This place is really cool for hangout, dates, or study/work. They have infinite cute spaces inside like a little maze and a lovely patio too. The staff are super nice and friendly. 6 out of 5! 😊
I have never tasted a pb cookie that tasted like raw flower 0 flavor. I couldnt drink the americano $8 to the trash
I dont want too many people to find out about this place. Its a hidden gem in Seattle. Its an old house turned into a coffee shop... theres individual rooms scattered around for studying/working online, outdoor seating on the roof with a view of Fremont and Queen Anne nearby. Wifi is lightning fast and reliable. Im an Italian espresso lover and coffee tastes really good. If they had bands play at live music nights, that alone would make it my #1 coffee shop in Seattle metro area. The place is exactly Seattles infamous vibe: quirky.
Chill spot to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Had a delicious mocha and enjoyed sitting out on the back patio. Espresso machine is a La Marzocco Linea and the two cats working it knew their craft.
Exceptional coffee! Essential for Fremont neighborhood locals if you are new. Order coffee inside get it on the outside and youre on your way or hangout and enjoy the wifi. Good banana bread.
Really really good cup of coffee! Wish they had more snacks and pastry options, especially gluten free ones.
The barista unfortunately messed up our order (and the mistake was for someone in the group who has a milk allergy and specifically cant have regular milk), which no biggie, it happens. When we kindly asked for the drink we had been waiting on for 10 minutes, after making the drink, the barista muttered under their breath heres the drink you didnt even order. Rather than offering apologies for their mistake, our wait, etc. Disappointing encounter. Coffee was decent, experience quite poor.
This is a staple in Fremont for coffee. The coffee is good but the location and atmosphere are great. It’s in an old house, so indoors it’s a very cozy vibe with plenty of seating. Right now they are practicing strict social distancing including regulating the amount of people waiting in line inside. The best seating though is on the front porch or adjacent patio. Always a good variety of baked goods—the banana bread is delicious—as well as heartier breakfast options like veggie, sausage or bacon burritos. Fun latte art, too!
Cozy little coffeehouse that also makes a good cup of tea and tasty breakfast burritos.
So... the FCC was the first place I found on my morning constitutional... Talk about luck.Nice coffee, nice scones, and good service.Thanks. You made my few days in The Center of the Universe even better.
One of the best spots to get great espresso, a treat, and to get some work done. They have a nice outdoor space and as well as indoor seating. The latte art here is particularly awesome and varied. True artists!
Unbridled kindness and good vibes. A team of expert baristas slinging tasty espresso drinks. Also, extensive patio seating with wifi!
They have everything that you need! I highly recommend this shop to all of my friends and family who enjoy coffee as well. Yesterday, I came here and I was so pleased and happy with the overall service. You guys deserve an award indeed! Thanks, guys, for your kindness! Cheers for your accomplishment! The coffee shop is highly recommended!
Cute, humble coffee shop. Baristas arent yuppie D-Bags. Coffee is tasty and food is honestly pretty good, I recommend the breakfast burrito. Its huge and super cheesy.Due to COVID, theres a limit on how many people are allowed inside and theres currently no indoor seating but lots of outdoor seating with space heaters.
One of my favorite coffee! I get their coffee beans and the quality is best 😁🙌🏻
I took my mother to this coffee shop as a gift, and she loved it! There was a wide variety of choices, and we were too full for cake by the time we finished the sandwiches and scones. Luckily, the staff was well prepared for this and able to have takeaway boxes! Overall, a delightful cup of coffee, and one to which we plan to return. Thank you so much!
Nice coffeeNice service reasonable prices
Just moved to the area and I am so grateful to have this little coffee spot so close to my house! Their oat milk lattes and house made syrups are delicious. 😍
The service was really outstanding here, and I must say that this place is one of the best spots for good coffee and pastries.
I ordered an iced chai and it tasted like diluted water with nutmeg in it. There was only one person working so it also took significant time to make this drink. Came to get some work done but the wifi connection is insufficient for working. A waste of an hour and $6, recommend that you find another place to work.
