Found this nice and friendly staffed Coffee Cafe while out exploring First Hill district in Seattle. Its within walking distance of The Madison Apartments. Itll be a routine morning coffee spot!They offer a wide variety of goodies, treats and coffee choices, hot or cold!

Over all pretty decent. I ordered the chai latte with coconut milk, and it was very good, not too sweet, I like it that way . The veggie sandwich was nice and fresh, it came with a salad and a pickle. Seating area was nice and spacious, and customer service was friendly and polite.

Such great quality food! Had the Korean BBQ rice bowl and it was fantastic! Such a great hidden gem.

Looking for a (mostly) gluten free option in this neighborhood, and decided to try my luck here. these guys get food delivered from their other location, Coffee Tree Poke. Most days I’d just walk there myself, but today I’ve been feeling a little faint—so when the owner dropped off the delivery about 5 min after the baristas called to order for me, I was just elated! And of course, the food is on point as always!! My 2 fish poke bowl really hit the spot 😊Thanks for always providing such excellent service and food, Coffee Tree and Coffee Tree Poke!

Very nice and chill coffee shop that still opens on Sunday morning, I had no where to get a nice cup of coffee and decent croissant and it fulfills my wish and even more! Very nice and friendly services with coffee that not too strong or saying not bitter, and the croissant with egg, sausage and cheese is super tasty, cant believe I can get such a good breakfast here not in downtown, very worth to come if you need to grab a cup of quick and high quality coffee here as a tourist from New York(and Sunday morning!)The guy at front desk is very friendly and understanding to his customer since I was a bit hesitating of getting any breakfast, he was like no rushing and helpful type of, and coffee was very fast made, very impressive and nice coffee shop!

Love this place! Their Korean BBQ sandwich is one of my favorites. I visit this cozy place whenever I go to seattle. Staffs are really friendly too! I would recommend this place if u are looking for a cafe in downtown Seattle!

I dont care what anyone says Coffee Tree is my jam!! They are absolutely amazing the staff is nice and the owner works incredibly hard. Its a shame that I didnt find this place sooner. They have the best croissant, ham and cheese sandwich in all of Seattle. I love their coffee! Its definitely better than Starbucks!!! Im glad to have moved back to the city and that I can still place orders for pick up. Got to support my local shops!!

Seattle is a city full oh phenomenal coffee shops and yet Coffee Tree stands out as one of the best! (And my personal favorite). The food they serve is all local, their coffee and tea is amazing, and the people are wonderful.

$35 for 3 people for coffees and breakfast which was yummy in every way. Friendly staff too.

Paid $4.50 for an 8oz drink and left a tip. When my drink came up it wasn’t what I had ordered. Rather than make it again correctly (no biggie) I got told in a passive aggressive way that I hadn’t ordered what I did (he clearly just hadn’t correctly heard my order) and was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them for having to remake my drink. Drink was good, customer service left a great deal to be desired.

My second time here. Tried the salami & muenster. After chemotherapy I cannot taste alot of the nuances in flavor. Yet with the latte and sandwich, I could taste everything! Great people too, very relaxed atmosphere.

Nice if you’re looking to get a cheap cafe bite to eat or nothing special. Not for someone looking to explore a unique coffee shop and that’s ok. Staff and Owner are not particularly nice but that’s ok too. Owning a business is hard and stressful and that’s apparent here. They are awkwardly strict about bathroom usage and admit there is nothing special about their coffee or menu. Purely transactional. If you’re looking for a generic cafe with nothing special about the menu, this is for you

I found this place by accident and am so glad I did. Now, every time I make a trip to capital hill I look forward to stopping in for coffee and a coffee cake (one of the best!) there. The atmosphere is perfect for a neighborhood cafe as its off the main streets The staff have always been friendly and courteous.

I love the atmosphere here and that I can get a free newspaper if I spend a certain amount. If you have the option of getting a sandwich from here or specialties Id choose here hands down. Similar price but better service and quality

Nice and cozy spot a few blocks from Town Hall. Loved my white chocolate and its reasonably priced, plus a great music selection (yay Blood Orange!) by the friendly barista. Theyre definitely worth a visit.

Not a bad place. Staff is always friendly, coffee tastes good and fresh. The sandwiches are decently priced, I like to add egg to a croissant veg breakfast sandwich, yum.The bubble tea is decent but is made with cows milk, which isnt what I am used to, and its not well advertised that it is not dairy-free,so make sure to ask to switch up the milk in it if you are so inclined.Prices are average, but the snacks and oatmeal are steeply priced. They do have a tracking iPad where you check in each visit to get a free drink after the 10th visit, which is a nice bonus.Music is always playing and isnt too loud, which is great since it is a small place. They always have local artists work on the walls, which is a great way to feel like part of the community.

Love the service. They use Victrola coffee which is also a plus. Little annoying that they never have drip coffee past noon and that you need to get their ever-changing code for Wi-Fi. (Though with an apartment complex next to them I guess I understand) otherwise give the multigrain latte a try as a nice coffee alternative if you want to take it easy on the acidity but still want a good pick me up. (You can add shots to it if you still want espresso) Last item is not many outlets making long stretches of working difficult.

Ive enjoyed Coffee Tree for a while and usually find the staff great BUT today (Sat. 4/27) the guy on the morning shift (this was 10:45am) was incredibly rude! We were meeting in the back and could not hear ourselves speak because the music was so loud. Two of us talked with him three different times, and his response was that the song would pass, the speakers were in the front and then finally told me he wouldnt play my game, and that we should go to the library.Excuse me, we were PAYING CUSTOMERS - in fact there was no one else in the place.Hed obviously had this complaint before because his responses to both my friend and I were identical.With his kind of attitude, they are most likely *losing* business when he is on shift.Its really sad that Coffee Time has this guy working for them, when there are plenty of people out there who are decent to customers and really deserve to work there.

Popped in after an appointment at the Polyclinic. Had a good breakfast sandwich and a great cup of coffee in a chill space.

I moved nearby, order the same thing consistently, and they always mess up. The same cashier looks at me like Im an idiot. Everytime. I got my order laminated, gave to him and they still messed up my drink and food. Ive complained/done surveys every time and they just apologize. Will not be returning. Would not reccomend.
