Amazing customer service!! We are on vacation and had to have our F250 towed to them, they went above and beyond to get me and my family back on the road so that we could enjoy our vacation, they even worked a hour after closing...these men will be double blessed for their good deeds!!! We are beyond grateful!!!

We were on vacation and found a screw in one of our tires. We took it to a place in Sevierville and they recommended we buy a new tire. Since the air wasnt leaking at that point we stopped at Five Oaks. They actually inspected the tire, removed the screw and found it had not damaged the tire. They sent us on our way without charging anything for their time. Very honest folks.

I was here for the weekend and got a flat tire leaving the hotel to go to dinner with my 2 girls. I called AAA and the driver Justin told be about this tire center. He said they are honest and prices were good. I knew I couldn’t drive home on a spare. Went there when they opened the next day. My tires they didn’t have in stock and said they could get it from Knoxville by 10. I decided I needed to get 4 new ones anyways. Went back and they were there and got them on in less than an hour! I was able to meet my girls at Dollywood in time. They were amazing! Friendly! And a great help.

Terrible! As local I gave them 3-4 chances,every time is a clown fiesta. A simple alignment ended up costing me over 600usd…failed to perform,recommended parts that were good,trusted them and replaced…yet again couldn’t perform. Took the car to dealership,alignment performed,monkeys playing with wrenches confirmed. Taking my personal and business cars elsewhere

These guys were awesome! I had a tire replaced and alignment done and I was in and out in about an hour. Price was great and customer service was wonderful! I really appreciated the fact that put my donut back under the car. Last time I had a tire changed at a different location the people just threw it in my car. 100% will recommend

These folks are life savers. We hit a truck tire on the interstate. After calling around to find places would not look at my car or were booked for the next week Five Oaks Tire was suggested. They are first come first served, so no booking issues. They had my car in and the issue diagnosed in very little time. I could tell this was a good place because the mechanics looked happy. Based on conversations I could here they get a lot of repeat business for the right reasons. I would have repairs done by them again.

Called up to explain a bad tire repair from another tire shop. They confirmed it was not a safe or correct repair, and told me to bring it over and they will fix it right. The young gentleman who i spoke with on the phone was the same who did the repair, and was the nicest most professional gentleman. They had my tire repaired and rebalanced quickly

Five oaks tire & service center was friendly, reasonably efficient, and ultimately was able to repair my tire that had been punctured the night before. They are a first come, first serve shop, so some wait time is to be expected; but everyone I dealt with was polite and they did a great job getting my tire repaired so I could get back on the road! Would not hesitate to go there again the next time we are in the area.

What a joke! Out of town and needed brake work. Called on Monday and he said to come in at 9am Wednesday. My husband take the car in at 8:30am Wednesday. He waited until 2:30 before they ever even put it on the rack. Had we known it would have taken so long we would have went somewhere else. He shouldn’t give you a time to come in if he never plans to look at it then. I am so glad I never have to go to this place again. I do NOT recommend anyone from out of town wasting their time on vacation at this unprofessional place. Just look at the responses to the bad reviews and you’ll get an idea of how unprofessional they are. Obviously they have no care for their customers and think they never do wrong. We wasted a whole day waiting on them that I wish we hadn’t.

They got me in and out in a hour patched my tire checked all the other and got me out for less than 30 bucks. So thankful for their fantastic service. Great place to deal with!!!

This past weekend my two year old daughter & I were out of town visiting Gatlinburg for a wedding. When arriving at our hotel on Thursday evening, my brakes went completely out. The following morning we were referred to Five Oaks by the Chevrolet dealership. We contacted five oaks and we were told the sooner you get it here the sooner we can start working on it. The towing company dropped my vehicle off at exactly 10:07 a.m.. My husband called constantly through out the day to see if there was an update because My daughter and I were stranded. All day we were told that they were about to start looking at it or we are finishing up this vehicle now and we are about to pull it in now. Well that never happened. The guy called my husband and said that it would be the next morning (which was Saturday) and he would start as soon as he opened up at 6:30 a.m. My husband called around 8:30 a.m., my truck still hadnt been looked at. The service guys calls me back around 9:00 a.m. (after he had been speaking to my husband the entire time.) and he basically said there wasnt anything that they could do and my truck would need to be taken to a full service garage. I understand if they were busy that they couldnt look at my truck but when we called this place we were told other wise. Had I known they wouldnt look at my truck and lied to us continuously, my vehicle would have never went there. It could have been at another shop getting fixed or better yet I could have gotten a rental if I would have been told the truth upfront. I was told well things happened and we were busy. I was stranded all weekend in a hotel until my husband drove 6 hours to come and get my vehicle to take it else ware.

Excellent service. I knew there was at least a new onset tire or wheel problem after a significant pot hole strike. Problem was identified, requiring replacement (not unexpected). I opted to get four new tires as tread was getting thin on all four. Reasonably priced and done promptly. Watched episodes of The Rifleman and Wagon Train. Coffee was fresh enough too.

Fast service, work well done, very reasonable rates. Would recommend if you need repairs while visiting the area, or just live nearby!

