The worst worst worst experience Ive ever had. Kileona was rude and extremely offensive. I cannot comprehend how someone as rude/condescending and unwilling to communicate with professionalism can work in and industry that involves interacting with customers on a daily basis. Never again.

Royally messed up order, months of delay, will blame everyone else and not take responsibility. If you think buying a $4,000 faucet will get you decent customer service, you are mistaken. Im a contractor and have dealt with suppliers for over 25 years and this company is appalling in their incompetence. Look elsewhere
