Just open your wallet and dont ask questions. Derek the service manager is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered that is in an customer oriented position. My 2014 Chevy Cruze was not accelerating, losing power when going up hills. I took it to Auto Pro, was told by Derek that I needed a new turbo and valve covers. After paying $1,650 I picked my car up only to find the check engine light was still on, and my air conditioner that was working perfectly when I took my car in was now only blowing hot air. I contacted AutoPro by phone immediately leaving messages but did not receive a return, when I finally reached Derek I was told that I would have to wait another day before bringing my car back. They advertise their opening hours at 7 a.m., but it was 9:30 before anyone showed up. Upon my arrival it was obvious that I was interrupting whatever the service manager Derek was working on. There was no good morning or how are you he took my keys and drove my car into the shop. 15 minutes later he comes back and tells me that now my catalytic converter is not working properly. When questioning him about the catalytic converter, he abruptly got up from sitting on the edge of the desk and walked in the back shop area slamming the door behind him. It was quite obvious that he saw me as a lady that didnt know what he was talking about and he did not want to take the time to explain it. I felt as though I should just hand them n additional $2,000 and tell them once again just fix my car instead of being told exactly what is wrong with my car and receiving an explanation before I open my wallet again. Derek was gone for about 20 minutes before he came back into the office no Smiles on his or an explanation prepared for me. I just asked for my car and the name of the owner of the service company. Without a word being said he walked back into the shop, slam the door behind him and another service man drove my car out to me. Once again I asked for the name of the owner of the company and once again I was denied that information. Perhaps they were having a bad day, but by now Im upset. I contacted Auto Pros auto dealership and surprisingly was able to talk to one of the owners. I have recommended Auto Pros to many people, but that all stops today. I will never take my car to this service place again. Auto service companies are a dime a dozen and what makes one stand out is good customer service, great auto service and integrity. After this encounter I took my car to Thomas Auto Service in which my air condition was fixed immediately, and they are currently running the Diagnostics on my car again. I was treated like a valued customer.
The service manager Dereck, and the technician Ben were both very knowledgeable and prompt. I will be coming back for future repairs.
