by a local friend. I called them to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the next morning. The workers were friendly and service was prompt. Even though I was the only person in the waiting area that morning, it is very spacious and there is plenty of room for social distancing. I have zero complaints about the service, the wait time, or the cost. They did a great job and if you’re looking for a place to get your oil changed, check them out!

JOE! Youre amazing and an angel! Were in the middle of PCSing from St. Robert MO to Las Vegas, NV and we just happened to run over a shark tooth shaped rock! Well, needless to say we ended up with a flat tire and Joe helped us immediately :) ! We were in and out of there in 15-20 min and now were safe and good to go to Denver for our next stop over! You guys are the best! 11/10 would highly recommend this place !

I came in with a bent wheel and 2 damaged tires. They found a used wheel, replaced the tires, rebuilt most of the front end, and aligned it. They were absolutely spot on with the work that NEEDED to get done. There were no little extras. The car drives great now.I would definitely recommend Action to a friend.

The service here is always great. I have had oil changes, bought tires, and general maintenance done on my old car. Prices where always cheaper than the dealer or one of those “quick” oil change places. They NEVER hassle me to purchase things I don’t need but always remind me of upcoming maintenance so I can prepare for it. When I bought my new car I continued to use them instead of the dealer. I can usually get in that day or the next versus the dealer who has is week out. The staff are funny and personable. I would definitely recommend their services.

Not only very professional, but also are very thoughtful during these times of COVID. I love the creativity of the using tires to social distance at the counters and appreciate the random wiping down of items that are frequently touched. 239 dollars for a cheap battery and 80 dollars was for labor. It took them less than 10 minutes! Never going back! I asked to see the battery . I asked what kind of battery nothing.I was told installation would take an hour. It took 10 minutes. You told me the cost yes and thats it. Didnt know I was getting taken for a ride! 80DOLLARS LABOR OMG WHY DIDNT I INSTALL IT! I THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD BATTERY!!!! I never said it was one of the cheaper prices!

I needed to leave town in a few days and again Kia messed up my appointment to replace the spare tire they forgot to replace earlier. I called a couple other places and would not get me in before leaving town on trip.So, called these guys as closest Goodyear and they found the spare I needed and put it back in place for me too!!! Had to empty out van I packed for trip to do it even!Also replaced belts and I asked about that the place down the street tried to rip me off on that day too by doubling their quote literally overnight when I showed for appointment. I walked out. No trust.They patiently listened to what a bad day I was having and that I was a 59 old female traveling all the way to Brownsville,Tx alone in just a couple days so really needed a break!They also did it all for lower price and less than a hr wait!Another lady also came in to wait and she said they had been great for them for yrs.5 stars all the way! They have my trust since they really showed they cared about helping me out when I was not even a regular..yet! Am now! Thanks guys!

I was about an hour away from home when my car had a flat tire. This place replaced my tire in less than 30 minutes! I think that was awesome, 2 other shops wanted me to wait at least 5 hours.They also offered to install 2 tires, but time was something I didn’t have. These guys got me a new tire in less than 3 hours, from a warehouse, balanced and mounted new tire in 15 minutes and I was on my way. Kudos to Rich and he crew.

My review is that I actually have nothing to review. I submitted an online request for a quote for four new tires and 10 days later the only thing I heard back from this business was a text message asking me to leave a review. No one ever contacted me with a quote. Shouldn’t have an online request as an option if they are not going to respond.

I was shocked when I walked in and found no employees were wearing masks. I told one of the employees at the front desk that I felt unsafe. Every customer that came in was wearing a mask. Although they did a fine job on my tire, I found the disregard for the health of others difficult to understand. For that reason, I will never use this business again.

This is long overdue, but a few months ago I was in a jam and needed a spare for my vehicle that didn’t come with one. A friend was taking care of this for me, but last minute the deal fell through and I was about to drive all the way to Wyoming the next day. I felt really unsafe driving there without having something as backup so I went to this location and the manager (I feel terrible I forgot his name) was the nicest human in the entire world. He didn’t make me feel bad for being so last minute and really took initiative with helping me find a solution. They don’t sell spares, but he immediately got on the phone to find a wheel and tire. He got a tire shipped to his store that day and I went to pick up the wheel from a dealership that he recommended. Within a couple of hours, he called me and said he got the tire and also mounted everything and put it in my trunk. He was very generous and made sure I had roadside assistance, the knowledge of how to change a tire, and the equipment I would need to change a tire. I was blown away by his generosity and willingness to help me. Thank you so much! You made a lasting impression and made me feel confident about my trip. I will forever appreciate that!

We discovered low air pressure in a tire due to a nail just as we were heading home, 200 miles away. Our tire was patched within 30 minutes of our arrival despite us arriving without an appointment! The service was fast, friendly and greatly appreciated.

They fixed my flat tire and it lasted 2 days and it went flat in the garage. That is pretty sad .will not use again. They did not even say they were sorry.they did fix it again so will see how long it will last.

Jim was honest about my 2002 Lincoln. Only so much can be done. But, he aligned it and found a broken sway bar and fixed my tire that had a nail in it. This was my first time at Action/Goodyear and I will trade with them come oil change time or if my old girl breaks again. The waiting area is nice clean and comfy too!

Great customer service and quality work! I came in with a lug nut needing to be drilled out asap after having gone to 2 other places that were unable/unwilling to get it done. Rich was able to get me in and get it finished quickly. This will be my go to for service and tires in the future.

I went to take my car to get an oil change a few weeks ago and turns out no oil was put in my car given the fact that I had an engine light come on and my husband checked and there was no oil. I was charged around thirty dollars for nothing. Not going back anymore they scam people.

I waited until after my third visit to post this. I could not be happier to use these guys as my auto service. They have repaired two flat tires and performed an oil change. They were prompt and totally on time in terms of my appointment. The charges were reasonable. The repairs and the oil change were quicker than any other shop I have used. Went here to get new tires, wheels, and rims. Unfortunately the job ended up running into a snag and I was going to be left car less for the evening. Rich at Goodyear pulled around their company vehicle and let me take it home for the night so I didnt have to spend extra money. I was shocked at far they were willing to go to keep me happy. The job itself was done promptly the next morning and I am very pleased with the result. It was a little pricier than Im really comfortable with paying, but the experience and customer service made up for the price.

This place is awesome...with a great bunch of employees. Went in to get a tire repaired, and changed my mind and decided to get all new tires (I was seriously overdue for tires since I had been running on mine for over 4 years with over 50,000 miles). I was STILL in and out of their store in about 1 hour. They even traded out the bad spare tire with one of my older and in better shape tires. They totally have earned my future business!
