Pulled in at 8:37am pulled out at 8:43 am. All they asked was mileage. Didn’t ask what type oil wanted walked in back wrote license plate down. I asked what oil type and then said it was done. Felt no thing from underneath removing filter. Which you should or removing oil drain plug. Not even sure if oil was changed or the filter. Will have it checked when I get home if I make it. On paperwork says they checked air in tires and other safety checks. Which we visibly seen they did not do. Suggest going somewhere else.

If you dont want to be scammed, you shouldnt go to that place they steal from you they never grab the service you paid for

This is a great, quick oil change place and use check list to check other issues, top off fluid levels etc. Get receipt for car wash, with great station for shop towels to further dry, spray clean bottles and unlimited time vacuum hoses. Manager very friendly, attentive as are others and free Keurig coffee and TV waiting room. I come here rather than several car washes closer to my home.

I had a broken off drain plug and they was able to fix it for me and put a new plug in it changed my oil and gave me a free $20 car wash and they was real nice and pleasant to work with

Very friendly staff and very fast at there jobs. I would tell everyone to go there because you dont have to even get out of your car. And I like that. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes and you are on your way. Thanks guys for the great job and friendly staff. I will continue to come have my oil changed here.

I wasnt supposed to have an oil change for another month or 2000 miles, but I started having an issue with my SUV while visiting from Illinois. The wait was not long and the tech was very helpful. He told me I was extremely low on oil and to definitely get it taken care of before getting back on the road. He didnt try to oversell me and my car is running in tip top shape! I also got a free car wash with my oil change!

Car wash seems to always be closed and always have to go ask for towels to wipe down car. They are supposed to be provided for use. When open have to go hunt for employees and then they don’t look happy to have been found to do their job.. will take my business elsewhere

Good place to get a quick, 15 minute oil change, especislly for tourists in the area. It was very expensive, $70, but came with a free car wash. Staff were smart and knew what they were doing.

I have taken my vehicles here for years. Went the other day for an oil change and now all of a sudden they dont carry my oil filter anymore. I have a 2017 Kia Sedona. The guy told me to go buy my own filter and come back. Seriously? I was a loyal customer, oil change every 5k miles. So they have done 10 oil changes on this vehicle. I guess they dont want my business. Co-OP here I come.

Oil change cost me $80.00. Filled up my window fluid and gave me a free car wash. Didnt check anything else. Way to expensive. One bay open so I had to wait a half an hour. Why did it cost so much?

Went here for over a year & half. Finally found out they was putting regular oil instead of synthetic 😂 I dont think they have a clue of what theyre doing or care by the way they act! Definitely wouldnt recommend this place & they are definitely overpriced for their service.

They over charge!!! The dealership which is normally the highest price to get a oil change plus filter is $65. My Wife went here and they charged her $124 for a oil change.

I use them often and I am usually always very pleased. However, today was the second time in the last year Ive came 30 minutes after they have opened and all the people are not at the company to change oil. The first time I thought oh well things happen Ill come another day but this time I was on a time crunch and it was a inconvenience. Even though the staff was friendly and apologized for the staff sleeping in I feel they should have more responsible management. Especially, if your staff is here and your not. Doesnt look naff on the employees looks bag on the company. Will this keep me from going, No. Simply because the regular staff is so friendly.

Not happy at all with this place.Had to ask them to check the tire pressure twice.Also they never checked any of the fluids also had to pay for that.Will not be back

They barely serviced my car, didnt check tires, or anything, and charged me 72$ saying its due to synthetic oil, but Walmart charges 40$ +tax. Its not worth the the money. I literally was told to sit in car and it took them 10 mins!!

This place use to be quick. Here on Saturday with only one bay open and 5 cars backed up. The second bay has s car in it that is being detailed. Employees all around, but moving like snails.

First review Nov. 2017. Quickest oil change Ive ever gotten and a free car wash on top of that. Great place!Update June 2018. Still fast as lighting oil change. They changed the air filter after showing me the old one and what a new one looks like. I needed it! Mechanic also told me to change it every 6 months. No mechanic has ever bothered to tell me that. I got my car detailed. A little back background - bought the car cheap because it needed a transmission. It sat for about 7 months before fixing it so this guy was DIRTY. Melissa cleaned the car and she did an AWESOME job. She told me it would take an hour or hour and 15 mins. This girl spent right at an hour and a half making my car look and smell 1000x better than it did. Thank you! Im so happy with it 😍😍😍I will be a forever customer.

