Really good service
Keller supply is a pro shop. The location might be hard to find but they have the best brands! I was looking for a higher quality bathroom fixtures than I couldn’t find at Home Depot and Lowe’s. I looked high and low and eventually found Keller! Stephanie showed me through the extensive high-end Kohler and Grohe fixtures. Assembling my dream bathroom was easy with her help. I totally recommended Keller for quality products and personal service! Ask for Stephanie!
Absolutely the worst service we experienced in looking for bathroom fixtures for our remodel. Disinterested staff who never responded with an estimate after we spent 45 minutes in the store. This despite returning to the store to ask again for the estimate and being assured that it would be sent that day. Never received anything. A waste of time. Fixture Gallery in Greenwood is far more responsive with wonderful staff and who we purchased from.
Honestly used to hate shopping here because the employees had a bad attitude but it has changed in a big way. Ron & his crew are extremely helpful and all of the current employees are super cool. They finally found a formula that works and its great.
Stephanie is the best great customer service! I would only recommend her in the future!
Not able to complete orders when promised......
I was recommended to their showroom by Beacon Plumbing. The receptionist seemed annoyed to have a walkin and called someone to help confirm that they didnt have what she thought i wanted.a blonde salesperson came to the showroom and was very snobby. She brought with her two big supply catalogs and showed me one page in each. She said they didnt have what i asked for. i then had to ask her could i order it. Her answer was just yes. i then had to ask her how long. she told me the first was 2-3 weeks. i had to ask her about the next choice and she said 2-3 months. She was LESS THAN HELPFUL. I then went to Lowes whose salesperson told me about what gauge sink is better, options with or without a faucet.Do not go to Keller kitchen and Supply unless you are a big wig contractor they dont want you or your business
Our experience with Keller started well. The sales rep, Cindy, walked us through the showroom, and we picked out everything for a bathroom remodel. She gave us a rough idea of the total cost, we agreed, and she said wed get the final bid and estimate the next day. It took a week. That didnt really matter since the project was not supposed to be done for a month. The amount on the bid was about what we were quoted before, so we paid and were told everything would arrive within three weeks...approximately mid-August. (One thing to note...you cannot tell what anything is on the bid. You just have to assume the sales rep got everything on there that we ordered, and deciphering the dozens of items on the list is impossible. It only contains brand names and part numbers. Good luck figuring out what those mean. Youll see how this is important later.)Three weeks go by, and our contractor goes to pick up everything from Keller. We are told, for the first time, that just about everything is taking longer than expected to come in. Nobody informed us prior to the contractor going to pick up our order. We put the project on hold since the tub is now estimated to take ANOTHER three weeks to arrive, and that must be installed first. After six weeks, I have to call to find out if the items have finally all arrived since nobody has contacted me. Im told they came in the prior week. When I inquire as to why no one informed me, Im told it is the sales reps responsibility...and she is on vacation. Clearly the onus of informing the customer should not be on a single employee when there are dozens working there. The contractor goes the next day to pick up all of the boxes and delivers them to the house. Im informed that Keller could not find the toilet we ordered, so he left without that item.I call and leave a voicemail with Keller to find out about the toilet (it was after hours at this point). As of the next afternoon, I did not receive a call back, so I call again. I’m told the sales rep, Cindy, forgot to place the order for the toilet. GREAT. They reach out to Cindy, and she doesn’t know what happened to that part of the order nor can remember which toilet we selected. I review the invoice and cannot tell if the toilet is on there or not. I get a phone call from Cindy confirming she forgot to order it, and decide to purchase a toilet elsewhere so we just don’t have to deal with Keller again.Fast forward to early October, and the contractors are installing the tub, vanity, sink, and all accessories we purchased from Keller. The contractor informs me that we are missing the hose for the handheld shower and the shower faucet is missing a flow balancer. The contractor adds that he will not waste his time going back to Keller to hopefully pick these items up, and I cannot argue with that at all, so I drive to Keller and pick those items up immediately. I’m offered no apology for yet another mistake on Keller’s end.And then it gets worse. The contractor has now opened every box from Keller, and we cannot find the faucet for the bathroom sink anywhere. You can probably guess what happened. Cindy forgot to order it…again. That was discovered at 9 AM this morning. I’ve left three voicemails for the Keller Showroom so far today, and nobody is calling back. I expect I won’t hear back from anyone, and certainly will not receive an apology…again. The amount of money and time that Keller has cost me in additional labor and lost productivity due to their repeated screw ups has now cost more than the amount we spent with Keller. If this is how you like to be treated as a customer, then Keller is the place for you.
Outstanding service and knowledge
Very helpful staff.Lots of stock on hand, usually. Sometimes a day or two delay. Great computer system to track your purchases and specs.
Wow, just wow. I typically only write reviews when I have a stellar experience because I want to applaud good customer service and I want others to experience it. When I have a bad experience, I just let it go and never visit that establishment again. This is an exception to that rule because it was just that bad.Doing a basement remodel which involves adding a bathroom - so I visited to browse bath fixtures and was particularly interested in Delta vs. Grohe. Upon my first visit, I walked the entire store for 10-15 mins without being greeted by anyone. Which didnt bother me because I like to browse uninterrupted. When I walked up to the counter to ask questions, I was greeted with a straight face woman with a serious attitude. No smile, no how can I help. She was not interested in answering my questions and told me they didnt have brochures for either Grohe or Delta. I pointed to fixtures that I was interested in but she refused to get out of her chair and show me other options or simply to have a discussion.Against my better judgement, I went again because I live close-by and it is convenient. Hoping Id get a better salesperson this time. No luck. Somehow, this gal had even more attitude - gave me dirty looks, huffed at my questions and made me feel like I was stupid. Of course I dont know anything about bath fixtures, thats why I am here. I have been to many showrooms like this, and understand that they are used to working with contractors and designers, but never have I been treated like this (actually have had some really wonderful experiences). BTW: the woman from my first visit was there, putting on makeup, in plain sight, where customers could see.The people who run this place are just plain rude. Simply put. Save yourself the stress.
Really helped me out so I could take care of business during this crazy time. Thanks!
The plumbing supply is good, would get 5 star. the showroom is not up to par
Really friendly staff but not great experience at the end.
We ordered a shower stall and when it arrived in Alaska, it was not even close to what was we ordered via out local store. Will not use them again.
Very helpful counter people, and well stocked!