Walked in and was ignored by the staff of two. No greeting, no offer to take my order. Just 90 seconds of cold shoulders, so I walked out. Too hip for my money I guess..
Who doesnt love Fremont Coffee! I always stop in when I am in the hood for my usual mocha and banana bread. Staff are invariably upbeat and hip, which creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating are available here, but depending on the weather, you might have to get your purchase to go because peeps thoroughly love to chill and soak in the ambiance of the center of the universe!
Not up to the expectations. The employee was passive aggressive. Asked for latte art and got the opposite-- looked like they tried to get rid of the art with the mixing stick instead of trying to draw something.
One of the coolest cafe in Fremont, ample street parking, ambience is beautiful, coffee is good. Cool place to chill, street parking is available, so many restaurants and things around this area. Dog friendly, I took my corgi and we met 2 other corgis and we had.corgi party in the patio. Comfortable Seattle arrangement. Following covid guidelines. My friends usually pick up coffee from here and drive to golden gardens which is 12 mins. Walking around fremont neighborhood is fun too. Cheers.
Good coffee at a reasonable price. Friendly service as well
Internet connection is very fast and is unlimited as well. This coffee shop is perfect for studying and chilling out. It was very quiet and air-conditioned. I just want to keep coming back to this place. Thank you!
I was able to relax because of his welcoming and flawless manner. A huge relief on my side to come to this nice place. Your wonderful and affordable service was strongly recommended! Thank you for everything. Best!
Haha I feel bad writing this . First bad review ever !! ( only writing this just in case someone else feels they are alone with being mistreated)The girls taking my order had such negative vibes and acted so hip, too cool for the customer/ no aloha service. I even tip a dollar. I won’t be back
Amazing outdoor space, friendly staff and good coffee! Didn’t get food, but there were several options. Will be back soon!
The experience here is wonderful also. The storefront takes over where redwhite+bluezz used to be (the have moved to a different location). The decor is wonderful with little wood details everywhere. I believe that one of the staff here was involved in making these little details himself! The decor seems much more upscale than a coffee shop calls for and its a nice touch that elevates the experience.
Excellent local coffee, great latte art. Also, good breakfast burritos. Nice outdoor seating, and cozy nooks to chill out inside (when indoor seating is available).
Love this place-never had a coffee here!
Really warm and cozy inside! The baristas on all my visits were outgoing and kind, and the prices of their food and drinks were really decent given the portion sizes for food and coffee. The space itself Is like a little labyrinth with all these little nooks and cozy chairs you can hide in. Plus the graffiti makes it feel like a place with a lot of history. I miss it already. Perfect study spot.
My mocha was delicious and I like the patio seating. Much more comfortable and airy than a lot of places. They invested in heat lamps.
BEST SERVICE EVER I got hot chocolate it was soooooooo good
My tea tasted like hot water
When I first walked in this place they were playing Tortoise so I knew it was going to be a great experience. The staff are very polite and relaxed, and the overall environment is very cozy and calming. Its essentially like being in someones house with a bunch of other strangers. I dont know if its somewhere I would camp out for hours but it seems like somewhere I could if I wanted to. Also the croissant was the densest Ive ever had, very satisfying. I would definitely come back for the almond one.
Strongest cold brew I have ever had! Great patio!
Great when its open
Their coffee and tea are always really good, there is never too long a line, and any line there is, is worth waiting in
This is one of my local coffee spots. Friendly staff and quality coffee. Their staff are very knowledgeable.
One of the best coffee in Fremont. Plenty of outdoor space. Staff friendly
Bad hipster coffee. The legacy and tourists carry the weight of the coffee shop, not the coffee itself or service.
Barista with tattoos was rude and snobby, we left without anything
Great coffee and pastry and some distanced clusters of seating outside.
Outstanding. Dana was kind, polite, attentive, and the coffee was delicious. The house offered up puppy biscuits for my two fuzzy critters and they loved them as well.A must stop for your Fremont tour.
Tasty coffee. And breakfast sandis.
Coffee shops are not hard to find around this parts of the world. But good coffee is hard to find. I found it here !!!
