My fiance and I were on our way to tuft and needle to shop for mattresses last weekend. We saw the nest store down the street and thought wed stop in and check out our. The store manager, Nick helped us out and really made us feel welcome. We tested out a few different mattresses and ultimately decided on one that had the perfect firmness. It felt really high quality. We made a note of which one we liked best and proceeded down to tuft and needle to see what they were all about. Our experience was just so different there. Tuft and Needle just seemed a lot less personal and overall we didnt feel the quality was there. We went back to nest and made our purchase with no doubts and with no buyers remorse. Our new mattress is so comfortable. I highly recommend Nest bedding! Thanks, Nick!

Everyone who talks about Nick has failed to mention his sense of humor. We were laughing for 20 straight minutes. Then we gave him $1750 and cried all the way home. Thankfully the organic latex pillows he sold us absorb tears well.

In the market for a new mattress and have done a lot of research about various options. Stopped in after work to try their hybrid mattress models and was incredibly underwhelmed by the customer service received. Staff seemed irritated by questions and could not care less about providing a good experience. Was not even offered a pillow (w/ sleeve) to better try the mattress. I guess this company simply relies on their aggressive marketing campaign and not on personal sales.

We live in New York but ordered our mattress through the Seattle showroom. The staff, in particular Erin and Nick, were transparent, informative and seemed genuinely invested in our total satisfaction. Throughout the entire process, they excelled. They facilitated the ordering and shipping process, communicated during the initial order period, updated us about shipping details and confirmed our satisfaction. As it turns out we had some comfort issues with the mattress as initially ordered, but the Seattle staff were able to figure out a way to make it work and we now are quite happy with our mattress. Buy a mattress from these people. You wont be disappointed!

Excellent staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. The staff is also very patient! We lay on a bed for almost an hour testing it out, and they didnt bother us once. The quality of the bed we bought far exceeds the cost. We also recommend splurging on the cooling pillows, they really work!

I had been researching foam mattress brands for several weeks and narrowed it down to three companies with great reviews. Only one of them has a store in Seattle to try them out - Nest. So I went by on Saturday and spent about an hour laying on all of the different options in the store. The manager, Keith, was very helpful. Friendly, but not pushy at all, he answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. I ended up purchasing the Alexander Signature Medium Mattress and picked up two side sleeper pillows too. Being able to try out the mattress in the store, and having a 100 day return policy made it an easy decision! We have been sleeping on the mattress for almost a week now, and so far, we are loving it!

I just ordered my mattress over the phone and had THE BEST experience with Keith.To give a little background: Ive been searching for a new mattress and of course was sucked into the bed-in-a-box thing. My problem is that I didnt want to chance it and spend a grand on something if I was going to hate it. A friend and I started at Mattress Firm and HATED it. The salesperson was hovering and asked a few invasive questions. When we got to Nest, Keith was really knowledgeable and was pretty keen on letting us try and stay as long as we wanted. He told us about the deals, how the mattresses differ, and generally left us on our own. I wasnt ready to purchase the mattress there, but he gave me his card to call back when I was, so I just did. He was very patient over the phone and I felt like it was a really positive experience. Five stars. Seriously, go to this store.

Nest Bedding was a phenomenal experience...having avidly been searching for the best new mattress options...hours and hours of online research I came across and settled on Nest. I just needed to know which mattress was right for me. This brick and mortar made it possible. The setting is serene and comfortable. I was helped by Desiree who was attentive and personable. She also gave space to experience explore the options and was informative when I had any questions. I bought my new plush Alexander hybrid queen along with a side sleeper pillow and a regular queen pillow made out of the excess of foam they use for the mattresses. The company is stand up, family owned...and uses acceptable materials. I wish I could give this experience an 11!

After weeks of mattress research online, I came across a recommended high quality mattress retailer called Nest Bedding and discovered that a new location had just opened up in Seattle. The staff here are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, patient. They gave me great recommendations based on my sleep needs, were able to answer all of my questions, and gave me as much time as I needed to try out each mattress before I decided on the perfect one for me. I could not have been happier with my mattress shopping experience at Nest Bedding and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to find an amazing bed with the help of people who genuinely care about getting their customers the best nights sleep possible.

We had been all over and evaluated many options before wandering on to Nest. As soon as I laid down on the plush Alexander Hybrid I knew it was the bed for me. Ive had it for about 30 days now and Ive never felt so good about my bed. The staff were also very nice and didnt try to push me to buy with sales tactics that left me feeling pressured and let me try the beds out for a long time to make sure I felt secure in my choice. The delivery was seamless and I feel like for the price and what is out there, this is a great option and I recommend if you are looking for a bed, you try these out.

Great mattresses for discerning people... even organic options. Yes, its downtown Seattle, but there is a parking lot just down the block, and they do have a mini-elevator inside the store if you cant do the steps. :)

I had a fantastic experience buying from this Nest store. Ive had lower-back pains since I left the military, and would wake up every morning slowly stretching to loosen up the stiffness building up. I knew it was because of a crappy mattress Ive had for about 3 years and wanted to see if there was something better out there.Shopping here, the customer service was excellent! Desireé was very knowledgeable and paired me up with a hybrid-latex that Ive been satisfied with. The mattresses themselves are high-quality, and great to sleep on. For the first two weeks, my back was still aching when I woke up, and I think it was re-adjusting to it, but it gradually got better to the point that I dont even think about needing to stretch when I wake up.A great experience overall!

The quality of the mattresses far exceed the price. The customer service was great and I would definitely recommend and would go back there for future mattress purchases.
