Ive been going to Discount Tire for a while now and have never had a bad experience. I came in 50 minutes until close asking for a patch repair and they were able to get me in and out under 40 minutes. Everyone has always been pleasant to work with and talk with. 10/10 recommend.

I took my car in, without an appointment, on two different occasions. Both times, I was in and out within about 35 minutes.The first time was on Wednesday morning, around 11:00AM. The second time was on a Friday, around 2:45PM.Quick, easy, friendly. Great experience. Ill be revisiting this location as needed.

When they say Buy and Book online for a 30% shorter average wait time they dont mess around. I did just that. I purchased my tires online Tuesday night and booked a 1pm Saturday appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early as suggested to check in and they estimated about 45 minutes which was super reasonable to me. Ive waited longer for tires before at other places. And they were busy. Not an open seat in the waiting room. They had my car in the bay at 1pm for the scheduled appointment and, I kid you not, 15 MINUTES LATER ... Its done. 15 minutes. Theyve practically got a pit crew putting on tires in that shop. I did two loops around my car before leaving to be sure my new tires were actually on it. I was shocked. Like in the best way possible. You wont regret coming here for tires. Especially if you plan ahead. Theyll have you in and out. Seriously great service.

Great experience with Discount tire. Bought the tires online and were in store the next day, they let me move up my appointment too! Install was slick and fast. Turns out my rims were bent pretty bad and the technician was willing to take me out and show me the wheel on the balancer, he was very honest and up front with me. He walked me through aftermarket rims options (same size as stock rims and cheaper, and which they also had in-store). Since I just had tires just put on, he didn’t even charge me a service fee. They’re great and fast service, free balancing and rotations is awesome.

I was in and out in under 30 minutes and 30 minutes earlier than my initial wait time. There was no sales pressure from the consultants and they narrowed down my options based on cost effectiveness, tire conditions, and longevity. The team at this location is efficient, exceptional, and will not waste anyones time. Extremely satisfied with my experience. I had a tire that was leaking due to what turned out to be improper sealing. Ive brought this issue to the dealership multiple times without any results. Cole and the staff here fixed it first try.

Purchased 4 new Bridgestone tires recently at this Discount Tire location. Kurt/Todd ( I believe were their names) were straight to the point and made my purchasing experience incredibly easy and fast! Went to get tires early in the morning. They told me it would be about an hour. Went to waiting area and 15 minutes later they were done. I was thrilled! They said I got there early enough, they got me right in. I was so excited. Not sure why the one person told me an hour, but I was fine with that 😊

Friendly and professional guys working on the floor helped me pick out the tires I wanted.While driving I got a flat tire and after getting an assist with the spare I drove to the location on shawnee mission parkway so they could repair my tire. Highly recommend getting road hazard on their tires because if they cant fix it they give you a free tire. They also reset my sensor since it went out. A+ service.

The first time I met this store, my big truck was getting fuel system repairs and my backup-pickup picked up a 6mm Allen wrench, and thats a big hole. Three other tire stores on a Saturday afternoon (16:15-16:40) said they could have it repaired by Monday. That aint gonna work: I need to be at work Monday before you open, and why cant you get it done tonight or Sunday?In disgust, I shoved the flat in my girls car and tried to get an old snow tire to hold air. At 17:04, she pulled into Discount Tire as they were locking the doors and explained that this is a work truck that cant be down for 2 days. At 17:15 she was driving away with a plugged and patched tireThe manager asked if he could call her the next day for billing: he didnt want to open a drawer for a $35 flat fix.

