I wish I had found Jack and All About Down decades ago.I have been looking for someone, with the requisite wisdom and skills, to take my brand new king size down pillow and turn it into a European Square pillow.I was not sure how much down I wanted in the European square, so Jack did not use all of the down initially. Jack did exactly what I requested the first time. He put the unused down in a small pillow made from the king-size pillow I originally sent him.When I initially received it from Jack, it was tooooo soft. So I sent it back and he put all of the reserved down into the new pillow. AT NO ADDITIONAL COST...except nominal shipping charges!!!When I received the second iteration, it was PERFECT!!!You can trust Jack! I did and Im glad I did.

Exceptional quality, quick service and restful sleep! My sister convinced me that I needed a new travel pillow for our trip to Europe; she had purchased one from All About Down and reported it was her new favorite thing! The quilt is the most wonderful quilt I have ever had. Something one can only dream of owning.They did exactly as I described and wanted. All About Down has revitalized our down comforter, down sleeping bag, and down pillow. We thought we were going to have to replace these items! Over many years of use, the down had shifted to the edges of the comforter and bag and had clumped together with little loft. Jack gave me great info on what they could do at All About Down and got these items to like-new condition! And at a great price! I’ve used All About Down’s services a few times over the past few years and every time they’ve been professional, honest, and straightforward to work with - with fantastic results! I just sent in another sleeping bag, pillow, and down vest for cleaning!

Im sooo happy I rebuilt my comforters instead of buying new! I had a very heavy Eddie bauers comforter and a lighter weight one. I made 2 medium weight comforters. I had enough down left over to make 3 18x18 pillows!They took the down from each comforter, washed it, and then put it into 2 queen shells. The way they are seen, the down wont shift!So happy. Cant begin to describe how professional his operation is. Quality is top-notch, down (get it? Down...?) to the last, final stitch on a pillow case cover.By example, I came across an old REI mummy bag full of 4+ lbs. of prime goose down. Had it cleaned, but then did nothing with it for years. Had a brain storm and called and asked if he could turn it into a duvet.Calmly and gently he guided me to the type of construction I wanted, the materials, size, etc & etc. End product far exceeded my expectations. Materials are top-notch. He was happy to use some of my own muslin, too.He even washed some old (but nice) pillows for me and made some extra covers. BOY! are those nicely made and far, far better than the Chinese crap at Macys or WalMart. And only a little more expensive. Cut to size, too.

I have had my old down pillows cleaned and recovered as well as purchased new pillows. They are fabulous and very experienced. I would not buy down products anywhere else!
