I got help with my purchase here with Noah and Theo, and they were fantastic. Noah worked directly with me and was extremely kind and patient with helping me try a variety of mattress options. He truly wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice, in terms of both the quality and the price of the mattress. He then went above and beyond with helping make sure I got the best deal that I could with the mattress, bed frame, and delivery - he suggested products that were on sale and found ways to lower the price even further that I wouldnt have known were possible if I had shopped online. I was so thankful I shopped here because they were so helpful and kind!

We just moved to Seattle last month and visited this store on the second day we arrived to pick out our mattress and bed. The store manager, Gaea, was very helpful and patient, and after some long testing sessions on various mattresses, we found the one that was the most suitable for us. We also got the adjustable base and mattress protector with a discount that Gaea was able to offer to us. Since what we wanted were in stock, we were able to get our order delivered in 2 days to our apartment + installation, which saved us loads from otherwise having to stay in a hotel. Overall it was a very easy and pleasant experience with Mattress Firm and we would recommend you to visit and find your dream bed.

Gaea was supremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me and my wife find our next dream bed. The staff here made it easy to compare and find the right bed for us, gave us a GREAT deal (we saved a lot of money and are going to get the exact bed we wanted), and offered flexibility in payment options and delivery dates. We didnt need our bed for another 4 weeks, but we still were able to take care of everything easily and quickly today and have a delivery team that is ready when we are. Will definitely go back.

I had a great experience with Gaea at the Downtown store. We had called the store and she returned the call promptly. We needed to order a mattress for next-day delivery for my wifes son and his wife who are moving to an apartment in the Capitol Hill area. Gaea understood the situation and was friendly, helpful, informative, and efficient. (And kind of fun, actually; we had a nice chat.) I had started to order the preferred mattress online, but was very glad that we took the personal approach with Gaea.

Gaea was very helpful and knowledgeable. She set me up with a different bed base which was more affordable and lifted at the head which is a great feature. She physically showed me models of mattresses and let me try each one out. Finally she matched the competitive price that I found at another store for the same mattress and also offered me good deal on having my order delivered and assembled. Overall, my experience was quick, informed and most importantly not terribly expensive.

I never post reviews or really pay much attention to them, however, after reading the reviews and seeing how satisfied everyone was I decided to give this location a go. I’m so glad I did! I just moved across the country to Seattle and got my first apartment so I needed new everything haha. I did research and was prepared to go in and try to negotiate my desired price but I didn’t have to. Gaea helped me out and got me everything I wanted (and stuff I didn’t know I needed) all within my budget. I would have payed a couple hundred more had I shopped online so she really helped me out a lot as far as discounts and savings. I couldn’t be more grateful for her help and generosity. Highly recommend.

Superb service! Id been ignoring an achy back and arm for a month or so and I called to see what options I had. Patrick was just great - answered all my questions and helped me select the perfect mattress. Paid for the mattress and within hours had the delivery scheduled for the very next morning - amazing! Sales rep was very helpful and friendly and made me comfortable as I was on budget and didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me the expensive mattress.I would’ve liked more discount as I just realized that Macy’s had sale on mattresses and they were giving box spring for free with the mattress, there was no additional charge. But still I am happy that my mattress will be reaching in time and hope that there is no delivery drama as I am yet to receive my mattress on 5th March.

We love our mattresses! Purchased one for our daughter and as soon as we needed another one for our second daughter to move from crib to bed we knew where we were going! I had an issue with an online order that had switched the delivery time from two days to two months after I ordered and was so fed up trying to fix it that I was going to cancel. Then I walked into the store and within ten minutes I had a mattress I liked being delivered the next day for the same price. Wish I could remember the associates name, but she was a total life saver. Being able to go to an actual store made all the difference.

Great way to try out a mattress but pricing is not straight forward.The main benefit they communicate is the delivery and return policy but it’s not free.There is a $100 delivery fee and if you return or exchange there is additional $100-200 restock fee and a 2nd $100 delivery fee.

I had an excellent experience with Amanda in purchasing a Beautyrest Silver mattress. She met a competitors price with no haggling whatsoever. But what I really appreciated was knowing I am going to get the mattress delivered FREE in just four days. And the old mattress will be taken out and disposed of (for free) and new mattress put in place in my bedroom (up a flight of stairs). I will be happy to tip the guys! I am very pleased overall.L.

After we told him what we needed, or what we were looking for, my husband likes it more soft and I am more for a firm style, he stated he knew what will work for us. We tried out several mattresses and picked the one he thought off. It was just delivered today. The gentlemen who delivered the mattress were on time and did a great, fast, job. They explained the necessary parts and took back the old mattress and box. Super satisfied so far.

