Tried to call, but kept getting hung up on. Wouldnt make a big deal about it if it didnt happen 3 times in a row. And it wasnt a call being dropped . it was an answer and hang up kind of thing .

Terry was very helpful and helped us understand the problems we were having with our Honda Accord. After visiting a different repair shop in town and they did not fix the problems he made us feel confident in our decision to use C3 to get the job done right. His prices are reasonable and he gets the job done in a reasonable time frame. C3 is the first place I will go from now on when I have car troubles.

I left with more problems with my vehicle than when I brought it to them. They didnt even resolve the initial issue I had. They kept saying next week only for nothing to get done and they had it for months.They claimed that they had fixed it, which it wasnt, then said it was my fault it wasnt working. It ran when I brought it to them, but didnt even start when I got it back. I was still charged for it being fixed. Then they were very rude to me and tried to intimidate me when I came to reclaim my vehicle!

Terry is amazing. Hes fair in priceb guarantees his work, and does awesome work. He can repair just abput everything on every make and model. Our cars only come here for engine problems. I promise you he wont talk over your head and you will have a great experience.