We stopped here at 4:45 on Good Friday because one of our tires had a small puncture. The gentleman said they would look at it for us. At 5:30, (30 minutes after they closed) he said we were good to go. I thanked him and asked what I owed him. He said, “Just buy some tires from us next time you need some and we’ll call it good.” They stayed 30 minutes after they closed AND didn’t charge me for the repair. Amazing service.

I was at first please by the level of service this company provided on two blown tires while on vacation with my family. Upon picking up my vehicle I was concerned that the wheels could have been bent in the incident. I was ensured that they checked for a bent rim as it would be unsafe to drive on. We live approx 500 miles away and were going to be driving my family of 6 on these rims/tires. Upon leaving town I noticed a slight vibration in the rear of the vehicle and attributed it to a out of balance tire. I took it to a local tire shop to have it looked at for the unbalanced tire and in the image is what he found! He wouldnt let me leave with the vehicle until we got a new set of rims as it was unsafe to drive on. Upon speaking with the FIVE OAKS manager he simply apologized for our inconvenience. THE INCONVENIENCE OF DRIVING MY FAMILY ON AN INTERSTATE IN A COMPLETELY UNSAFE SET OF RIMS!!!! UNBELIEVABLE.......... PROBABLY WONT MATTER BUT SOMEONE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!

Super friendly, honest and very fairly priced. Needed a valve stem replaced and nail removed from tire. They explained the nail didnt penetrate and the cost to replace valve was less than I was expecting.

We were on vacation and picked up a nail. We arrived at 8:00 am and after a short wait they repaired our tire, actually found another small nail and checked the pressure in rest of tires. The technician doing the work was friendly and genuinely happy to help. Front desk help could be a little less rude, but willing to look past that. Being on vacation, grateful they work on a first come first serve basis so we could get back on the road quickly.

We needed emergency tire service on vacation, while towing a camper. Got a flat on our towing vehicle, in a thunderstorm. We showed up for help at this shop unannounced. They were friendly, kind, got us worked in within about an hour, didn’t try to sell us 4 new tires, and instead fixed our flat so we could be on our way. Even let us see how the fix was done so we would feel confident in towing the camper with the repair. 100% recommend!

Very helpful but didnt have what I needed but sent me to someone they did

So I went in on 7/7 for an alignment. I had a rear arm that was bent and they told to come back on 7/12 with the part and they would put it in. So I did at 10am. I sat in the lobby for 3 hours and my car just sat in the lot. I came back around 4 and they had just moved it in the bay. They call me at closing time and tell me they couldnt do it. Wasted all day.

Fast and super knowledgeable. Plus a friendly staff makes for a great place to bring my car. Ill be using these guys from now on

GREAT service! We were 14hrs from home and had a trailer tire blow. I got there at 845am and was out of there before 9am. Being in the automotive service industry the last 20 yrs, I really appreciate a shop that takes pride in their work and treats everyone with respect.

They do fair work but get very busy. Had a screw in tire and they told me to come back at 6am the next day. Had to find another place to get tire repair.

How you a place that does brakes, but tell me you cant do a brake master cylinder, its too big of job? Ive honestly never been in a place that made me feel like I knew more bout cars then they do. I recommend going two mins down the road to Allstar muffler and automotive. The same place these people sent me too. Yall lost a local, that would of spent alot of money here.

I have been coming to Pigeon Forge every year for 40 years. I love being able to enjoy driving through the mountains without any problems. My second day here, I noticed my front brakes were making a very bad noise when coming to a stop. I am sure most people on vacation hate the idea of looking for a good repair shop just like I do. Well, I sat down and did a lot of searching on the web and finally decided on Five Oaks Tire. I am VERY PLEASED with my decision. I arrived at their office at 06:15 in the morning and didnt have to wait long. Within 15 minutes, they put my car on the rack for their inspection and determined I needed front pads and rotors on my 2017 RAV4. They quoted me a price of $297 and I was very happy to pay that price. This shop has top notch service and people. It took about 45 minutes to get me back on the roadThank you so much Five Oaks for your honesty, your integrity and your quality of work! The service we received was exceptional!The retired military gentleman that worked on the tire had to get a tire from the competitor down the road. I had 2 new tires installed and the other tires rotated. I also asked them to do a front end alignment, with the price being $75.00 plus tax I believe. They had my truck while I was at work during the day. At the end of the day, I went to pick up my truck and they had it on the rack with the tires rotated and new ones installed, and were in the process of doing the front end alignment. I was paying for the job which I thought to be $513.00, however, I paid just over $400.00. Apparently the alignment was within factory specs. They still had to go through the process of setting up and checking with each wheel. I would bet that most places would have charged me for this, even though they did not have to make any adjustments. Im impressed with their honesty and appreciate it. Based on principle alone, even if they may be a few bucks more, I will use them from now on.

While the shop was very busy, the staff was polite and fixed my tire in a timely manner. Both the sales guy and the tech showed me what happened and told me how it was fixed. Being from Ohio, it was awesome they were able to take care of my tire quickly and politely.