The coffee is great and I love the environment. Its a perfect place to go grab coffee with a friend, read a book, or bust out some work. There are all kinds of little corners that make it feel like you have some space and privacy. Porch is great when the sun is out!
My go to spot in Fremont for a good Mocha. Decent outdoor seating if you’re looking to read a book or get some work done
Funky fun place. Excellent coffee.
For coffee lovers come here! This coffee shop is excellent! Great coffee, great service, great vibe!
Cute and quirky place for coffee. Great but not amazing. Super nice staff. Worked a couple of days from here and there has been plenty of open spots and outlets.
I love an iced mocha with coconut syrup.
I come here for the atmosphere over the coffee, but the coffee is really good too. This coffee shop is in an old house, so there are many small rooms to find a cozy seat. And if it is warm out there are even more seats out on the expansion porches.
It was good in practicing social distancing. I wanted a decaf but but got regular but still tasted great
So good.
Great coffee, amazing staff. A little on the pricier side for a standard latte, but worth it for the atmosphere and friendly faces.
Love small local businesses. Good safety precautions.
An old house with creaky wooden floors turned old-school cafe. The inside is filled with tables and chairs to accommodate plenty of butts, or you can find ample seating outside on the porch or patio. Good coffee, great WiFi, excellent atmosphere, outstanding location. The cool kid all the other cafes secretly want to be.
Good place to sit and work
Ive only been here once, but I had such a great experience! The interior design is so unique and carefully thought out. There are beakers, colored wall plugs, mirrors, its very aesthetic in my opinion. The coffee was good, and the baristas were nice as well.Overall seems like a very chill spot to chat with someone or to study/work!
Strong coffee! The staff is knowledgeable and the seating is nice. It’s basically in an old house with a porch and patio. Nice midday atmosphere.
Cute place, cozy and homey. A bit dirty though. I loved their chai tea (not too sweet and has nice spice). Lots of seating.
Ive been here a handful of times. Coffee is great. The last time I stopped by I wasnt hungry or thirsty, just wanted a place to chill to pass some time. The clerk was pretty rude about it and said I must purchase something to sit in and use the internet, even though Ive been there before. Almost like she thought I was a homeless person. Mind you it was fairly slow on a Saturday night. Customer retention needs some work. I never want to go back again, not because of the coffee, because the attitude and how petty the clerk was.
The coffee may not knock your socks off (it’s not bad) but the decoration with the milk definitely will and earns it every 5 stars. Plus you can sit here in whatever room you feel like and chill as long as you like without ever getting the vibe your getting in their way. It’s a lovely local place great for writing, studying or meetings.
Unfortunately, upon my first (and last visit) here I was met with disturbing behavior from the employee working there. He is a white male and was working there on Thursday, June 20th at 5:15 p.m.I emailed the owner through the contact us link on their website however I have not received any reply from them, so I guess they welcome this type of behavior. From the beginning of the interaction, I was met with a less than enthusiastic attitude from the employee. At the time when I ordered my tea drink there was no one else in the store. The employee gave me the drink but after examining the drink further, I noticed lumps in the milk. The texture began to look like cottage cheese. This has never been my experience in all the coffee shops I have visited. Clearly there was something wrong with this drink. I took the drink to the employee for him to examine it. I initially said Id like to have something else made because theres something wrong with this and I was met with the reply of you need to get to the back of the line. ( by this time about four to five people had come into the store.) Even the way the employee said this to me was incredibly condescending. The next person in line actually said to the employee no you can help her out first, to which the employee still continue to ignore me and continued to make drinks for everyone else in line and pretended I was not there. At that point I no longer wanted a drink and asked for my money back. I was then met with no, Im not going to give you a refund, and even if I wanted to give you a refund Im not a manager. This was also said to me in a condescending and dismissive attitude. As a black woman in a predominantly white neighborhood to be treated this way and watch others receive a completely different experience says A LOT.The fact that I have reached out to the establishment and have gotten no reply lets me know they do not care about what happened nor do they care to fix the problem. It says a lot about the type of people working here.