These guys are the absolute best! I ordered tires online. They called me a few minutes after I ordered them to let me know they would be there on my appointment time. A few days later I got a call that they were in a day ahead of the scheduled appointment! They got me in that day within an hour! They were extremely busy but they got me out in time. The guys up front were so nice and professional and the techs in the back were working hard and singing and laughing the entire time they were working. This is by far the best discount tire store I’ve been to. I had a really long day that consisted of getting wheels I ordered put on and finding out I needed a new tire. Long story short, I sold the old wheels and later got a new tire from somewhere else only to find out that one of the techs didn’t detach the sensor from the old wheel. That was all I needed to hear after running back and forth all day and finding out those sensors are cheap. The sales rep here gave me a sensor on the house and I later went back to have my tire put on there since discount tire is the only shop around that has a key to fit the rare lug nut on my car. They went above and beyond and made a very bad day not so bad. I’ll be coming back for all my tire and wheel needs. Thanks again :)!

This place has great customer service!!! I bought wheels and tires online and I like how they didnt have any hidden fees. All the pricing was straight forward. I had an appointment scheduled for the following weekend and they called me Wednesday to see if I wanted to come down and get it in. I was greeted by everyone as I walked in. They dont do alignments as they specialize in wheels and tires. I would definitely go back to this place.

Dustin is one of the most generous people I have met yet. No judgement as I am a homeless person living in my car with a service dog. I happen to be down on my luck and a bit ashamed of my current situation. As soon as I pulled in he came out and greeted me and made me feel very good about getting in and getting my tire fixed. He and his staff took care of me in a very timely manner and I feel blessed to have met them. Great bunch of guys!!!

Had to place an online order and schedule a drop off appointment, as I stayed on hold for over 20 minutes when attempting to call. Their website said they had my tires in stock: so I placed the order. Within about 30 minutes I received a phone call stating the 4 tires wouldn’t be available for my 8:30am appointment, and changed it to noon...because apparently they weren’t in fact in stock. The day of the appointment, I’m called and told only two tires came in and the order was split, blaming it on FedEx, rather than a clear ordering error. No timeframe of when the other two would arrive, and simply apologized. I canceled my order, and will gladly take my business elsewhere. It’s unfortunate the deliberate ‘in-stock’ lie, has now delayed myself in getting my new tires.

If you are not in the market for 4 tires and just need a tire fixed, this is not the place. Apparently they dont charge for repairs, which probably means they dont do too many. Discount Tire would rather sell you all new tires, but since I didnt need these, the service rep sent me, a senior citizen, away with my leaky tire. Fortunately, I drove down the street and had my flat fixed in 20 minutes. Twice in a month, the sales guys were less than cordial once they found out they werent making a sale. I was a long-time customer but no longer.

They were very nice and prompt. The guy offered to drive my girlfriends car into the garage after asking how good she was at precise driving 😆. She handed him the keys real quick! They are fair priced and nice.

Asked me to park and go inside.The next man said it would be 2hrs before they could get to me, but I could make an appointment for the next day. I was SO impressed with Discount Tire! Went in a few days ago because I had a low tire. They filled the tire and offered to check it. I declined but said if the tire lost air again, I would have it checked Today the same tire was low. I went back to Discount Tire. They were so friendly. My wait wasn’t that long even though they were busy. They found TWO nails in my tire! Fixed it quickly. No charge! When I need to replace my tires- I’ll be back! Took 4 wheels and tires to be mounted and balanced. Friendly staff, was greeted and taken care of quickly. Store was nice and clean and the chairs in the waiting room are comfy. Had the tires mounted on the wheels and balanced before we got back from doing other errands, around 30 minutes.

These guys are amazing!! What was supposed to be a simple tire repair turned into a headache. I had run over a nail and brought the car in but it turned out the nIl didnt puncture the wall and the guys were super quick and friendly. Heres where my headache started..My battery died as I was leaving! Brendan(?) pushed my car to a parking spot to get me out of the way of traffic and he and 2 others tried everything to get my battery jump started. When none of the options available worked, they let me wait inside so I could work remotely while I waited for somwone to pick me up. This was my second visit to this location and both time the guys have been very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend, I personally wont be going anywhere else for tires.

I had the Walmart hazard warranty on my tires. But with them all closed, went here. They were quick and took care of replacing my 4 tires. It was actually about an 90 minutes faster then expected. I had looked at their website and knew what wanted. They didnt focus on upsales.
