Great service, the only mattress store you need, especially for students. A 10/10, very accommodating staff. Didn’t try to up-sell me on a hyper expensive mattress. Worked with me to find a mattress that fit my needs and within my price range. Even applied discounts to the mattress without needing my prompt, which ended up saving me literal hundreds of dollars. These folks are amazing. My wife and I couldn’t make up our minds on a mattress. They checked in on us multiple times while still allowing us to lay on the mattress and test them. We were looking for a queen size mattress platform in Redmond and the only place that had one was the Mattress Firm Clearance Center in Northgate. We called them and asked them to hold it for us. When we got there they had it waiting for us and also found a coupon to knock 10% off. Great experience with friendly folks and was worth the drive. My experience at mattress firm was great. Jonathan the sleep specialist was really good at understanding our needs and helped us choose the right mattress. He also didnt prevent us from choosing an option thats available in the outlet(clearance) section. In the end, Johnathan found us a great mattress and he even found a way to lower the price by over 40%. I recommend that all customers see Johnathan when shopping here. He will find the mattress you need with ease.P.S.There are two mattress firms at this location. There is a clearance store and a normal luxury store. The only difference between the two is that the clearance store has an additional outlet section and the luxury has a purple mattress section. Besides that both stores are the same.

I accompanied a friend who was shopping for a new mattress and I am casually considering upgrading my bed. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the process of assessing our unique sleep needs and patiently answering all of our questions. He was very candid about pricing and happy to work within my friend’s budget with no judgement. He and Kevan were attentive to our needs without pressuring either of us to make a quick decision. They also allowed us plenty of time to discuss options in private.

Kevan was super friendly and assured us he could beat other mattress prices in Seattle. We wanted one ASAP and loved one of the mattresses in stock. It was cheaper than other prices we’d seen around town, even at other clearance/outlet stores.

We came in on a Sunday afternoon and was helped right away by Kevan. He showed us around and let us try a few different beds based on our preference and budget and was able to find a Tempurpedic + adjustable base in outlet (basically a returned and sanitized unit at discount prize). They left us alone to try different beds and make up our minds, even helped us get the bed at a price were more comfortable with. These guys work on caffeine and energy drinks behind their computers once you decide and finalize the sales, but surprisingly patient when selling you stuff and listening to your concerns. No complaints. Thanks guys!

We had the very best experience at Mattress Firm at Northgate in Seattle. Our salesperson was Chris, and he was amazing. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about ALL the products, he answered my very specific questions and listened to me and directed me to two different mattresses - one for my daughter and one for me. He even knew how to help when my restless 5 - year- old daughter got even more restless while I was thinking. He was so sweet. I never knew that getting new mattresses could so important and emotional. When you think about it, it makes sense - getting rest and getting good sleep is an incredibly important part of life. I really want to thank Chris and his team for being so nice and helpful.

Not only did these jokers deliver a bed with a box spring that wouldn’t fit in the room they refused to communicate with me except sporadically via text for weeks. In the beginning I was amenable to exchanging for a frame I could assemble until they started playing around with additional inflated costs. I asked where I could return the unopened brand new box spring to avoid the $99 fee plus 20% restocking fee. I was told a week later after multiple follow up attempts to throw it in a landfill. This was the manager Chris Wyatt at the Northgate Seattle clearance center. He was rude, condescending and unprofessional. Clearly they have a warehouse he would not give me an address. I didn’t even order the box spring. I ordered a base. I WAS TOLD TO THROW IT IN THE LANDFILL! Avoid these extortionists.
