I visited your location in Seattle recently, the store in the Ballard area in particular, as it was close by my house. I came in on 3 separate occasions and was greeted promptly with a professional attitude. Ashley was a particular help as she guided me through the different layered options and was patient with my 2 kids trying out all the beds I was looking at. Girl 26 Boy 24 😊 No, seriously 😐 I never received any pushy phone calls which was nice. I purchased the bed I wanted and waiting for delivery 👍🏻

We appreciate that he took the time to contact us, walk us through the problem, and offered a solution for us!*Original Review - We spent almost 5k on a new mattress here and the delivery service was extremely unprofessional. The mattress was supposed to arrive on a Saturday, but the delivery people refused to bring mattress to our apartment because they weren’t able to find parking close enough to the apartment with their large truck. They told us we had to reschedule a special delivery with a small truck. When I asked how long that would take, they said they would call their supervisor, and then they just took off without providing any additional info. I had to call the store myself and they told us the earliest they could deliver with a small truck was that Wednesday. We had already gotten rid of our old mattress because we were expecting the new one on Saturday, so now we are having to sleep with no mattress for four nights. Totally unacceptable given the amount of money we spent with this company. If we had known the limitations of the delivery service in advance we would have requested a special small truck delivery from the start, but nothing was communicated to us. Super disappointed and regretful for spending our money here.

Id been shopping around for a mattress and frame for our guest room. I probably called or checked the web site for 5-6 stores and Mattress Firm looked pretty good so I went in to check it out. Patrick Barttels, the salesperson, was great! Very nice, very low key, totally non-pressure, very knowledgable, and a really nice guy to work with. We examined all my options, I tried all the mattresses we were interested in, and purchased the mattress and frame I needed for a VERY good price. They delivered the items the next day, and the delivery guys were just as nice and professional.A totally quality experience at a good price.

I am a returning customer and was hoping to get the mattress I wanted, but unfortunately I didnt get it after a week of waiting. Sales person, Patrick B., is good person to work with. He said mattress was currently not in stock, but will have it in several days. Ordered it and paid for in cash.. However, after I waited for a promised delivery of my mattress and frame a week later, and even got email and text messages confirmation couple days prior to my delivery date that my products were scheduled to be delivered, I was told the day prior to the home delivery, that they didnt have my product in stocks yet and need to wait for another two more weeks. I was very disappointed and canceled my order. It has been two weeks after cancelation, I still havent received my refund. Check the pending refund status, refund still not yet been processed after 14 days of cancelation. Why taking so long to get the refund so I can buy another mattress somewhere else when Mattress Firm cant deliver their products as promised. If this refund is not received soon, will need to go to TV media investigate reports to get some answers. This is very bad how they are treating returning customer.

After being set on buying a Casper mattress online because of the convenience, my wife and I decided to check out the local Mattress Firm in Ballard to make sure we were doing all the research.We went in Saturday morning of Presidents Day weekend and were the only people in the store other than Patrick and another Mattress Firm employee. After a brief introduction, Patrick let us do our thing. We were in the store for around an hour, laying on different mattresses and talking between ourselves. Patrick came over to touch base with us every 10 minutes or so. He was friendly, surprisingly informed, and not forward with sales pitches at all, though he did make sure to mention the various deals that were going on if we mentioned something we liked.After finding a mattress we both agreed on, I was ready to leave to discuss things with the wife and told Patrick as much. He insisted (though not overly so) on putting us together a quote on the mattress we wanted so we could think things over. He managed to make a very appealing offer (in part because we werent interested in the adjustable base), and we actually went ahead and accepted the quote later that evening! Scheduling delivery with him was easy, and we actually got our mattress the next day.Very happy and surprised with how pleasant the whole experience was, and very happy with our new mattress. I imagine if youre returning a mattress, its likely youre not a happy customer anyways but thats why my wife and I spent so long in the store - we wanted to make sure we got something we wouldnt have to ship back.If nothing else for peace of mind, I highly recommend stopping in!

We didn’t walk out having made a purchase, but decided on one later in the day. Instead of buying online, we called up Walta to make the purchase. He earned it for sure!!!

We were pretty happy with the actual shopping experience but ended up being irritated by the way we were treated after the sale. Mattress Firm is supposed to give a 5% discount to those who dont want to avail themselves for the 100 day free return policy. We made it clear we wanted to take advantage of that. The sales rep forgot to give it to us in the final invoice. When I pointed that out by phone after we got home we were first told that we had gotten a $100 discount which exceeded that 5%. That was BS as we had already gotten that discount as part of the regular pricing (advertised price). He finally agreed to give us the credit after the mattress is delivered 2 days hence. I sure hope they live up to their word and process the credit as promised.

Husband & I walked out in under 30 minutes with a new mattress & a scheduled delivery and pick up of old mattress, very easy. Our salesperson Abdullahi was super friendly, helpful, and we had a great time cracking jokes. Highly recommend!

I described the current sleeping situation, and he dived into the internet to understand what was currently being used, and what would be the best suiting. He could have directed me to a more expensive option, but instead deferred to what was the best option, and cross-correlated to ongoing sales to provide a deeper discount. More importantly, he worked with the sense of urgency to provide an immediate solution and offer several delivery mechanisms. I recently purchased a Beautyrest mattress from Patrick Bartell. He is a breath of fresh air. He is extremely knowledgeable and even helped me figure out a problem I had with a mattress I bought years ago. He explained how to break in a mattress after you buy it. No one ever explained that to me. Every step of the way he was patient and communicative so that I knew just what to expect.My son and I had an appointment and were the only people in the store so we didn’t have to worry about exposure to other shoppers. Walta, who was our Sales Representative and greeted us when we first entered the store after we walked around a bit he approached to assist us. He was very congenial and we were not in the least felt pressured. He showed us around and helped us to find just the right mattress that met our needs. Not only did he give us a great deal, he later went above and beyond to replace a defective adjustable base we had purchased after we went around and around in circles w/other Sales Reps and the Warranty Company I managed to track Walta down and w/out fail he again solved our problem in a matter of minutes while prior to getting in contact w/Walta, othere reps gave us the run-around and the warranty company didnt get anything and what had taken them 2.5 weeks time to get nothing done, I finally got a hold of Walta and he resolved our problem in a matter of minutes.
