I was having a horrible day and staff (The SM: August. And the ASM: Brandon) handled me for two hours and fulfilled my upgrade with having a dance party *not a literal dance party* lol but a great time and dealt with a turbulent circumstance with a smile and I have never received 10/10 customer service for an entire stint of a purchase. Went to the Shakopee AT&T tonight to open a new business account and purchase 5 new phones. We had to transfer data from 4 old phones to the new phones as well as buy the necessary accessories. Needless to say, it took awhile. We worked with Nick and Micah. They went above and beyond! They made sure everything transferred smoothly, were patient, personable and professional the whole way through. In fact, they even stayed 2 1/2 hours past closing time! Now that’s customer service!!!!

Hands down the best AT&T store I’ve ever been too. I’ve lived 3 states within the last 3 years and I’ve also been an AT&T customer for 3 years and I have never dealt with such professional and helpful AT&T employees. They are extremely knowledgeable and can probably fix any issue that arises. They are very kind and extremely helpful as well. I had a huge issue arise when I tried to upgrade my phone online and it was so complicated that they couldn’t do anything at the store, they had to connect with a different department of AT&T to get it resolved and after a day they got it resolved and I was able to go in and upgrade my phone. Also I would like to add how clean kept the store is. When you walk in the store they have face masks for you and multiple hand sanitizers. Every employee had a face covering every second I was there And when a customer left from the store they completely sanitized down the area they were in. I was also greeted very kindly, with the door opened for me! Special thanks to Dillion for handling and dealing with the tough situation and for getting me my upgrade! Also I worked with Alex who was so nice and Helpful as well!!

Came in the other day to switch over from T-Mobile and wanted to switch from Andriod to IPhone. Micah did an amazing job! And I got an Apple watch, which Alex helped and showed me how to use that and get that set up. Definitely coming back to this store again!! The guys there are great!!

Maha at the Shakopee AT&T location was a delight to work with. I had an idea of what I wanted already in mind, but she walked me through the options and plans available to me, explained how my new plan and device would impact my billing plan, and informed me of other promotions available through AT&T. I returned a few days later, after my new phone arrived to activate, and was in and out within 15 minutes. Can’t recommend the Shakopee AT&T location enough! If you visit, be sure to ask for Maha!

Great experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have been daily driving past this newer location since August of last year and never saw the store. Glad I finally found it and was given friendly assistance today with getting my wifes iPhone fixed with a new sim card. I will be back the next time I need assistance.

In my opinion, the best AT&T techs are in this particular store. They open the door for you to welcome you in and with smiles on their faces they treat you as though you’re the only customer of AT&T. They value your time so they work with speed. The services they provide are simply awesome! They deserve 6 stars!!!
