Ive been here several times even with boost for years. The customer service has gone down hill drastically. Today I called several times before they closed she new I was coming when I arrived at 4:55pm she was inside with door locked. Didnt even acknowledge me. How rude Boost is really going down hill.

Was very unsatisfied with the service I recieved there. I mean who doesnt give an itemized reciept? Now my SIM card became inoperable and when I utilized the insurance the new SIM.is still having trouble making and recieving calls. I have a joint service with my partner and I am not even listed on the account! I have paid personally for this phone since Feb. and this is the loyalty they give their customers??? I cant even get customer service on the phone and was hung up on twice already. Please. Skip Boostmobile and invest in an Apple. I am throwing out this one and heading there myself....btw: I still cant get an itemized reciept. The nerve of some companies!!

Waited for 30 minutes to be helped, eventually gave up and left. I was not acknowledged At All by the one staff member when I came in. Looked at a few phones, once again was ignored by the only staff member as she helped another customer. I understand she was busy, but she could have at least acknowledged that I had walked inside. A simple hello would have been good enough, but I didnt even get eye contact. Im not sure she had any intention of helping me at all. Wont be coming back,.