First of all, I admit that I like the mattress and the adjustable base that I bought from Mattress Firm. They are high-quality and very comfortable. The salesman was very helpful during our shopping. However, I had the worst delivery experience ever and like to share my experience to help you make decision on whether you want to spend several thousand money on Mattress Firm.I bought a mattress and an adjustable base from this store. I already have a bed frame with strips at home, so I asked the salesman about what I should do with the frame before delivery. The salesman told me that the delivery guy will remove the strips for me and put the base inside the bed frame.But when the delivery guys stopped by with the mattress and the base, they did help me remove the strips, and then told me that they could not remove the metal piece that supports the strips as this is not their responsibility. What they could do is to directly put the base on top of the metal piece and it is clear to me that the metal piece cannot hold a heavy base plus a mattress. I told the delivery guy that I could remove the metal piece myself, however, they simply state that they couldn’t waste 5-10 more minutes since they would miss other delivery.To solve the problem, I immediately called this store and another salesman picked up the call. After knowing the situation, he gave me two options: 1) set up everything myself and 2) had the base delivered another day. For a second, I thought he was joking. Without the base, I don’t know where I could place the mattress and where I should sleep as the delivery guy would take my old mattress away. So I had to take the only option, setting up everything myself. It is frustrating that I ended up spending two hours setting the base and the mattress up after I spent several thousand $$$$ in the store. Luckily (not really), for the two hours I spent, I got $100 refunds for the delivery fee.Please take my experience into consideration and think twice before spending a huge money in Mattress Firm.

Walked in last Thursday after work needing a mattress for my 3yo, whos transitioning to a big kid bed. The new manager, Konrad, helped me and was great! It sounds like the store has had issues in the past and Konrad is trying to turn it around. I told him I only had 20 min before i needed to catch a bus, and he made it happen. He showed me a range of options in my price range and explained the differences but didnt push for the more expensive choices at all. At checkout, when we discovered that he had accidentally misquoted the price of a mattress protector I was buying, he immediately said he would honor the price hed told me rather than charging me the real (higher) price, which i really appreciated. I was in and out in just under 20 mins. I scheduled delivery for the following day, and it went off without a hitch. A great experience all around!

Purchased a new bed in December 2018 at the Seattle downtown location. I had done some research and MF was the only location to try out 3 brands that we were interested in. The manager helped up, (Kayla, though I know Im spelling it wrong- my apologies lost the business card). She was thorough, relaxed, and didnt rush us. I told her right away that we were going to look around and take a break/get a beer (because bed shopping seems so intimidating) and come back if we were interested and she was totally respectful of our plan.We ended up coming back, partially because my husband fell in love with some insane space mattress (honestly I dont even know what we got, but it is AMAZING). I was there to make sure we didnt get screwed on pricing, financing, delivery/old bed removal, etc. Kayla made MORE than sure we were taken care of, arranged next day delivery, and even threw in a great mattress cover since the one that we were supposed to receive in some promotion wouldnt arrive for 2-3 days.Financing was great, 0% great actually. And the delivery team was prompt (excellent tracking system they offered to see where our bed was on delivery day), they were friendly, efficient, and set up was perfect.I hate spending money-- like real money, on things. Its always a bummer. Kayla respected my sarcastic comments (with my apologies to her of course) and we had the best possible experience buying a new bed. I hate how much I love this space bed. Im literally in it now working from home on my laptop because its so comfortable.I cant speak for every location obviously or financing options for everyone, but the downtown Seattle location had a wide range of beds, a really friendly staff (we ended up chatting with a couple other folks during the process), and another family was purchasing their bed the same day and left happy as well.

We went in about a month ago to get a new mattress for my grandmother. The sales clerk, Coral, was very kind. We even went across the street to Macys to compare - then came right back because what we got here was cheaper and Coral was much nicer. Plus it felt good to shop local!

I have had the opportunity to experience laying on the bed that I would potentially purchase. To be able to try it out instead of simply touching the bed was mind blowing! The salesperson even allowed me to test different firmness before moving through the various brands! And when the bed I liked was out of my price range, he went all out to getting it there by providing numerous cost saving options (and not by offering another bed that was not as fancied)! We came here a few weeks ago to buy a new mattress. We were told they have same day/next day mattress delivery. Once we decided on the Purple mattress, they told us it would take 2 weeks to get it delivered. This part is fine, its an online company moving toward retail.But then they said they cant give us a timed appointment until the night before. We couldnt give preference of time to have it delivered, so we had to make an entire day free so they could call the night before to tell us when they would be there.Then today, the day before delivery, they called to tell us its been delayed. Theres no way they didnt know it wouldnt be ready tomorrow before now. So not only did I have to clear my work schedule on a week day, I have to clear another day where I still have no idea what time they will arrive.This is an insane delivery policy.

I visited a number of stores in the search for a comfortable mattress that wouldn’t irritate a shoulder that is cranky from computer use. Jeremiah is the ONLY salesperson who gave me feedback on how I was positioned on the mattresses I tried out. He worked with me and made suggestions until we found something so comfortable the angels were singing. Then he worked with me to fit it into my budget. I never would have considered an adjustable bed, but it is PERFECT! Have already recommended Jeremiah to three of my friends.