Bought two new tires and had them installed here. It cost $300 and took two hours. Professional staff and accurate quote, which I really appreciated! These people are trustworthy and pretty friendly. Will be back in the future. Highly recommend it!

This place is BUSY and the guys who work here never stop working yet they still are friendly and polite. My truck was vibrating and I was told by a mechanic that it was an out of round tire, so I had the tire manufacturer send me a new tire and my mechanic swapped it out. Well, that didnt fix the vibration soy mechanic suggested that I visit Five Oaks Tire and sure enough these guys were able to get me in and figure out the problem. Apparently when my new wheels were put on the geniuses who did the work, didnt install hub-centric rings so my wheels were not centered on my assembly correctly! They were able to set me up with the parts and get them put on,and they rebalanced my tires.Like I said, they were slammed busy the whole time I was there and the customers just kept coming while I was there waiting. But they stayed ahead of the game and got customers in and out quickly and I was on my way in a little over an hour and a half.I wish I had gone to these guys in the first place. It would have been done right the first time... Instead I paid one shop to do it, my mechanic to diagnose and incorrectly fix something that wasnt necessary, and then finally the team at Five Oaks Tire to fix what the first place missed!

I am a long time customer - but today was awful. I got there right at 6:30 am to get my oil changed. I was literally waiting for 3 hours before my car was done. No one apologized for my wait, no one checked on me, no one offered me anything... Very disappointing. I might have to find a new place to get my service done. They didnt even give me a new sticker for my oil change reminder. :*( $65 later..

I am kinda sad to even post this review but I felt it was needed. I have used this place for about five years now for tires and oil changes. I travel a lot so I buy a new set of tires about every 18 months. I liked the people and liked it more that they were local. I know they are busy so I always try and drop my truck off at 6:30 and give them all day to work on them. I went on Saturday cause I needed my tires changed over to my new truck. I got a call at 11am that they were fixing to start and my dodge wouldnt crank. They told me they tried to jump it and they thought the starter was out. I asked if that was something they could fix and they told me know and also that they were closing. I went and picked up my keys. I almost went and bought a new starter but I thought I would get a battery and jumper cables from Walmart first. I went back at 12 and everyone was already gone. Sure enough I put the cables on and it fired right up. I get it the job I needed done was not easy and doesnt pay well. I think they just left it for last and when my battery had went dead that was an easy excuse to not fool with changing the tires out. I always thought of this as a hometown place and since I live here I always tried to use them instead of a box store. I went to Walmart this morning and they changed it out for me. I guess this is why walmart is taking over in so many places. I just wish they had told me at 7am that they didnt really want to do the job and I would have went somewhere else and not wasted my whole Saturday. I know losing my business will not hurt them at all but i just expected more after five years of working with them than what I should have I guess. I wish them the best but for me Ill find a new tire and oil place from now on.

Had a tire puncture when we returned to our cabin on vacation. Got tire off and spare on, went in early morning for the tire repair. They did good work and cheaper than I expected for a repair. They even put the spare back under our Tahoe. Good service and would recommend.

The work they do is really proficient

I was so concerned about being taken advantage of as a tourist. That was far from the case. VERY honest and very nice. My wheel bearing went out. I watched as they meticulously diagnosed the issue and gave an extremely fair price. In and out within hours. Couldn’t be more pleased!

It takes a NASCAR pit crew 12 seconds to change four tires. It took Five Oaks two and a half hours to change one. They couldn’t do an oil change because at 8:45 am it was already too late in the day. Once the car was finished, no one bothered to tell me. Minimal customer service skills and zero sense of urgency.

Walked up ask for a new tire they had it in store and changed it in minutes and we were on or way. Great service honest and friendly. Highly recommend them!

5 Oaks Tire Lost the Sale ! You would think this is a bad thing but for me the customer it is the type business I want to deal with. John worked with me for 3 days, trying to find my F250 tires. He was unsuccessful only because Michelin operations are on halt for Covid19. Now John could have tried to sell me a substitute to make the sale, but he took the high road by not doing so and took the time to explain why and that my satisfaction was more important than the sale. While I need these tires within days and am forced to find another source, I have plenty other vehicles and trailers that will continue to be brought to 5 Oaks Tires because of Johns professional customer service.Charles RhodesSeymour, TN

Stopped here on my way back to Illinois. I explained that I had a shake and clunking come from my drivers side front tire. After a quick inspection I was told that my car had a bad CV joint. They said I would be fine to drive home and to have it fixed when I got back. I explained to them that I had another 10hrs of driving and had my family with me. They assured it was safe to drive and they wouldn’t let me leave if it wasn’t.After driving for a couple hours the shaking became much worse and I stopped of the interstate at a Firestone. After they inspected my vehicle they found nothing wrong with my CV joint. The problem was loose lug nuts and I was missing two! After getting new lug nuts I was back on the road, problem solved.I am astonished at how they let me leave without checking my tire and assured me that I would make it home. If I would have listened my family and I would have lost a tire on the interstate.