Ive been getting my oil changed and car washed at this location in Sevierville for 5 1/2 years, and now they go up on price charging me $10 to remove a skid plate on my vehicle. I realize that a majority of my $67 is paying for convenience, but I believe I can find a less expensive place to have my oil changed that will not penalize me for the vehicle that I drive.

Professional and friendly staff who dont care to help you start to finish. The drive through car wash is easy to get to from the parkway and has different wash packages. The free vacuums are nice but dont have much power.

Way overpriced and definitely dont even get what you pay for if you want your stuff done right take it to a real mechanic

I hate giving only 3 stars as I know this is a local business and the workersr nice, however I came in today and got the $15 package and when I went to vaccuum I noticed my windows had sud spots and my wheel wells still had dirt all up in them still not to mention no wax as advertised:( think it must be time to change out something in car wash to give it that sparkle clean. The wash I got was more like a $5 wash. The worker did let me go back threw and it does look better then first time but still disappointed as it still has dirt in wheel area and I wanted the wax....

Needed an oil change and no where to do it myself. Told the mechanic this isnt even fair to charge me lol I handed him the tool to remove the top side oil filter cartridge. Told him the guy down below dont even need a 15mm wrench hit the switch on the Fumoto valve. In and out in 25 minute and they gave me free car wash voucher.

We only go here for our oil changes. They guys are efficient, thoroughand have decent prices. Beats waiting at the walmart one for 2-4hrs just for a oil change!!

I’ve lived in Sevierville for several years and decided to give Vols oil and lube a try. What a mistake!!!! Waited in line for over 40 minutes to get into the bay. Once in I was totally ignored. Finally Sean started on my oil change but stopped to talk to a woman that drove by. After 5 minutes with her he proceeded to change my oil. He topped off my wiper fluid and that was it. All this for 45.00. I asked to have my tire pressure check and that was a half way job. Said they were good and they weren’t !! This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been!! Got home and a plug was hanging out from underneath my car. My husband took it back. They had unplugged my airbags for some reason. I will never go back or ever recommend them. They are the pits!!!

Ive yet to call the owner or their corporate headquarters to discuss an issue list my car I left them on phone number and my email address and give it to the alleged manager that day that thats a card and up yet cant hear one damn word from them Ill personally never go back there depending on how it goes with the owner or corporate if it goes bad I will put an article and the local newspaper

We came in town from Cincinnati and have never received better service than from Vol! We needed an oil change and had been struggling to find a place that could help us, until we found Vol. The staff were beyond amazingly friendly and the service was fast! They gave us 2 complimentary car washes because they thought they took a long time (they didnt but it shows how dedicated they are to their customers). If we ever are in Tennessee and need work done on our cars Vol Magic Car Wash is the only place we will go. The lovely young lady who works there is a breath of fresh air! I’ve used this place a few times before and normally it goes pretty well but today I went to have my car washed after all the snow. I was about to enter into the washer and forgot to take my foot off the break and then proceeded to be called a “retard” by the younger guy working it, followed by something along the lines of “wouldn’t” or “didn’t” care if he got fired.”

The guy that did my oil change used the F-word about 17 times in the 5 minutes I spoke to him. (Guy with long curly hair) He was a nice guy, we had a great banter back and forth up until I realized he was foul-mouthed. I dont care what kind of business you are in, its unacceptable to curse like that to someone you dont know. When I was finished paying and went back to my vehicle, I noticed black greasy Footprints in my floorboard on my carpet. It was a different guy that pulled my vehicle out of the Bay, so it must have been him. The employees hired here are not held to a very high standard im guessing. Changing my review from 1 star to 5 due to response from owner.

I went yesterday for an oil change. Within 30 minutes I was broken down on the side of the road. They didn’t tighten the filter correctly, which caused oil to spew EVERYWHERE, which then caused the fan belt to come OFF while I was driving down the road. I’ve tried to call them TWENTY-FOUR TIMES since yesterday and nobody will answer the phone. And to the person who also commented about an employees foul mouth...yes, I experienced this, as well, during my last oil change there. Completely unprofessional. I will NEVER take my car here again, and I fully expect them to cover the cost of my current repairs.
